Upon digging around in Experience League, I learned about the boards section of Workfront, which would work nicely for the agile type work I’m trying to set up for my colleague. To give a bit of background, my colleague works in month long spirts to update one of our websites and she’s used to working on a Kanban board to manage and execute this work. Work request tickets are submitted to her by others in our organization, and they include the following: 1) subject, 2) description (including what is the issue, and the URL where the issue is occurring on our website), 3) priority, 4) due date. They then have conversations about the ticket as the work is being set up in staging, and when the requested approves how everything looks, the work is completed and the ticket is marked as done. Happy Friday RTCDP Community, My team is working on creating output files for some of our datasets in AEP, but the issue we are running into is we are unable to custom name the output file so that the receiving team can differentiate between each file. Hello Team, 6.5 on-site version.Assume you have a folder with 300 assets in it. You scroll down to the last 50 assets to preview, make corrections in metadata, etc. Each time you open and close the asset you are back at the top of the list of that folder. Then each time you have to scroll down through pages to get to where you last were... Now imagine you have a folder with 1000+ assets and you have to preview them... This is rather frustrating that AEM does not remember or hold last position and each time takes you back to the top of the list. It also takes time...Yes, I am aware I can open each image in a new tab each time, but sometimes we forget as it is not the common practice of how we open images when browsing... Is there a way to browse through the assets and not have to start from the top each time I open and close the image? I have worked with a few DAMs in the past, and non had this kind of "flaw". Many thanks!

I have a user who is unable to see any of the fields that come with a request queue's custom form, and I am clueless. Whenever I go to make a request, the fields show up for me, no matter what. And after checking, and logging in as various users with different access levels, it appears that the only ones who can see the request form with all the fields is the system administrator. Is there something that I am overlooking on the request queue that is preventing all other users from seeing it? I will also note, that the only custom form created for this request queue was the Issue. Would not having a Project custom form be part of the problem? Thank you,

Is anyone aware of row level security for the Workfront Data Connect? Is there a way to query data based on what a specific user or group has permission to access?

Hi there, We have a requirement to integrate Workfront with Azure Dashboard.Can we use Fusion DevOps module to connect to Azure Dashboards and read Agile user stories/tasks/hrs of specific users ?  Also the users spread across in different teams and each team has their own Azure boards. So I'm looking if we can use Fusion DevOps to connect to our Azure Org and query all user stories/tasks/hrs for each users. Thanks,Antony.

Hi,I've been trying to implement some custom SQL functions into the expression editor, but keep encountering one issue that interferes with a clean implementation. The function will return the correct value in the correct type, but the workflow table will choose the wrong type for the column, throwing this:When I attempt to run a pretty simple function:I've been able to work around this by wrapping the function a couple ways, for example:But attempting to just call it as is (or pretty much any custom function), it will default the column to either an int or a string. Is this a known tricky thing to work around, or am I doing something wrong? DB is postgresql.

Hi Everyone, I've seen quite a few posts from people with the same problem but no one ever posts the solution.  We have created segments in Analytics and published them using the 'tick box' to experience cloud and created directly in the audience library, but neither are showing up in Adobe Target. We have met all prerequisites - ECID/MCID and the right licensing, we are not over our threshold of 75 segments to share and both segments are showing as 'active' in the audience library and it says 'collecting data' in the current size field but, neither segment is showing up in Target more than 4 days later.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  We want to use these for activities inside Target but don't know why it's not working (we no longer have AAM - which are the last audiences that are showing up inside Target via 'experience cloud') and when we search inside target in the audience library for the segment by name it doesn't come up either.&

Hi all, We just had an update to our client console and the webview2 has been added. We are now on version (Adobe campaign classic v7) Since this update when we use the text editor it adds HTML code instantly. But in a lot of instances we don't want the code to be added. According to this => https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/redirect-manager/index.html, Redirect manager is compatible with AEMaaCS but I'm unsure how to get the Cron+bash script (the script that downloads the redirect maps from publisher) into the dispatcher.I am not sure if AEMaaCS lets customers run cron job. Thanks

I am working on a project for a bank. And they have their decisioning engine which decides when to send specific notifications to the customer. Some notifications would marketing, some would about transactions and some about updates. Which AJO feature would you use, event based journeys or api triggered campaigns to send different types of notifications?

Hi All,I have a use case, where I need to migrate ACC Campaigns to AJO Journeys. What's Adobe's recommendation and best practices on this? I understand the differences and the way both the products work and AJO is not a 1-0-1 replacement of ACC. However, I would like to ingest data which is used in ACC Campaigns into AEP and use it in my AJO Journeys. Note, am NOT using AEP for CDP. For CDP, I already have other product. Questions:- Is there a way to segregate Campaign run data coming from underlying systems for each Campaign run as it happens in ACC?- Load data into datasets based on a schema > We cannot create audience from datasets in AJO.- Load audience from Feed file > But this audience cannot be used in Journeys. Only Audiences created by Segmentation Service (and not Manual Upload) are available in Journeys selection/filter page.- Adobe's recommendation and best practices on this use case. Thanks! 

I have installed the chrome sidekick extension, but as seen in the video tutorial https://www.aem.live/docs/sidekick-library , I should be able to see sidekick library when editing a document in google drive on browser. But for some reason, I see only Preview button and no Sidekick library button. Has anyone else seen this issue before, and is there a fix for this?

Hi Team,I am performing in-place upgrade from AEm 6.3 to AEM 6.5. Everything worked fine and my server got updated to 6.5.0. Now, I wanted to install the service pack 9. After installation of service pack, when i did a server restart - login credentials doesn't work (same login was working with 6.3 and 6.5.0).Is there any way to login to CRX/DE?NOTE - I have tried login via localhost:4503/libs/granite/core/content/login.html but no success!

Since last few months, more and more mobile device data is going into 'Unknown Generic Android Mobile'. We have tried enabling the high entropy flag, but we are not really seeing any progress in dev data. Any suggestions on how to tackle it?

If user doesn't complete the goal after starting it(which is captured in eVar1) with in the same visit or in the next 3/4 visits, then also eVar value will persist or it will expire? if expire then when it will?
