I uploaded a classification file with values 12 hours back but it shows some values as unknown. In classification file the value is available but in report it shows unknown. I even tried reuploading classification file with "Overwrite data on conflicts" but it didnt work. What can be the reason?

Hi all,  is there any way to prevent users from view/edit the FTP Account created for the Classification importer? the only thing to do is to unable permissions in the user account of the product?  i'm asking to understand if there is a better way to secure this info. Thanks.
