Hi All, Version: AEM 6.5 SP 19 On prem hosted on Amazon AWS ec2 serverJDK: 11.0.27OS: OEL 8.10 (recently migrated from CentOS 7)Issue: When an user is trying to upload images in DAM (generally jpg/png) it shows Upload failed. This happens randomly, after multiple retries it finally uploads the image. Image size also are not very big its in KB only. Analysis: We had gone through the error.log and workflow specific log during that time period and see no errors or exceptions logged in AEM author instance. Also one keynote is, this issue is being noticed only after recent OS migration. CPU utilization also is around 37% and never got any notifications for high memory or CPU during that time period. Can anyone help us on what could be the potential issue, or any pointers as to where we need to look for the Root cause?@arunpatidar @veenavikraman

Hi all I'm a newly appointed system administrator for our Workfront instance, which has been in use for over a decade. We are looking to overhaul our configuration and eliminate any unnecessary technical debt. However, we have been cautious about making changes due to concerns about the potential impact on our existing data, including historical information, permissions, reports, groups, teams and more. If someone has been through something like this and has any suggestions, lessons learned, be careful when..., etc. please let me know. Thank you!
I'm reviewing the following article about extending the Content Fragment Model Editor in AEM:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/developing/extensibility/ui/content-fragments/examples/editor-custom-fieldMy goal is to create a custom datatype that can be used within the Content Fragment Model Editor for our project. However, we're currently using AEM 6.5 on-premise (not AEM as a Cloud Service).Given that, is this article relevant to our setup? If not, what's the recommended approach for adding custom data types in AEM 6.5?
We have a requirement to implement a custom delete workflow to handle the deletion of multiple XFS and CFS instances. As part of this process, the workflow should generate a single, consolidated notification indicating whether each asset was either deleted or locked.Additionally, in cases where an asset is locked, we would like to explore the possibility of automatically re-triggering the workflow once the asset becomes unlocked.Has anyone implemented a similar solution, or are there any best practices you could share?
Hello - I wanted to see if anyone in the Community has the AI Assistant turned on in their instance. Have you found it useful? Is there anything to look out for when turning it on? Thanks!

You must have heard of the Edge Network while implementing the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). However, not everybody knows what it really is or understands it in full. In this post, I want to mitigate this gap and I am going to introduce this part of AEP.DefinitionLet us start with the definition of the concept of "edge network" in general:It is the physical portion of the network that interconnects with “the outside world.”I like it because it is concise, and it encapsulates all that needs to be explained. If you think of AEP as a mesh of services, servers, network devices, databases..., most of these elements are hidden behind a security system. This mesh is what we call AEP Core. Only a small portion of this mesh can be accessed from external systems. The first building block that can be accessed from the outside world is Data Ingestion, but only secured and vetted private networks are allowed. There is also a data access for the Discovery & Insights building block, which requi

Hey There, I have a question related to image orientation. A user pointed to a batch of images they recently uploaded, that after ingesting to the AEM DAM they got a wrong rotation in renditions as well as thumbnail in Card View. The main image is oriented correctly. A few renditions rotated the image CCW 90 dgs. Why is that? How can this be fixed? Most of the images in the DAM are oriented correctly. The workflow is the same to all and has had no changes. Please see an example below. The pattern is the same throughout. Many thanks! .
Brands are increasingly focused on unifying customer data from various sources to create a single, comprehensive view of each customer. As part of this shift, many are moving to Customer Data Platforms (CDP). For instance, a brand may plan to adopt Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to unify customer data and capture real-time behavioral data. Concurrently, many brands are migrating from Adobe Campaign V7 or Campaign Standard to Campaign V8. In this context, it is common for brands to utilize both Adobe Campaign V8 and AJO, which are powerful marketing automation platforms. This raises several questions: Is it not sufficient to have either Adobe Campaign V8 or AJO to handle business use cases? Would it be better to adopt AJO, the latest in the market, instead of migrating to V8 from Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard? What is the need for having two marketing automation platforms within the ecosystem? If these questions have crossed your mind, the details below will provide clarity

Introduction Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) offers three standard visualization methods designed to analyze and understand customer pathways across touchpoints. These visualization options - Journey Canvas, Fallout, and Flow visualizations - each bring their own specialized capabilities to the analysis process. Journey Canvas provides a flexible and customizable interface for mapping complex customer interactions, while the Fallout visualization excels at tracking sequential progression through predefined touchpoints, and the Flow visualization enables exploration of non-linear customer movement patterns. Hi Team, In my website, I am using GraphQL queries on Content Fragments. When I am creating new CF's and publishing it, I am not able to fetch those CF's on my publisher website using GraphQL queries. After 1 or 2 days, I am able to read them so my question is, how can I remove caching for GraphQL queries so I would get new fragments data as well? I checked the dispatcher settings and found that the default rewrite rule is allowing cache for GraphQL like this# Allow the dispatcher to be able to cache persisted queries - they need an extension for the cache fileRewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/graphql/execute.jsonRewriteRule ^/(.*)$ /$1;.json [PT] I updated the cache rule as well in dispatcher repo to overwrite the above caching, but it is still not working on publisher/2003{/glob "/graphql/execute.json/*"/type "deny"} What could be the best way to not cache the queries. Thanks.

We are currently using automated proofs for a project. There are approximately 60 proofs in this project. It is set up in 2 stages (Stakeholder review-). Stage 2 goes to our Agency for edits. Wondering if a Basic Proof workflow would make more sense. What are best practices for using Basic Proof and using Automated Proof
what configs/settings would you set in the CDN vs setting it in the dispatcher? as an example: I can set caching strategies in both dispatcher and CDN (this is for an AMS setup). But because, changing the CDN requires assistance from the AMS rep, I setup both CDN and dispatcher so that the dispatcher rules takes priority (our team can manage it). I also feel, managing similar configurations in 1 place is better than managing it in 2 places. suggestions/thoughts? Thank you.
