Issue - Experience Fragments AEM 6.5.5- export html offer

Hello,

 

I was wondering if someone faced a similar issue

 

I happened to notice this in the logs post which the export to Adobe Target as HTML offer fails  
com.adobe.cq.xf.impl.adobetarget.exporter.AbstractExperienceFragmentExporter The request to URL /content/experience-fragments/debug-experience-fragment/master.nocloudconfigs.atoffer.html returned an empty content

I wonder what causes this error

    the Experience Fragment (XF) to Adobe Target is failing because the response for the URL you're attempting to export is returning an empty content.

    The URL /content/experience-fragments/debug-experience-fragment/master.nocloudconfigs.atoffer.html refers to an Experience Fragment that is either misconfigured or missing its content. Ensure that the Experience Fragment exists and is properly set up, including cloud configurations for Adobe Target.
