We'd like to have the ability to report on the percent complete at the end of each iteration (before incomplete tasks are moved), so that we can see this data for all iterations in a given time period on one page. Currently, the only way to see this data is to click through each iteration on the Story Board page. If you report on Percent Complete in an iteration report, it shows the current percent complete (based on the tasks still in the sprint at the time of viewing the report) rather than the percent complete on the end date of each sprint (which is what we'd like to see).
Analysis workspace does a great job showing you the value of a bar or a line data point when you hover over them. However when you export the project to a PDF, that information gets lost to the scale on the side of the graph.it would be great if we could display the data points on top of the bars or next to the link data points. having the option to display all data points or just the min/max so the user's don't have to hover them and so they get printed to the PDF would be enourmously helpful as we (analyst) tend to share information via email and slack in a more informal situations.these labels should change based on the scale so if I want to display % vs numbers, I just need to change the scale of my graph and the data labels will update automatically
This may be accomplished with OneDrive integration, but modifying documents in Workfront is too cumbersome. Asking business owners to download the document, make their edits, and remember to reupload the document is too difficult. Create functionality similar to OneDrive or Google docs.
Description - It would be amazing that if someone was listed as a resource manager who was deactivated or reduced to a free license would be auto removed from all projects (even templates). Why is this feature important to you - We have so many people in the system, and so many templates for different stakeholders. It is impossible to remember who is listed where all of the time to manually remove these users. This automation would reduce manual efforts and errors! How would you like the feature to work - I would like it once someone is deactivated or reduced license they should be auto-removed as a resource manager on templates at the least, but on projects would be nice too. OR, they should be removed from templates but allowed to stay on the projects and not get errors. Current Behavior - Currently what happens is that the users stay on the project and templates, so when someone goes to add a new template to a project or copy a project (and other similar act
Hi there,An idea that would be really useful for us is metric filters/criteria in workspace. At the moment if you drop an Evar on a free form table you can filter based on values. What I would love to see is the ability to do this on metrics (greater than / less than) as currently we have to do these reports in report builder / excel. An (very crude) example of what I am after is below.ThanksDave
Updating the Project ‘plan’ in its current size is extremely painful and information you can see at any one time is limited.I think it would be highly beneficial if the Project Plan could open up as a full page in a pop out window and would make managing the plan an easier task. Thanks!
Comcast is typically running and developing something like twenty campaigns a month right now. It would be helpful if the "Collisions" tab in Target Activity setup had a filter feature to sort by live/inactive campaigns, campaigns live on a particular page, etc, especially now that they use the Target Global mbox. As far as I can tell, if a campaign is setup on the Target Global mbox - the collisions tab shows every other campaign, live and inactive, QA and production, that is live on the Target global mbox - on any page. This is my first time submitting an idea - so please let me know if this is not the appropriate way to go about this. Thanks!Matt Lowden
Hello community! I've been trying to create some logic on one of my intake forms. My idea is to have a complete list of values on one field, but that it should display only a few of them depending on what I have chosen on a previous question. For example: in a field called Color I will have the options Blue, Yellow and Red, but I only want to display the options Blue and red if in previous Field I chose the option "Pencil" and only Yellow and blue if I chose "Pen".Is that possible? hope I made myself clear
Links in the My Approvals widget could previously be opened in a new tab by right-clicking and selecting "Open Link in New Tab". However, the functionality recently changed and a different menu appears when you right-click these links. I was informed that this was due to "changes made on the website's backend to ensure unified functionality and better overall performance". However, this is not ideal from a user experience standpoint. Users with multiple approvals pending need the option to open these links in a new tab so that they can quickly navigate back-and-forth to and from the Home page. Allowing these links to be opened in a new tab would also be consistent with the functionality of the other links on the page.
I would like to be able to have two items on the left axis because their scale is similar and have rate on the right axis because its scale is different.
Description - Need to have ability to restrict certain features on Boards for users. Right now, anyone with Board access can do any type of configuration (Add/Remove columns, update Custom Fields on Cards, configure card settings, *ADD SUBTASKS - even though their access level will not allow adding/deleting tasks!, etc). This is a big concern with clients as most users will just need access to move cards through columns/status's. Why is this feature important to you - This will allow teams to be able to utilize a proper agile board experience without fear of users completely messing up how they are set up and functioning How would you like the feature to work - This would be a setting at the access level (or the board itself) to restrict permission to "Editing/Configure". There would almost be another access level to just allow users to move cards through status, update fields, make comments, etc, but NOT allow them to configure columns, card configurations, ADDING SUBTASKS.&
When working with conditional content in emails it hard to find and change your existing conditions. You need to go into a email and use the conditional content feature to be able to see the list over all conditions been created. This list/library of conditions could have been accessible through the menu. Then you could se all, and you could open and change them directly without going trough a existing email that only can be accessed in a Journey. Selecting a condition to use in a variant of a ex a email module is intuitive and works fine, it is the overview over what you have already created before, and how to make changes to them that is hard, and little intuitive.
My team has to copy about 100 projects each quarter. Could you create the ability to copy the projects all at once?
DescriptionThe current search functionality in Adobe Workfront can be improved to enhance efficiency when searching for past projects, especially when looking for work done by other team members. Users who frequently need to locate previous projects based on specific owners or project types often face limitations that slow down their workflow. This enhancement proposal focuses on two key improvements:Expand the search functionality to display all potential project owners when searching by name, rather than restricting the results to only the top 10 suggestions. This is especially critical when dealing with common names, as it limits visibility and makes it difficult to locate the correct project owner.Allow users to filter by both "Project Type" and "Project Owner" simultaneously. Currently, selecting a project type disables the ability to also search by a person’s name. Enabling both filters at once would streamline the search process and significantly reduce the time spent manually si
Description -Why is this feature important to you - We have group admins who monitor end user license allocations and it would be helpful for them to receive this system generated email notification so they are aware of use cases where we might need to budget for additional light licenses. How would you like the feature to work - Specific group administrators should optionally be able to receive this email notification.Current Behaviour - Only system admins receive this email notification.
Sometimes it happens that the error information includes only "There is an error" or "Runtime error" - to fix it ...it would be really great to have more or bether ALL information about the error - the line where it happens and why it happens!Next time when the issue happens, i will make a screen shot and update this idea.
Hello fellow Adobe-pros,Another feature request to make all our lives a lot easier: Please, bring Full Path reports from Reports & Analytics to Analysis Workspace. That report is super helpful to understand how users move through a page in general and from a given point:What I would like to have is quite simple: A full path dimension for every dimension in Workspace! That dimension would hold the paths through that dimension for a given session with values like "Entry -> Homepage -> Product Page -> Exit". Ideally, this value would be calculated when the report runs, so that segments are also respected. For example, if I would exclude all Hits on the homepage, the dimension would then show "Entry -> Product Page -> Exit". Ideally, we would also have the option to search this dimension in a clever way, like with the old PathFinder report: With a report like this, it would be super easy to train our business users to do in-depth pathing analysis on their own. As th
As much as I love being able to hyperlink dimensions in a freeform table, this is only limited to either: Having a URL-based dimension so you can allow Adobe Analytics to create hyperlinks for all rows or Manually enter the URL for each row (There is an option to create a dynamic URL string, but that requires the dimension having direct ties to the URL.) It would be nice to designate a URL dimension (for example, evar1 Page URL) as the destination link for the corresponding non-URL dimension currently chosen in the freeform table (for example, evar2 Page Title). This would be helpful if users are looking at Page Title or Video Names and want to know more about the page content that may influence the KPIs they are seeing.
As my team continues to write project briefs in WF, we would to have the current features expand and make the writing/ working on marketing briefs more dynamic. A few ideas:More than 1 bullet indention right now we can only indent 1 bullet so we can't do sub-bullets.Ability to copy and paste a screenshot or photo directly into the text boxAbility to highlight or change the color of certain text to emphasize things in the brief Ability to add in a table to better organize informationA best in class example is honestly how people can write briefs in Asana as there was a ton of different functions for the text and layout.
Hitting the Submit button on a timecard right after entering hours in a cell (the cursor is still in the cell) results in a save and not a submit. This is confusing for our users and results in a lot of unsubmitted time cards from our users. They click the button and see the loading circle, and once complete they close out but it hasn't submitted.Steps to reproduce the issue:1) Enter hours into a cell in a timesheet2) Before clicking out of the cell, click the Submit for approval button3) A "Saving..." message with a throbber (loading circle) shows next to the button, but once it completes it has only saved, and not submitted. It would be great if you could have the autosave and submit run if they click submit. Or maybe disable the button if there are unsaved changes. Either way, it would be great to fix this so we don't have to train our users to click the submit button twice.
Description - Currently you can apply. date range to all panels. However, you cannot apply your drop-downs and segment filters to all panels. Additionally, if you want to rearrange your filters (ex: move one to the front to keel things in order, you have to delete items in from of them and reapply them again. Why is this feature important to you -Ease of use How would you like the feature to work -Allow a "apply to all" button to apply all filters and drop-downs on a specific panel to ALL panels in a Workspace project. Allow a user to reorganize the positioning of filters and drop-downs within a panel without first having to remove filters/drop-downs. Current Behavior - You have to remove filters/drop-downs to move filters from the end to the beginning.
Description -Currently you can place annotations on line displays to provide an understanding when events have happened in time. However, for other trend views like Area and combo, you cannot apply annotations. It would be great to be able to do so. Why is this feature important to you -It makes annotating events easier to adopt across multiple views. It doesn't force the analyst to use only one display method. How would you like the feature to work - Allow annotation for area, bar, and combo displays. Current Behavior - only line charts allow for annotations.
In our instance, we have some projects that require specific default fields, views, filters and terminologies that are different than other projects. It would be helpful if we could assign project layout templates to portfolios or programs or individual projects instead of users.Example:Agile Portfolio:-Projects= Epics-Tasks=Features-Issues=Defects-Project Custom dashboard= Epic PI Dashboard Marketing Campaign Portfolio:-Projects = Campaigns-Tasks=Activities-Issues=Digital Content-Project Custom Dashboard=Campaign Performance Dashboard
Description -Currently, you can only use dimension items in the flow display. This limits visibility into pathing in and out of a "group" (example: if you had a URL dimension, you may want to see pathing into all URL's that contain /products/ instead of just /products/widget-a/ ) Allowing users to use segments in addition to dimension items would allow the user to have visibility into an overarching pattern of behavior into like items. Why is this feature important to you -There have been many frequent cases where this would be useful in my personal analysis. As a web analyst, I want to see flow displays in and out of a hit-based segment to see the bigger picture for journeys in and out of all similar pages all at once. How would you like the feature to work -Using the segment as the start, the middle or end of the flow display would work. But not with multiple segments. Pathing in and out of the segment would be
Description - An App that leverages the target admin API to streamline the monitoring of all activities available on a website. With this App, marketing managers gain the ability to effortlessly bulk delete activities, audiences, and offers, thus enabling them to effectively manage the dynamic nature of their website. Why is this feature important to you - This feature holds tremendous significance for marketing managers, as it provides them with a centralized view of all activities, allowing them to conveniently delete multiple activities based on their status. This streamlined approach not only facilitates moderation but also enhances the overall performance of the target UI.How would you like the feature to work - Ideally, this feature could be seamlessly integrated into the Adobe Target UI dashboard. Alternatively, it can be showcased on a visually appealing landing page, offering customers a comprehensive overview of live, inactive, archived, or ended activities.Current Behav
