Hi Everyone,   Does anyone know of a best approach to building an email string leading up to a product launch date when the launch date varies by person and often changes?   For context, I work for a telecommunications company that is upgrading their network to Fiber Optic technology. The network upgrades will occur sporadically throughout 2021 and leads will be impacted at different times. Also – their “for sale” date often changes due to construction setbacks.   We’re building a trigger campaign so that leads that fill out a form on our website requesting to be contacted will be pulled into Marketo via API and will receive a series emails with the goal of keeping the lead warm and excited before Fiber is available to purchase.   Do you know of a best practice to build a campaign so that if someone who filled out the form with a launch date 8 weeks ahead would receive the first email in the cadence and someone who filled out the form with a launch date 1 week ahead

I'm creating a form where I need the lead to fill out at least one of two fields. Is there a way to make them required based on the value of the other field? For example, they need to give us value A and/or value B.

I'm working on a content fragment which has several single line, multi-line and binary inputs. One example of a single line input, I've named title. In my HTML, I'm able to access the title value like this: Current HTML: ${fragment.elements[0].value} This works, but it's not the best method if I want to change the content fragment order later in any way. Is there a way to access the value of my title input some other way? Example: ${fragment.elements.title.value} or ${fragment.elements["title"].value} So far everything I've tried doesn't work and I can't seem to find any other way of getting this to work.

With Adobe Campaign Classic we had the ability to add a seed list in the email delivery so that all individuals within that list would receive a copy of the email to their inboxes. Where in Adobe Campaign Standard does this same functionality exist? We need our client to be able to receive the email as a seed at the time the delivery deploys to the target audience.

I've been unable to disable Smart Tagging on AEM cloud instance. I've tried:Disabling Smart Tag workflow launcherSetting autotag=false property on the dam jcr:content nodeUnchecked "Enable Smart Tags for Images" under folder properties in the UIRegardless of all of this, it seems that smart tagging still occurs in every folder of the dam. I just want it active on one single folder. How can I do this? Thanks

On the authoring page view, after selecting a page to edit, we want to hide the properties toolbar button option for a specific group. What is the way to customize the toolbar based on user access rights?

This is probably another easy one that I am stumped on. I made a report that is showing all other projects within a program in a column based off a custom form field. However, it is showing them as bolded and I'd prefer just plain text. Any ideas how to just make this plain? See last column in screenshot. displayname=Other Assets in Projectlistdelimiter=<p>listmethod=nested(program.projects).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({DE:Is this the most primary asset for this release?}="Yes","",CONCAT({DE:RAND Asset Number}," (",{DE:Release number},")"))valuefield=namevalueformat=HTML I tried listdelimiter=<li> and valueformat=customDataLabelsAsString and it still shows as bolded.

Hi Community,   I'm looking to recreate the functionality a "Change Score" flow step does. Essentially is to add float fields to maintain a cumulative score based on these float fields.   The reason I'm looking into this is because "Change Score" can only handle field with "Score" type, which has to be integer. My case is to cumulatively added up float numbers, such as 0.023, 1,64, etc.   Any suggestion/workaround is welcome!   Thank you! Rebecca

Hello - There doesn't appear to be native support for setting Typeahead fields as columns in report view. I have pointed the column to the values I want in text mode, however, I'm getting the whole object when I run the report. In this case, I want a USER object typeahead field to show me the name of the user. In text mode for the view, so far, I have: displayname=Ownertextmode=truevaluefield=XYownervalueformat=customDataLabelsAsString When I run the report as is, the value that shows in the column/row (e.g.): {"objCode":"USER","name":"Jack Jackson","ID":"5xxxxx326xxx0537abc12345d6089e48xx17"} All we want to display is the "Jack Jackson". Is there a way to parse the name out and omit the rest? Thank you.

Hello,I have a question regarding the "Unique Visitor" Metric. If have a Freeform Table with Unique Visitors per Day. If I select only one day in the date range of my panel, I get a certain amount of Unique Visitors for that day (let's say 50.000). If I select multiple days in the Date-Range, I get a different number of Unique Visitors for the same day (see below).I edited the data in the Screenshot, but that's the behaviour I am seeing. I am aware that Unique User will be cleaned of duplicates in the total of the three day period, but I do not understand why the number of unique visitor on Dec 8. changes if I select a three day period. Any ideas what I am missing?    RegardsMatt

Hi,On the click of a download link, we are capturing the last part of URL as the document name in eVar74. This has been defined in Adobe Analytics extension on Launch. The problem we are facing is when we try to use Pages report in Workspace against the Download Link Instances/ eVar74 instances, there are no rows being reported. Does this have something to do with the Pages dimension and how it behaves with Occurrences vs Instances metrics? Please could someone help explain this? Thanks for all the help!

For cookie compliance, we have to refresh the landing page if a user opts in too Analytics cookies. This causes inflated session refresh visits because document.location is set to our domain.  How do I set s.referrer as "" / null so Adobe believes the marketing channel is direct rather than session refresh?

We're implementing the Workload Balancer! And are super stoked about it, but I can't find any way to send reminders to our resource managers to go in and make assignments. How do you all navigate this?

Hi All, Is there a way to access the quarantine data in Profile filters? I have created an audience and I would like to include a condition that is "not in quarantine" - so that I am not including profiles that have a quarantined email address in my initial query on a workflow. (I know they get excluded at point of send by the email delivery, but I'd rather take them out at the start). Can anyone advise what the filtering condition or advanced expression should be? Thanks David

Hi All, A simple question, does AEM 6.5.7 the latest SP include fixes from the previously released versions 6.5.1 to 6.5.6 ? Say suppose if a client is in AEM 6.5.1 and wants to upgrade, can the client upgrade directly to 6.5.7 or do they need to install each of the SP starting from 6.5.1 till 6.5.7 ? Regards,Mano

Hi everyone, i am doing some houskeeping and archiving within the system. Is there a possibility of assigning multiple elements like workflows to a different program or campaign folder at the same time?  Thank you and regardsMalte

In one of the latest releases I noticed when viewing a Profiles Event List that the events are sorted Ascending and not Descending.  Does anyone know if we can control that.  When I view a profile I would like to see what are the recent events first.

Hello guys, So I have a question around  Landing Templates. We have adopted a single "master" landing page template strategy - meaning we have 1 template with a variety of modules that we can opt to activate or hide depending on the use of the page. When making changes to the landing page template, our developers currently version control outside of Marketo's own WYSIWYGs and this often causes numerous live templates to go into draft. Is there something our developers can do to prevent Marketo from drafting every page that uses that template? The largest concern is that every time we make a change to the template we "draft" basically every landing page in our instance. Now, I know that they are still live to the audience (they are seeing the old version), however we'll have pages that are "hiding" pieces of the template that are updated - so is there a way to update the template but have it only draft those landing pages that are using the features that are updated?  We want

Do you have any experience as to whether you can be logged into Marketo with the same account on several devices in parallel and edit assets etc. without this leading to problems (changes are not adopted or the like)?

Where does the mkto_opt_out cookie info show on person's record? Would like ability to do 2 things: 1. run a smart list or report showing all people who have opted out of munchkin tracking 2. Change from true to false if customer changes mind   Search all over and can't find any info so hoping someone knows or knows where info is buried:)   Thanks, Trish

Hi there, you might have heard that there will be a new EU regulation which means that the user needs to actively check a box before we can use any kind of tracking/analytics.https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/eu-cookie-rules-tracking-opt-in-privacy-security-german-court-a9127806.htmlThis is rather annoying because we collect no personal data at all.Is anyone aware of ideas how to solve this issue?RegardsStefanie
