Hi All, I am trying to set up push notifications services connection in ACS using AEP Sdk. I am able to see token in ACS , however I am not able to receive any PII data. I have set up a rule called 'Collect PII' to create PII postback, using this reference : Configuring Adobe Experience Platform Launch rules to support Adobe Campaign Standard use cases I have added post body as well in my rule, the data for which mobile app development team is passing. However, I am only able to see push platform and mcid, which are default data, but no custom data is received at ACS. Please help if anyone has any idea. Thanks,Rupal

Hi all We have a strange behaviour for our Android APP. All works well before signing the App and publishing in the store. After publishing we see no more data in report suite, and app logs something like this..  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2020-03-27 13:06:37.858 9587-9642/it.mydomain.is V/AdobeExperienceSDK: EventHub(AMSEventHub) - Processing event uniqueIdentifier: eb1df2a3-b47e-430b-af8d-9ace89f30ef1, com.adobe.eventtype.hub/com.adobe.eventsource.booted [0] {}2020-03-27 13:06:37.861 9587-9642/it.mydomain.is V/AdobeExperienceSDK: EventHub(AMSEventHub) - Event (eb1df2a3-b47e-430b-af8d-9ace89f30ef1) #0 (EventHub) resulted in 0 consequence events. I am encountering issues in integrating AEM with Target. After creating a functioning IMS Configuration in Target, I have created the following Target configuration using my IMS Configuration:But when I try to Connect to Adobe Target, I receive the following result: I then proceeded to go and look at the logs, and it seems the end point that gets called is the following (the red part is the client code): So basically https://mc.adobe.io/[client_code]/target/mboxes.Which returns an error. Now I have verified that the client code is correct, so I am now wondering whether the whole endpoint might be wrong.I have verified as well that the /target/mboxes part is hardcoded, so it's not like I can change it... but I am still wondering if there's a clear mistake I am making with this integration.Thank you always for you support,Parag.

I've gotten a lot of sign-ups, so this study is now closed. Thank you, everyone! Hi Everyone, I'm on a tight deadline (Wed, Nov 4th) and am looking for 5 work planners to talk to me about how you kick off your projects. Specifically, I want to learn how you assign people to your projects and how they are assigned to tasks. This is a short study and should take approximately 30 minutes. Please pass along this sign-up to anyone you think might be interested in participating. Thank you, as always, for helping Product make Workfront better! Elissa

I've noticed warnings in our logs like this recently.  Any idea what they mean? 22.10.2020 15:20:57.981 *WARN* [oak-lucene-6899] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.lucene.IndexCopier File _jz.fdx doesn't exist in /export/home1/adobe/AEM-4503/crx-quickstart/repository/index/digitalDepotAssetLucene-1584463953619/suggestdata 22.10.2020 15:20:57.981 *WARN* [oak-lucene-6899] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.lucene.directory.CopyOnReadDirectory Couldn't compute safe timestamp to delete files from NIOFSDirectory@/export/home1/adobe/AEM-4503/crx-quickstart/repository/index/digitalDepotAssetLucene-1584463953619/suggestdata lockFactory=NativeFSLockFactory@/export/home1/adobe/AEM-4503/crx-quickstart/repository/index/digitalDepotAssetLucene-1584463953619/suggestdata

Hi Marketo friends,   I need to create a report which shows all the people who have interacted with our emails over the past six months. I need to show the specific people with the most engagement (most opens, clicks, forwards) and the specific emails which they interacted with.   Our Marketo subscription does not include Revenue Explorer so I cannot create an Email Analysis Report. I read online that would be the easiest way to create report like this.   Is there any way to create this type of report without Revenue Explorer?   Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Everyone, We are looking for 5-8 individual contributors/end users to participate in discovery research with us about how they manage their work, what they like/dislike about their work, etc. We are making a significant effort in Product to improve the individual contributor/end user experience, so we would sincerely appreciate any of you admins finding us end users to speak to soon! Please reply to this thread if you have anyone who would be willing to speak to us. Thanks, Elissa

I'm trying to write a HTL statement using ternary operation with selectors and extension. But html is not compiling and throwing error.${slingModel.shouldHaveSelector ? slingModel.someLink @ selectors='content', extension = 'html' : slingModel.someLink @ extension = 'html' }Checked in HTL docs, but there is no mention of using ternary operations with extension and selectors.Any help on the right syntax to be used?

I've published a flow to production, however, I just realised that I need to make some changes to the rule. How can I update this? I am learning the tool and I am afraid I will create something that's duplicated. Also, any recommendations on how I can check if the tag is working? Thank you

we are sending transactional email with attachment via message center.Currently we dont have connection to sftp the file to the adobe server before the sent, we try to upload the file to the google cloud storage and generate the signed url, then pass to the rtevent. However this is not working. (error message: Unreachable Inbound email bounce (rule 'Probably_unreachable' has matched this bounce)) We have tried using a public link such as https://host/file.pdf, and it works perfectly fine. however if we tried pass the url as https://host/file.pdf?test=test, the attachment name received in the email is "file.pdftest=test".  below is our current attachment configuration. The signed url will have long query parameters with the authentication headers, which i think why it cause the email to bounce.so the question is, is there a way to customize the attachment name? Sample url is something like this:https://storage.googleapis.com/bucketname/sample.pdf?x-goog-sig

Hi All!   I am having some trouble creating a smart list of all of the unengaged records in our database. The primary filter I am using is this one:  The issue, is that when I do a deep dive into some of my programs, I am noticing that if a person was not marked as "responded" for at least 1 program, they are eligible for my smart list, meaning they could've been marked as responded for 10 out of 11 campaign, but that 1 campaign puts them in my list. I want to look at records who have been in all of our campaigns, but have not be marked as "responded" for all of them. Meaning no matter which campaign we have put them in, they haven't engaged with us. Anything I am missing with my filtering? Thanks in advance!

Hi All,Is there a feature, similar to "live copy" for DAM assets?  I'm looking for a way to create a parent/child relationship between assets, where the "children" assets inherit from the "parent".  We are currently running AEM 5.6.1, but would be interested in new features that may exist on 6.0 or 6.1 as well. Thanks!

I have a custom resource which is Deliveries deliveryI want to edit this and enable additional filtering criteria in the deliveries attributes. Can someone please let me know if there are specific checks to be followed before doing this? What would be the steps as I see that it doesn't publish the changes if I try to make edits. Is there any other step required?

Hello,After a component is added and unlocked in the structure mode of an editable template, the whole component i.e every field of the component is available for edit in page authoring mode.I have a requirement where, when I unlock a component, I want only the selected fields of the component to be available for edit in page authoring mode.Say, for example, Text core component has following fields:textidIn structure mode after I add a Text component to my template, I want to author just the 'id' field and leave the 'text' field open for edit in the page authoring stage. So the behavior after unlocking should be -a) Only 'text' field be available for the normal authors to edit at page authoring level and not the 'id' field.b) But the value of 'id' element gets copied to the page instance level. The solution that I used to achieve this behavior is - a) In the template, after authoring 'id' field, I'm disabling it using a policy (so that it is not avail

HI, I am facing an issue with combining multiple audiences in Adobe Target.I have one segment in audience Library say: 1 and I created an activity-only audience combining multiple segments say; 2, 3 and 4.Now, I want to create an audience which is 1 and (2 or 3 or 4).I am not able to combine 1 and (2 or 3 or 4) in activity only audience creation because it only shows audience library and not activity-only audience. Is there any way to achieve this? Regards,Nitish

Hello marketo community!    Using the interface, one can create new custom fields. More specifically via --> Admin --> Lead Management --> Create new custom field -> and filling out the required information on the pop-up and hitting save.   Now, let's say that you have a list of 40 custom fields that you need to create, and that you have to do this every once in a while.    How can one automate this process via the Marketo API? Is it even possible to create custom fields via the API?    I checked the docs and could only find information on how to update a custom field (https://developers.marketo.com/blog/create-a-custom-field-in-marketo-and-update-this-field-via-api/).    But I cannot find any info in the docs, or in the Marketo community on how to create custom fields via the API.   Any help would be much appreciated!   Best, Ernie

Similar products are returning incorrect recommendations (not similar at all) because, every time we upload a csv feed, it adds categories to the products.  Is there a way to overwrite entity.categoryId in stead of appending it to the file upload?  This is affecting our production environment.

Is there option available through GUI to create sub-folder within the path /conf/global/settings/workflow/models  ?

I created a json type offer and want target to return that. However, when I try the following code, response is blank. I couldn’t find any code example on adobe website specifically about return json response. Can you double check whether I missed something below or if you can point me to a code example/documentation with json response call? By the way, the following way works fine if it is html offer. adobe.target.getOffer({    "mbox": "mboxname",  "params": { "profile.language": "en"  },  "success": function(offer) {console.log(offer);alert(offer);                 adobe.target.applyOffer( {            "mbox": "mboxname",           "offer": offer         } );  },   &nbsp
