Anyone know how to change what notifications you receive within Workfront on browser? Not email.  Currently, out of 11 notifications that can be shown on screen. 8 of them are "Task due date changed, assigned new task" only 3 of which are comments that are actually important. This quickly adds up as we get 50-100 notifications every few days and it is very easy to miss important comments or replies.

On the Project page in Workfront, there is a link on the left to see Utilization that shows the planned hours vs actual etc. Is there any way to change the name of that link as it conflicts with another process in our agency? We would like them to still have this page to view but would prefer it to have a custom name.

Hi everyone,I have a use case where some members' account types(account_type) have changed from Type A to Type B in the past. I managed to identify these members by using a self-join query in the query service on the member dataset, but I'm having trouble creating an audience based on this condition. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?Could you share how I can create an audience segment for members whose account type has changed from Type A to Type B?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

A few years ago, we worked with another team within our family of companies to install Launch and Analytics for their website. A Launch property and some rules were created and data collection ran fine. That company's ownership was moved to another organization and we need to stop collecting their web data. I'm in contact with the people who I worked with when Launch and AA were originally set up. I've asked them repeatedly to remove the Launch embed code from their site, but for some reason I don't fully understand, they're struggling to do it. I still see hits in Workspace and every time I ask to remove the embed code, they say they've done it, only for me to see more hits. At this point, I'm looking for a way to forcibly stop data collection even if the embed code is not removed from parts of their site.I thought about creating a condition in Launch rules such that if the domain is their domain, do not fire the rule. I think it might work but I want to delete their Launch property a

I am implementing S3 bucket for datastore, have some open question and could not found clarity anywhere so posting here. I followed the document (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/ka-16057) 1. Which version of s3 connector is compatible with 6.5.18, how we can check which version of s3 connector we should be using for respective AEM version. Document only say use latest s3 connector for latest SP version. 2. When we use S3 for existing AEM setup do we need to manually move the datastore from /crx-quickstart/repository/datastore/ to /crx-quickstart/repository/repository/datastore/upload, after moving need to deleted the filestore configuration from /crx-quickstart/launchpad/config/org/apache/jackrabbit/oak/plugins/blob/datastore/ 3. After uploading all assets I observed same datastore folders been added in /crx-quickstart/repository/repository/datastore/download is this expected, or we can delete it.&n

We need to provide a proivision in AEM Page for an author to modify/update the URL slug for exisitng pages without moving the pages to new location. Please help how can we achieve the same .

I created a custom field group (arp) and added a field, "menuArr". What I don't understand is why doesn't the schema editor show the new field group as a node under "_Irf" Also the path for menuArr shows as "_irf.menuArr" I would have expected the path to be "_irf.arp.menuArr" The right rail does say it's assigned to the "arp" Field Group. Thanks

Hi everyone,I've seen a lot of tutorials and resources on using AEM Headless, particularly around creating simple, small-scale sites using content fragments (e.g., this tutorial). However, I'm curious if anyone has worked on a real-world project where AEM Headless was used to build a global, multi-region, and multilingual site. What were some of the key challenges you faced during implementation? Were there specific advantages to using AEM Headless in such a setup?Any pitfalls or limitations that one should be aware of before starting a similar project?Do you have any learnings or best practices you'd recommend?Looking forward to hearing about your experiences and insights! Thanks in advance!

I am trying to show Google material icons in AEM dialog.Google icons - https://fonts.google.com/iconsI have seen a similar approach for font awesome using graphiciconselect in ACS commons.<icon   jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"   sling:resourceType="acs-commons/components/authoring/graphiciconselect"   fieldDescription="Configure icon"   fieldLabel="Icon"   name="./icon">   <datasource   jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"   sling:resourceType="acs-commons/components/utilities/genericlist/datasource"   path="/etc/acs-commons/lists/font-awesome-icons"/> Please let me know how I can achieve this use case. Is this a general use-case or is this not recommended and should we include icons in some other way?

Curious what everyone else is doing! Are you all relying on PTTL for removal? Automating the deletions via privacy jobs? Deletion API? What's everyone doing? 🙂

I've run my workflow. It looks like it has finished, but I don't see the delivery it generated. In v7 there you could see those in the deliveries section , on the right in the campaign general info. In v7, you could see that here:

I am looking for documentation on how to properly configure audit logs for creating, updating, moving, publishing, unpublish, and deleting operations on assets and pages. All I can find is documentation on how to set up Maintenance/Audit Log Cleanup tasks in AEMaaCS. Can anyone refer me to the appropriate documentation or a good article on the topic? Also, I am not sure if I should expect audit logs to appear in Cloud Manager UI or if are they only available via API? Thanks,Daniel

How do I create a module in a scenario that assigns a user to an issue at the task level, by pulling in that user based on a user typeahead field at the project level?

Hi,     I added rte(rich text editor)  to meta data properties of dam asset image. But I'm not able to edit nor save the properties as it is throwing error. It shows unable to edit properties insuffucient permissions.I checked permissions and all look good I have access and I'm able to save other properties except anything from rich text editor. When I checked logs I found this error apparently its trying to create textIsRich property at root level node of image which is not allowed. Im attaching logs here is there any workaround for this or tell it to save this property inside the child node.jcr:primaryTypeNamedam:Asset     29.01.2025 15:36:38.973 *WARN* [[0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] [1738145198965] POST /content/***/*****/****/**/***/**/image.svg HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.servlets.post.impl.SlingPostServlet Exception while handling POST on path [/content/***/*****/****/**/***/**/image.svg] with operation [org.apache.sling.servlets.post.impl.operatio

Hi Team,We are moving from AMS to AEMaaCS and re-designing and implementing the components. Can anyone help us with documentation on which JUnit is recommended and also quick turn-around time to meet to 80% coverage?

Hello, I am attempting to reformat a website to appear analogous to an older version of the site hosted on Wix. There, the site has a short, 10 second MP4 that plays behind some text. I believe I can accomplish the text overlay, but placing in the MP4 on the site as a Hero Image is proving to be a challenge. The file and link paths are all correct, but it will not appear. Is there another way to accomplish this?

I know that when I go to publish a page I can either select "Now" or "Set a future date".Is it possible to publish an XF or CF that is on a page, alone? In other words, I have a live page in production but I add an XF or CF to the live copy and want to set a future publish date as well as a future removal date for the fragment.

Hello All, Using metadata schema editor in Tools -> Assets -> Metadata Schemas. We have made title and description as required fields. Applied this schema to folder and uploaded image. It doesn't show "REQUIRED METADATA MISSING" alert in List and Column View but we see the alert only in Card and Insights View.Let us know how can we enable this alert for List and Column view as well. PFA screenshots for reference.

Hi all, We have created some Edge audiences but we do not see they are being evaluated in real-time. These audiences only have one attribute each which is updated daily via S3 batch connector. When analyzing the process for some users we see the following: 1. Data is ingested in the AEP Datalake via S3 connector at 10:00h-10:05 UTC.2. Data is in Profile at 10:30-10:40 UTC.3. Edge segments are evaluated at 17:47h UTC. This time is the same at which both Streaming and Batch segments are evaluated. We believed AEP evaluates Edge audience membership in real-time or near-real-time as data is ingested, and that as soon as a user attribute meet the criteria for an audience, they are added to or removed from that audience at the edge. However, we see Edge evaluation occurs as batch segmentation. This process is crutial since we want to personalize the website via Adobe Target with fresh data. Is here something we are misunderstanding? Thanks!

I have got profile attribute with end date of subscription. How to subtract this attribute from current day in segment builder?

Hi, The profile attributes are not updated when user is created with websdk integration tags extension.when user registers or logins, profile is created with events, but profile attributes are not updated  I need guidance on how to update profile attributes with event schema (as we can only use event schema in websdk integration tags extension) Is it an expected behavior as we are using event schema ?  Profile events are updated as expected.

This might sound like a dumb question, but I’m asking anyway because it’s definitely out of my depth: If a visitor lands on a website for the first time, they’re assigned an ECID. Let’s say they browse a few product pages and then leave without doing anything else (like creating an account or adding to cart). If they use the same browser to visit YouTube the next day, will the ECID still be retained? And can we start showing them ads based on the product pages they looked at on the website? Thanks

using GraphQL in aem i want to access the ootb rendered images that i can use for various screensizes,Is it possible to access in that way or dynamic media requirement is mendatory for doing this.

Hi team,  I know there are two views available within AEM Assets. Which view do you prefer and why? I see pros and cons to both, but I'm wondering if there is something I'm missing. Best,E

Hello, i'm having a problem while sending push notifications. I get the error "Failed to identify developer account, please check your ID and password".  When I check the mobile application and run the Test Connection method, it works properly, so I guess it's well configured. What am I missing? I created the Mobile App, added the information and loaded the project JSON, is there anything more I should do?  Thank you in advance  @parthasarathy @_manoj_kumar_
