Hi Team,Could you please help me.We have put condition activity after Read Audience. In Condition activity, we have to split EML population Vs not EML population.Here attribute exclusionType is String Array storing multiple values like EML, AMB, EFG etc and customerAttributes is Object.We need to split the audience based on exclusionType=EML and others.We tried with below condition but it seems like the profile whoever having first position(index) stating as EML is only fetching in condition. It means if any profile having exclusionType=EML on 2nd or 3rd or so forth position, is not at all coming.Advanced Expression using as:#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._abc.customerAttributes.exclusionType} == ['EML']Please help here - we need to check EML value at any position in exclusionType attribute.

Hello!I need to write a report that captures how many total active jobs there were in any given month of a year. My main problem is our active status’ are custom fields and WF doesn’t seem to want to work with those.How do I get this report?ThanksJustin

We’ve sporadically encountered this issue over the past four years, and no one has been able to resolve it. When a request comes in, we respond with an update or comment in the request, tagging the requestor. The requester responds to our comment, but the reply does not appear in the thread within the request; instead, it shows up in their own Profile ‘Updates’ area. No other users are tagged in these updates. We have no idea how these updates are reaching the user’s profile. Has anyone else experienced this? We only discover this when we check in with a customer after not hearing from them, and they say, “oh no, I replied to you!” We then have to search to find their comment, and most of the time, it’s on their own profile. My thought is that maybe they are replying to the notification email, and somehow it’s not being routed to the correct thread. Or perhaps there’s a link in the email that’s supposed to direct them to the existing comment thread, but instead is taking them to their

Hi All, I’m looking to tidy up fields in our schemas that are activated for profile, and have been looking into field deprecation.  I fully understand deprecating a field doesn’t delete it, just removes it from the schema view, but I was also hoping it would clean it up from the profile view, audience builder…  Am I doing something wrong or is this by design and it will only be deprecated from the schema itself? Many Thanks, Paul

When designers are using Asset Link to link to image files in the DAM via InDesign, the DAM is relating it to a duplicate image from a different path when the InDesign file is uploaded to the DAM. We have a current workflow that requires us to create duplicates. I am working on changing that workflow to eliminate the need for the duplicates but we aren't ready yet to do that. So my question is: When files with linked assets are uploaded to the DAM does AEM look for the first asset with that hash to relate it to or does it look for the one originally specified by Asset Link?

Hello, As you all know, now Google usually generates an AI result for any search, giving you the sources it used on the right. If you click on those, it will take you to your site URL appending something like "#:~:text" to it. I have created a Marketing Channel to allocate traffic coming from sites like Chat GPT and so to "AI traffic", and I want to send these AI generated results to this bucket. The problem is that I don't know how to capture this "#:~:text=" used by Google. Neither window.location.hash nor window.location.href worked :s. Any ideas? I would also appreciate if you shared any other tips regarding the use of AI as a Marketing Channel. Thanks!

In my company we have set up the marketing channels in the best way, but the results I see from workspace do not convince me and I think there are errors in the processing rules, but I do not know how to solve them. The main anomalies I see in the data are: The main anomalies I see in the data are:- 55% of the audience of the marketing channel "direct" is from Referrer Type "Search Engines", specifically the majority comes from Google.In the Processing Rules "direct" is my last rule, and above it are the rules for the "search" channels. Assuming I have an evar1 on my site which triggers on every product page to capture the color of  the product. I want to ingest data for orchestrated campaign: Should I enable dataset for Campaign Orchestration after or before ingestion? Using Data Landing Zone  Can I use JSON , CSV ??? Why  I do not see that dataset while setting up dataflow?? 

I’m hoping someone can help me understand why reviewers/approvers on a proof are receiving two different approval experiences. In some cases, reviewers are prompted to “make a decision,” while in other cases they are only given the options “Approve,” “Approve with Changes,” or “Needs Work,” which is the workflow we want to use consistently. Because the options presented are not the same for all reviewers/approvers, it creates confusion in our review and approval process. Could you clarify what causes these different approval methods to be sent, and whether there is a setting or configuration that controls this behavior?I’m also seeing what appears to be a related issue when I upload a new document to a project. I automatically receive an approval notice in my Home widget, even though these documents do not actually require my approval. It seems that a bug was introduce in version 2.34.2 of the AEP Data Collection Tags AEP Web SDK extension, whereby the extension’s version number is no longer included in the xdm.implementationDetails.version value. Now the value is “__VERSION__+2.34.2”. In previous versions the value was like this “2.31.1+2.34.1”.This data has been helpful in attributing the root cause of observed issues in collected data back to a specific version of the AEP Web SDK extension. How do we go about getting this bug fixed?

I posted something about this a while ago. However, the problem just keeps getting worse. I’ll trigger a scenario I’m working on by performing an action. The automation will run. And regardless of it runs successfully, it errors out, or returns a warning, I’m waiting for minutes before I can see what’s actually happening. I’m not the only person on my instance who is experiencing this. Hi everyone,I’m working on a schema configuration and have run into a question regarding field group inheritance and Profile enablement.The Setup: I have a Custom Field Group containing Field A and Field B. Field A was marked as "Required" at the Global Field Group level (it appears as mandatory in every schema it is added to). In my specific schema, I have designated Field B as the Primary Identity. In most other schemas across our organization, Field A is usually the Primary Identity. The Question: If I enable this schema for Profile and begin ingesting data, will my local configuration (marking Field B as Primary) have any "upstream" impact on the Field Group definition? Specifically, will Field B suddenly become a required field for other schemas using this same Field Group?Also, since Field A is "Required" at the group level but is NOT my primary identity in this specific use case, is there a recommended way to handle this during ingestion if Field A values aren't the focus

We have several product fields (multi-select dropdown) on custom forms used by different groups. One group would like to adjust the fields by adding new choices on them that won’t apply to the other groups. No deletion or renaming of existing choices is needed. These fields have been used on thousands of requests and projects by the group, and I’d like to keep that data intact for them. I know that changing the fields will change them on all the other groups’ forms. I’ve tried making copies of the fields in Preview to see if the copy carries over the original field’s selection, but it didn’t work. Is there a way to copy the existing fields for this group’s forms (requests and projects) so that the copies retain all of the previous entered data while also allowing me to add the new choices they requested?

I used the sample configuration and it worked, but after reviewing the documentation for second time, I realized that the maintenance window is supposed to be created under /conf. So what is correct place to keep this configuration?

Hello Everyone,I'm new to Adobe Analytics and have created a rule for page load using a specific custom event called 'page load', triggered via Adobe Client Data Layer - Data Pushed. This rule works perfectly in all lower environments. However, in the Prod env (including the author environment), the rule triggers only once—when the page is loaded for the first time. On subsequent page loads, the rule does not fire.Additionally, I noticed that the prod launch script includes headers likecache-control : max-age=3600etag :"1e97f6ab69caa332353cdff72029d3f5:1752060858.688733"server: AkamaiNetStorage What could be the reason ?? I am not able to reproduce in lower env.  

I ingested data to dataset (I am AEP architect so its really there :). At least 100k records. Then sent it to CJA - I mark the backfill. How can I futher debug? Its already 8h so it should be there

A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Error: A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Since the rule only has the event and the beacon action, I’m unsure why it’s timing out.Has anyone else faced this issue, or do you know what could cause the beacon to exceed the 5-second limit? I have an existing WF user who has been using the program for years and has never had an issue with logging in before. Today however when she goes to log in she gets the following error message"You don't have access to the linked application for that organization an have been redirected to the Experience Cloud home page" I had her close wf and clear her cashe and now when she tries to log back in she is getting another error message"This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin"I checked and her username is correct. Has anyone had this happen to them before and how did you fix it?
