I know this may not be best practice but there is a business case I have which requires being able to give content authors the ability to override sitewide styles.  They don't have access to the file system.  Similar to how some themes in Wordpress have a form field in the theme editor that allows overriding theme styles.  Does this capability exist in AEM?

Hey Folks, I’ve noticed that the filter “Email address does not contain = @xyz.com” in the smart list is not functioning as expected. It is not suppressing any records. The count in the database matches the smart list count, even when I use multiple domains for suppression. It's only working on using “Email address does not contain = xyz.com” and that is not a best practice to not use "@" in domain.It seems like there might be a bug in the instance.

I inherited a new instance and would like to reach out to Support to create a new case. What is the best way to about this? Hi, I am trying to find the correct syntax for the watch record module in Fusion. I am trying projectid, project:id or Project:ID or ProjectID with no success.  I am getting a [422] APIModel V18_0 does not support field projectid (Task) Here is a screenshot of what I am trying to accomplish:   Project ID is in fact an output option for the task record type, however, it is not allowing me to filter by project. Thank you for the help, Nick

Hello, I hope you're doing well.We have 360 degree profiles in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) that contain several IDs. For some anonymized profiles, we're looking to remove certain IDs to ensure no one can trace back and identify the customer, even though their contact information is already anonymized in AEP.Could you advise if this is possible in AEP and how we might go about it?Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm using regular expression to find the present file: XXX_CENTRAL_DIF.csv.gz or XXX_TOP_DIF.csv.gz. When i navigate to slide2 or 3,then move to step2 of forms and come back to step1 . Hi All, I know how to get new vs. repeat visitors at a high level. How do I put together a segment and/or view that shows all visitors that hit a page. Then all visitors that hit the page that were new to that specific page. Then I want to show repeat visitors to that specific page as well.

Cookies are set, eVars are set as soon as cookies have a value.Now, I'm trying to add an additional line, looking like this:s.eVar17 = s.getPreviousValue(s.eVar2,"gpv_pageId");For this one, no cookie is built and therefore no eVar is set while eVar2 exists in the tracking calls.Can someone tell me why?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for references for any existing Java API that I can reuse to fetch the component style systems for an AEM page created by using a specific template and adding the default style options policy configured for that template to the page programmatically. For example, the page contains the following components:Title - Color Style optionsText - Padding & Color style optionsImage - Margin & Position style optionsThe page has all of the three components mentioned above and its content is authored. The task is to apply the default styles of these components to this page programmatically. I've looked around using WCM's Designer API: Designer (The Adobe AEM Quickstart and Web Application.)But unable to find a suitable way to proceed further after getting Design for the page: Design (The Adobe AEM Quickstart and Web Application.)

You can find this ID in your Facebook Ads Manager account. When entering this ID, always prefix it with act_. We would like to check it from query service, so we can know which destinations are using which accounts.We have inspected the technical tables, but this field doesn't seem to be available.Thanks in advance

Hello, I am testing our the new Beta feature in the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension for event grouping of link clicks where the network call gets sent to Adobe on the next page view. Please see settings in extension below.I have ticked this box but when I review this change, I am still getting requests for link clicks immediately and I cannot see any link click data in the page view request on the next page. I cannot find any guides online that explain how the data should look when this setting is configured but I don't think it is working correctly in my case. Does anyone know how this should look or has anyone experienced a similar issue with event grouping? Many thanksLiam

We have a requirement to fix 3 components (For Example, Component A, Component B & Component C) on the top of the specific editable template. For this template, we have also allowed other components (For Example, Component D, Component E & Component F) to be added by the authors below the fixed components.  We have achieved it by adding those components (Component A, Component B & Component C) in the structure & initial nodes of the template. But we are unable to solve the following scenarios. 1) We are not able to restrict addition of other components (Component D, Component E & Component F) on top of the fixed components (Component A, Component B & Component C). Hello community,  I´ve recently moved an adobe target setup to webSDK but one feature i´m struggling to replicate in webSDK.  In at.js I had some custom goals deployed with the function trackEvent and I used that as conversion goals for some activities (viewed an mbox). But in webSDK I´m not finding out how to do the same thing. I have reviewed documentation and found that I need to send a normal alloy("sendEvent) request with some options but that does not work in my case or I´m not doing it right. Also I found the documentation quite ambiguous in this aspect.  How can I deploy the same event tracking capabilities in webSDK setups? What I want to achieve is to send an event when for example some process is completed (I cannot use URL) and use that event as a "viewed an mbox" goal for my activities.  For extra information: I do not have Adobe Tags so I have implemented Target with Google Tag Manager and alloy.js. Thank you a lot!Thank you a

Hi, We are creating a workflow and need to use a reconciliation node between a temporary table and a field of a resource. The problem we have is that in the resource field we need to take only the first 15 characters and the reconciliation node does not allow us to use functions, only the fields directly, how can we do it? Thanks Luis
