We have a large number of forms that have multiple sections of fields that must be on them for reporting purposes. One section at the top for user input and one section at the bottom for calculations and form metadata. These are a couple examples, but some forms have many more.Right now, I have to open a form in a separate window and use that to compare side by side as I create a new form.It would be nice to have sections or groups that can be preset so when I create a new form, I can add the section/group and the fields will pop in automatically with the same settings (required, calculations, logic, etc.). From there I can add addition fields as needed.
I decided to contribute a write up for creating aggregated metrics, given a couple of issues I found with common use cases: Comparing metrics over time in Analysis Workspace provides a visualization of non-aggregated trend lines.Using the Summary Change visualization will provide a calculation of deltas that is not apples-to-apples, but instead comparing a partial day’s figures against another day’s aggregated total.Using Time-parting for Aggregated Metrics in Analysis Workspace Let me know if you have any questions, or feedback. Thanks.
Can you add an option to export the mobile code snippets on Adobe Experience Platform Launch?Often our mobile apps are developed by third party, and we do not provide access to Adobe Launch, so we have to copy and paste the code snippet out of the Adobe Launch. It would be nice if we can export the whole thing to a text file or pdf file. Thank you!
Ability for a user to delete a project ONLY if the user created a project.
It would be very helpful if we can mark a special announcement or update within a project. People are receiving notifications, but because all updates look the same they are not noticing if/when there’s a critical update on a project.
Emojis are not a documented supported feature in Marketo, and while they aren't for every audience there are a lot of promising test results that show they can be effective at helping emails stand out. Many benefits to using emojis are outlined in this Marketo blog post:blog.marketo.com/2015/05/marketers-rejoice-emoji-marketing-is-here.htmlIt would be great to have this as a supported feature. Other ESPs have recently introduced support for emojis and initial test results and it's something I would like to be able to test out in Marketo. Vote this up if you feel the same.
We operate a lot with weeks in our company and on multiple of our reports we are looking to have data shown in a week-context.I would like to suggest to have the WEEKNUM(date) function added as a Calculated Data Expression that we can use throughout valueexpressions. It's a fairly standard function to match the already existing DAYOFWEEK, DAYOFMONTH, YEAR functions.Regards,-Stefan
Please consider the following GUI improvements in the Task View 1. Add a `close`/`hide` button in the top right corner of the `Assigned To` dialog... at the moment there is a `Hide` button at the bottom but the more typical location is the top right corner. What makes your current implementation worse is the fact that you have an `x` in the top right corner where people expect to see a close option however this one un-assigns the task without a confirmation! 2. When editting the overview of the task details... allow the Description field to be resized... it will take just three lines of CSS to make this work: resize: vertical; // or perhaps both max-width: none; max-height: none; See the `.details-form wf-text-area[name=description] textarea` rule in https://design-1st.attask-ondemand.com/static/prod/css/tiles/content-task-view.css?build=44a9595620ee75295c3ae94c2491da33 3. add an inline HTML editor to the wf-text-area[name=description] textarea - see https://www.sitepoint.com/10-b
The task or projects description field have an really low limit of characters (4.000) and also does not allow visual resource like, BOLD, UNDERLINED, HIGHTLIGHTS or embed images.
It would add a very useful additional layer of flexibility if the Adobe Analytics extension allowed you to add a condition against the variable you were setting (dare I say it, similar to processing rules! 😅) At the moment if I want to conditionally set a variable (e.g. an eVar) I either have to have a completely separate rule or I have to use custom code within the action both of which are a compromise for different reasons.
The auto detection of download and exit links provided by the Adobe Analytics appMeasurement.js is useful. However, it would make far more sense to me if these were events provided by the core extension. The benefit would be we would be able to:make the way these events are handled consistent with everything else we are doing (i.e. managing what happens through Launch rules rather than hacking stuff together using doPlugins)make these events available as a trigger event for other capabilities implemented through Adobe Launch (i.e. rather than just being an Adobe Analytics thing)
Currently, running a report as an admin will actually only apply to the results of the report and not to the prompts of the report. The purpose of this Idea is to allow the Prompt Feature of a report to run according to the reports access settings. For instance, if the report is supposed to be run with the access rights of a sys admin, then the users with whom the report is shared should be allowed to adjust prompts as if they were at the Sys Admin level. Otherwise, the access levels of the users running the report need to be upgraded to Sys Admin access to be able to use the Prompt functionality to run the report. Thank you.
Would be nice to have a setting to simply set the default group for users that access the WF environment the first time (not for those that get manually entered). That way it would be one less thing to deal with when you can't control who logs in as a requester to ask for something done. Currently the work around is to name the "default group" something that starts with "A" so that it would be the first group that an user would automatically be put into once logging in the first time.
We need a trigger to aline status betweeen task ans Issue for On hold status. If a task linked with a status is set on on hold status, the issue status should also be set with on hold status.
Currently, the notifications in the 'Communication' bucket are all-or-nothing for the daily digest - you cannot individually select one of them to be part of a daily digest. You can individually select notifications from the other buckets, though, and it would be great if you could do the same with the 'Communication' group.
We'd like to map one field (regardless of what object type it's on) to one field in the DAMWe currently have one custom field that is used on both issues and tasks - we'd like to be able to map it from Workfront to the DAM's Keywords field. But unfortunately, when you select the field from the Workfront side, you have to indicate the object type it's on.
Hello,If you duplicate tasks in the new Timeline planning mode it doesn't duplicate the predecessors. I think that it should and would save even more time if that was an option. This would be extremely helpful for projects with a lot of recurring tasks. Thanks,Mary
In the latest release, 2020.1, the ability to right click on the document name as download the document with "Save As" option was removed. Now instead of the document, you are saving the HTML page. Please bring it back.
It would be great to have an option to have Data Feeds and Datawarehouse reports to be delivered to a Google Cloud Storage (GCS) bucket location. More and more companies are using Google Cloud Platform for their data needs. It makes a lot of sense to have these feeds delivered to GCS directly instead of getting them to an FTP location and then move them over to GCS as an additional step.
At present in Adobe analytics anyone can save a project as a Template and this template is immediately available for use when creating a new project for any other Adobe Analytics user. this is not ideal as not ALL templates are created for broader use. I would like to suggest a similar option as exists for Segments/Metrics where you can:- Approve a template (which makes it available to any other Adobe Analytics user)- Share a template (which will make it available to the users shared with) This will allow you to better manage templates instead of searching thru the full list of templates saved by users (a chunk of which are actually just applicable for the user who saved the template)
It would be great to be able to report on the "Most Recent" or "Last" of an object. That is, to compare Times (whether it's for a Completion or a Start date) and select a certain one from the list by criteria. For our Projects, we like to know what Task or Milestone was "Most Recently" completed, but I have no way to look at that.
The ability to set quick ket to covert project, New project, new task, etc
Some of our business lines are using existing tools like SmartSheet that have a very grid-based view. The main benefits of this seem to be: Looks more like a spreadsheet - empty rows are shown which make it feel very similar to using ExcelFull keyboard controls - because you are just seeing the grid, you can key across the columns/rows very easilyIn-line editing is much quickerRows are constrained to a single height and don't automatically wrap - again helps with familiarityCertain elements (e.g. comments) load in a dialog rather than as a whole new page which make it easier to go through the plan collaboratively Moving to Workfront for these teams feels like a trade-off in terms of speed of entry. It would be great to have such a view in Workfront.
Hello Everyone, I like the histogram very much; however, with the current implementation it is not very helpful for our business units and their requests. What I think of to improve it: Allow custom counting methods, i.e. based on eVars. The concrete use case is that I would rather like to use pseudonymized customer IDs instead of Unique Visitors. Almost all requests are on customer level, not on device level/Visitor ID. I understand that there are potential issues like consistency or custom expiration, still, for me this would improve the histogram feature in workspace a lot. Looking forward to your thoughts!
The ability for the tool (Workfront) to generate a graphical "progress" line that shows the Milestone headstones - and highlights as each is achieved add standard options to milestone names to include "custom" data such as QTR, Scheduled to be complete based on the Parent Task assigned with the Milestone etc etcadditionally adding a custom form option to milestones - which would be used for reporting - that would be pulled into the graphic and reporting This graphic should be viewed on the Project screen (as an option by the Project owner and or Admin) and the data should be able to be pulled into Project reports as well including the graphic additional ask is that this data should also be reused for a new section called Road Map... same logic but in reverse... and the ability to pull in custom issue/task data much like the Agile screens do today. AND for this atrubute to be crafted in the Gantt views -- as I believe it would create a nice Roadmap view for the b
