is it possible to programatically add profile properties to a user profile from web ?   I can't find anything on if this is possible or how to do it.  I'm trying to make a call from a page on my site that would add a user properties (user.someProp) to the visitor of the site so I can use it in a Profile Script for audience segmentations.

When converting an issue into a project with a specified template, I've noticed that certain settings aren't being pulled in. Template didn't use the correct Schedule Mode typeProgram didn't assign even though it's listed on templateJust wondering if anyone else has experienced this before?  I have created a module to update the project after the fact but I would rather not have to do this every time something doesn't pull over.

Hi Team,We want to explore options within AEP for setting a limit to the number of members who qualify for a segment.For example : I am looking of options where we can rank members by their last activity date or their last purchase date and only qualify 10,000 members for an audience.  Can you help us to provide which approaches we can consider another that audience portal rank feature, as it has limitation to rank only on numeric values attributes?Thanks.

Is it possible in AC to send a list with records to a emailaddress, instead of to a folder?

Hello team,We all have heard that the line between a sProp and an eVar is blurring.From what I can think, an eVar with hit expiration is technically a sProp. And an eVar to be used/useful has to have an expiration longer than a hit. I'm auditing a site with eVars are set as hit/last touch and there are some sProps too (which could have taken care of the hit based). I don't recall any other implementation I audited seeing eVar hit expiration. Would be great to know advantages of doing so, as well as to get some scenarios where each expiration is good idea, specially the useful yet un-intuitive ones. Does it matter now that Adobe offers applying diverse attribution methods to the same call.  That is attribution but still the expiration question is pending. Kindly point me to some blog article if there is one, if not I think would be a great topic, and a segue to how it will be in CJA without props and evars and more of hit or event, visit or session and person or

Hi AEM Community,I'm looking for insights on measuring the reusability and value of assets in AEM.Many of us strive to create assets that can be used across multiple projects, regions, campaigns etc. But how do we effectively quantify the reusability and the value these assets bring to the organization?I'd love to hear your thoughts on: What parameters do you look for today to assess the reusability of an asset? (e.g., flexibility in adapting to different contexts, ease of localization, potential for repurposing) How do you measure those parameters? (e.g., tracking asset usage across projects, analyzing content performance, using analytics tools) What metrics do you use to measure the value of an asset? (e.g., ROI on asset creation, time saved by reusing assets, contribution to brand consistency) Please share your strategies, tools, and experiences in this area!

For a long time now, I have been using a script to import data from XML data files into a LiveCycle form, using a script originally offered by @radzmar . That script starts as follows: function importXML(){ // Wenn PDF-Viewer älter als 9.2 ist, funktioniert der Import nicht! if (parseFloat(app.viewerVersion) < 9.2) { xfa.host.messageBox("You must use Adobe Reader version 9.2 or greater for this import function to operate.", "Your version of Adobe Reader is too old", 0, 0); } else { // Externe Datei laden. var vStream = util.readFileIntoStream(); if (vStream) { var vImport, vImportData, vImportXML, vNGEXML; try { // Die folgende Zeile sieht nur weges des regulären Ausdrucks aus, als ob sie auskommentiert wäre, ist aber sehr wichtig!!! vImport = util.stringFromStream(vStream) .replace(/(\<\?.*\?\>\s*)|(\<!-{2}(.|\n|\r)*-{2}\>)|(\r\n|\r|\n)/g, ""); vImportData = eval(vImport);

Hello, I have a question specifically in CJA data view settings, would like some help. I have a string that has the value event345=12 I have used regex to extract the value 12 and deduplicated this dimension to make it as my metric. However since the schema datatype was string its still treated as the same rather making the metric to store the value 12 in it. Could someone help me figure out a hack to achieve what I need without the use of derived field ? reason I am not using derived fields are, I guess we get only 100 derived fields as a limit. Thanks

We are not developers so I am hoping we can get it done without any other 3rd party tool and an easy setup in Marketo webhook section. We would be grateful for some help on how to do it. On-prem AEM 6.5, SPA, Angular 9, Bootstrap 4We have two groups of tags.  One group is used to populate a State dropdown in an Adaptive Form.  Another group is used to populate a Country dropdown in an Adaptive Form.  I would like to copy (not move) these two groups of tags to a different path.  I can't use a global taxonomy for these tags because administrators have locked down the ability to create globally available tags and there are too many tags to manually recreate for every new path.What is the easiest method for accomplishing this task as a non-administrator?

Hi,I want to prepare for AD0-E212 Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner Professional certification exam but couldn't find a single course to prepare for this exam. How correct is it to report on tracking IDs against unique visitors, page views, and Visit metrics in Adobe Analytics? And, I know tracking codes built using classifications rule builder are eVars, so they persist beyond the initial hit where they're set.   When I try to pull Tracking IDs against the above-mentioned metrics and break down Tracking Codes by Page dimension then I see many pages that are not even enabled with CID codes. (must be because of persistent things). Then how to correctly report on all Tracking Codes regarding visitors, visits, and page views to understand traffic?

I'm trying to understand where I can access the static URL's of renditions in AEM. I've read its an "additional details" button, but I don't see this option. The assets are published. Shouldn't every rendition have its own URL on the media server?
