How do I use Adobe Analytics to get NPS from product users? Thank you.

What does "Pending" status mean? Do you think timezone is one of the factors? I tried exporting month-end data and maybe because we are a little earlier than the Adobe reporting time, that is why it is pending? or not? Thanks!
