Hi all - Looking for feedback on new capabilities we released as limited availability https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/journey-action The new action node will ultimately replace all of the native actions in the Journey left rail, but in this release we are allowing users to explore this workflow as an addition to the existing native channels. Couple of points here: The new action node is meant to simplify the canvas and cleanup the left rail. (Note in the future we intend to do something similar for events with a generic "event" node). The new action node will reinforce patterns and UX from single-step action campaigns. - Our goal is to make single-step actions and multi-step canvas feel more cohesive. This new action node will allow for all the new targeting capabilities to be used within the action configuration. Mulitple inbound actions can be group

I’m part of the AEM Dynamic Media team. We collaborate with customers and partners to promote the adoption of Dynamic Media and share the best practices. Occasionally, we notice customer concerns regarding blurry or dull images delivered through Dynamic Media. Upon investigating these cases, I’ve identified three common reasons that can be effectively resolved by applying a few straightforward best practices. In this article, I’ll outline these practices and demonstrate how Dynamic Media can transform a high-resolution 26 MB TIFF file into a sharp, vibrant 35.6 KB AVIF image. Three Reasons Behind Blurry Images Ingesting low quality imagesWe’ve observed that customers often use JPEG files as input for Dynamic Media. However, since JPEG is a lossy compression format, image details are often lost early in the workflow—before the files are even ingested into Dynamic Media. As a result, these images may already exhibit issues such as banding or compression artifacts. Overlooking Image Sharp

Two upcoming deprecations may impact your integration with Marketo Engage and may require action. The Marketo Engage SOAP API will be fully deprecated on January 31st 2026. Please review if you are still using the SOAP API in one or more of your Marketo subscriptions. To avoid disruptions of service, you will need to retire or migrate any services using the SOAP API to the Marketo Engage REST API by January 31st 2026. Consult the Migration Guide for further information. Marketo Engage Support is only able to provide the IP address of requests made to the SOAP API. On January 31st 2026, the Marketo Engage REST API will no longer accept access tokens for authentication and authorization via the ‘access_token’ query parameter. Please check if one or more of your integrations uses this parameter to authenticate. To avoid disruptions of service, any services using this parameter to authenticate will need to migrate to using header-based auth
Over the past decade, brands have invested heavily in SEO, content strategy, and personalization to drive visibility and engagement across digital channels. But the landscape is rapidly shifting. Today, the customer journey increasingly begins not with a traditional search engine, but with an AI assistant. As generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity become go-to tools for information and decision-making, large language models (LLMs) are emerging as the new front door to brand discovery. These systems don’t just index content — they summarize it, interpret it, and recommend it. That means they’re shaping brand perception long before a user visits a website. Yet many brands remain unaware that their content is already being surfaced — or overlooked — by these AI tools. Bain & Company reports that 80% of consumers rely on AI-written summaries for at least 40% of their searches. And Gartner projects that by 2028, brands could see a 50% or greater decline in organic

As part of our platform modernization, we are officially deprecating support for the Marketo Engage SOAP API interface as of October 31, 2025. While SOAP played an important role in early integrations, the REST API has long since become the standard for new development. It’s faster, simpler to work with, and better supported by tools and frameworks across languages. All new functionality is exclusively available through the REST API. If you’re still using the SOAP API—for example, for lead management, custom object syncing, or program execution—it’s critical to begin migrating now. Planning Your Migration Strategy If you're unsure whether your application is using SOAP, check for WSDL references or webService endpoints in your integration code. In many cases, clients built with libraries like Apache Axis or .NET Web Services are tied to SOAP. Once identified, you’ll want to begin translating your integration logic to REST. For example, SOAP calls for lead operation
