Hi All, We have a requirement to execute the sling servlet on the monthly basis. Actually I have added the content path of the sites in xml and updated this in content/dam, here I have used query builder for this and I wanted to execute this particular servlet on the monthly basis to generate the xml. Please let me know if anyone has worked on the similar issue. Thanks,

Or do you store information on a portfolio that all tasks within need to reference? Did you know that you can capture these pieces of information in a calculated custom field so that it’s easily accessible and can be used in reporting?   Let’s walk through a few examples: Example #1: For all new projects, you want to track the exact date the status changed to “On Hold.” Create a calculated custom field to track this date change. Hello team, we have a custom workflow in which we are trying to add some assets to the payload, and we are getting this error even though the assets are not referenced in the pages. (For example, if page-a.html is added to the workflow and we try to add the image test.jpg, we are getting this error even though test.jpg is not referenced in page-a.html.) After activating an AEM page in the author environment the page is published successfully in the publish environment. But the publish url is still being served from an old cache. Hello,I am trying to update the Dynamic Media configuration to restrict certain MIME types (e.g., documents and PDFs) from being published or processed by Dynamic Media. Due to legal constraints and compliance requirements, we cannot store these types of documents on Dynamic Media as it is hosted on a public server.Could anyone assist me with how I can prevent these MIME types from being published to Dynamic Media?Thank you.

I am uploading assets programatically to aem cloud using AssetManager createOrReplaceAsset methodimage gets uploaded to AEM however it is taking 5-10 minutes to process the image, apply rendition and properties. Hi Brains Trust, On onsite AEM DAM I am facing a challenge - users can upload files with the same filenames that already exist in the library. Some filenames are the same, but have either first capital letter or lower case... I want to block such option. Anyone uploading a file with the filename that already exists on the library (case not sensitive) should be notified and not allowed to upload unless file is renamed.  Does such feature exist or is possible on AEM DAM? Thanks

Hi, I recently took over a 6.5 AEM DAM with thousands of images on it. I have been tasked to audit the assets - keep relevant, delete / archive old and unreferenced.I do not have coding / developer access so will strictly use interface only. Is there someone who went through similar task and can share what they did? Here is what I think I will do:- Export folder CSVs. Which selective properties should I be choosing - Date Created, Date Uploaded, Referenced By (does CSV include this?)?- Then in Excel sort by Referenced and not Referenced, then sort by date created and uploaded. - Review images older than 5yrs and decide - keep or purge. This will be hard because I will have to visit each image individually. Unless - Is there a way I can tell the AEM through CSV which assets to purge? I could do that in bulk. Or is there a better way?  Many thanks

Therefore, we've seen many enterprise customers deciding on the bring-your-own CDN option to accommodate specific requirements. This option is still valid, but it means clients need to pay for two CDNs. Adobe-managed Fastly CDN comes OTTB with AEMaaCS and we cannot remove it from the architecture. I recently put in a Workfront ticket to support because when you're in the issue under documents and want to move an interactive proof you created to the converted project, it's not working and it's throwing an error. (See screenshot of what I'm talking about). They gave me a workaround and thought I would share in case anyone else was having the same issues. Instructions on how to move a proof from the request to the project. In this case, we were trying to move an interactive proof.  Under the documents folder in the issue Select the interactive proof you need to move  Click on Document Details Select the (...)
