Hello Team, Is there any way for the Pathfield resourceType to restrict specific mimetypes Example : In a dialog, I would like to use a pathfield , which should only show me the mp4 files present in the DAM.   Earlier, Using PathBrowser allows us to create a Custom predicate Service. What is the best practice for DAM custom metadata schema and custom search forms. Do we commit the /conf/../dam/adminui-extension/metadataschema/.. into Git codebase and deploy through maven into AEM? OR do we treat metadata schema similar to /content and install the package manually on different environments?

We define several filters like this:   @8220494 @SlingServletFilter(   scope = { SlingServletFilterScope.REQUEST },   pattern = "/bin/api/.*",   methods = { "GET", "POST" } ) @Designate(ocd = CorrelationLoggingFilter.Config.class) public class CorrelationLoggingFilter implements Filter {   The question is, how do we specify the order the filters are executed in?   Is this documented anywhere?

We have an issue that our filters seem to be in incorrect order. We have heard there is a tool to view this on a per request basis. Any ideas where this tool might be?  Doesnt seem to be in dev console, cloud admin console or cloud manager. I also tried our-autor-url/system/console/config and  our-author-url/system/console/requests   But both of these give 403

Hi All, I would like to check if is anyone tried to create a new core application that is same how the Core WCM works? The idea is to create a new core using latest AEM archetype and the components inside that new core will be extended to the proxy application just like how core wcm works. And also the new core will be a dependency to the proxy application same as core wcm. Than you.

Hi..,As part of task, need to do package the content and have to do package replication for higher environments : DEV STG PRD Can you please help me for how to do it and  is it applicable if we applied image profiles to some particular folder that folder has been packaged. Dear all，   The Pfizer customer ID details of portal metrics are inconsistent with the total number, more detail please refer to attached picture:   View the portal visit details through breakdown Pfizer customer ID. The total number of all portal metrics details are different from the displayed total number. Total number of page views is 2987, breakdown total number of Pfizer customer ID is 2653, which is much smaller than the total number of Page views. Total number of Visits is 1608, breakdown total number of Pfizer customer ID is 1975, which is much larger than the total number of Visits. The HCP can be identified Pfizer customer ID after login completed. why is there’re -1 under Login complected? Unspecified and -1 are both HCPs who have not logged in and cannot identify Pfizer customer ID. What's the differences between them? 

Hi Team,   I have created 2 custom property indexes for 2 different custom queries which fetch the content from metadata in DAM, it was working fine somedays back.   We faced some issues with indexing, due to this instance is re-indexed now. After re-indexed, my custom queries are picking default OOTB index (/oak:index/damAssetLucene) instead of custom index. How to ensure my queries pick custom index, please suggest.   Thanks,

Hi All, I have created a group in aem dev env. i have added the user to that group i have given the below permission to that group . /etc. allow. JCR: all /conf allow JCR:all /content allow jcr:all they are able to create a package with this permission. but they are not able to upload the package. AEM Version - AEM Cloud

Hello, We are using service pack 6.5.10, and we want to generate a sitemap.xml. Whatever documents I have read so far all talk about the AEMaaCS approach or OSGi config that comes with 6.5.11 or later version. I haven't found anything about the lower versions. Also, we recently migrated our existing site to AEM. So, we already have a sitemap.xml file from the previous codebase. Is it possible to upload it somewhere in AEM and utilize it? Thank you!

Hi,   We have UTM tracking turned for our instance and are trying to work out how to update it to look at the delivery level name rather than campaign level name.   For example lets say we have a Welcome email campaign that sends 3 emails (named Welcome email 1, Welcome email 2, Welcome email 3). Currently the UTM tracking is only picking up the campaign name of 'Welcome'.   The setup we have in the Brand Configuration is below:   Paramater name = utm_campaign Parameter value = context.delivery.campaign.label   Does anyone know what the parameter value will be to get to the level of tracking 'Welcome email 1, Welcome email 2 and Welcome email 3'?   Any help would be appreciated.   Thank you! I have a workflow that is creating Additional Data that is collected from a 1:N table. I have saved the output to a list audience but the insert personalization tool does not recognize the fields in the audience. Is it possible to personalize emails from data in a list audience and if so, what is the process to make that data available in the email designer?

Hi community,   I'm experiencing some trouble concerning page breaks: I created an invoice form that has a dynamic table and data bindings that fill up the cells. So far so good.     The problem: There are some articles that have a very long description, which forces a page break so the table stays empty on page one. This is the area using the design view. The two floating fields have the following settings: Parent Cell (Text): next Parent (Line): and so on...   Table: page breaks allowed subform wrapping table: page breaks allowed bdyPage: page breaks allowed   I'm not able to find my mistake. Hi, We can select a single page and see its references via Reference option  But while selecting multiple pages, it showing error and references option will not be available. Is there a way we can do some configuration and make references Option available for multiple page selection ?    

Hi community, I know this has been discussed before and maybe there are new workarounds for this.   I need to A/B test a whole email for a triggered campaign. So, someone fills out a form and receives version A, then another one fills out a form and receives version B.   Is there a way to implement this like a round-robin approach or any other workaround?   Thanks, Raul

Hi,   Could you please calrify my below doubts. 1> Where can we configure caching rules for CDN? 2> In dispatcher we have /cache section within which we have /rule section to define which all are the files to be cached and /invalidate section to define which all are files to be considered for invalidating. so my question is , what happens to the files which are part of /rule section but not part of /invalidate section. 3>In our project all most all files are allowed to cache in /rule section but in /invalidate section only .html and mode.json is present . so how will clientlibs and dam assets gets invalidated ? 4> Should we cache assets are not ? what is the standard ? 5> What are must cache files in any aem sites.   6> Do we still use dispatcher flush agents in publihs for invalidation of cache in AEMaaCS? 7> Do we need to add cache-control to response header with max-age as well to cache files in dispatcher ? /rule section is not enough ?   Th

Hi,    I am trying to create a Form Data Model using a data source that is connect to my Oracle Database. I'm not sure if a configured a field wrong but I am getting the error "error fetching datasource" so I am assuming it is something dealing with the JDBC connection URI. Does anyone know what I am supposed to put for the JDBC connection URI? Below is a screenshot of the "error fetching datasource" message.     Thank You

Hello, On our website, we have our data layer tagged with Product Tags. And, we are capturing all the product tags attached to pages into a conversion variable names "product tag". Many pages are attached to multi-product tags also so they are all also coming in the conversion variable. However, the issue that we are facing is on pulling the report in analytics using the "product tag". we are seeing some other pages also that even doesn't belong to that product tag. for example if we try to apply a segment "product tag contains ABCD" then it pulls pages which even doesn't have ABCD tag on it. Any suggestions?  

Hey everyone,   I configured a watched folder to execute an AEM workflow when a user inserts a file inside the input folder. That is working correctly, but the payload directory the workflow creates does not seem to appear in the CRX manager.   For example, from the instances menu I was able to obtain the payload directory it "created": /etc/fd/watchfolder/staging/WatchedFolder_PackagingSketch_SendPackagingSketchProces/Pxde67e262aaba5b6a60d16546   But when I want to troubleshoot something or maybe look at a file in the payload, the last "Pxde67e262aaba5b6a60d16546" does not seem to be generated:   Am I missing any type of configuration with the watched folder I created or is this a known issue/behavior?   Thanks,

Hi All, I have a requirement where i need to allow the author to select the type of schema he wants to apply for asset after uploading.We have 2 metadata models.Author will choose which one to apply during asset upload. Within same folder i may have few asset with Model A and few assets with Model B.   I know we can create custom schema using Mime type. But in my case same mime type may get different metadata schemas.  I tried contextual metadata but it removes all other tabs and give only option to include one tab.    In my case i want all the default schema tabs like Basic,Advanced,IPTC,IPTC Extension,Camera Data + Tab B or Tab B.   Any idea on how to achieve this.   Regards, Ganthi

I'm unable to access Adobe Experience Cloud images in Campaign Standard's Email Designer. I can access when I use the Legacy Designer. Am I missing a setting? All my training suggested I avoid the legacy designer.
