How are you automating deletion of inactive accounts?
Curious what everyone else is doing!
Are you all relying on PTTL for removal? Automating the deletions via privacy jobs? Deletion API?
What's everyone doing? 🙂

- Not sure how many are really removing the inactive accounts aside from the dataset TTL, i.e. Experience Event Data Expiration (same as us).
- Pseudonymous Profiles Data Expiration sounds promising, and I am guessing this is what you are referring to as PTTL. Did you ever reach out to Adobe to set this up for your organization? I would love to initiate this.
- We never relied on the Privacy Service to remove the records.
- And, when you say Deletion API, are you referring to the BETA version on Data Lifecycle/Data Hygiene? Again, yet to try.
