Why do get this following error

Hello,My adobe id Hote406@adobe.com disabled because of two step verification in which my mobile number is different. So, Can you please solve my problem.

I have enabled one eVar5 as merchandising eVar with product syntax. It is defined in all the rules where s.products is defined. And the value of eVar5 is hard-coded. But I am seeing an issue with this eVar5.-- seeing "unspecified" in report , even with metric as instances of eVar5.

is there a way to send the top 5 values a dimension and the count in the email body rather than attachment for a scheduled report in analysis workspace. i think putting in the body gets more attention than in the body.Thank you.Regards,Suraj
