Hi All,I recently observed an issue with the dispatcher rewrite rules wherein the rules put in and having french accented characters / special character like single quote in the source url seems to be failing. It goes to a 404.having these in the destination url works though.

Hi All,I have a query regarding Adaptive Forms in AEM.I have created an AF with some fields(text box, date picker, drop-down and file attachment).I tried to submit the form without attaching any file, then it worked as per me. The Sling Model @Via Annotation by Juan Ayala Abstract I love writing code. What I love more is writing less. That is why I like Sling models. I have written about leveraging its injectors. And how to create custom ones. Now I will cover the @Via annotation, the OOTB providers, and how to create custom ones. What @Via Does Sling relies heavily on the adapter pattern. This is the pattern used by the Sling model framework. The "adaptable" is the thing that will adapt to an instance of that model. This more often than not is a Resource or SlingHttpServletRequest. But it is not limited to these. The Sling model injection will look into the adaptable and try to resolve the value it needs to inject. For example, see the @ValueMapValue annotation and its injector. What @Via does is swap out the original adaptable for something else. Hello, I have a servlet that is modifying an osgi config in the repo, which is working as intended and reflecting correctly in crx/de, but the new config is not being reflected in the console until I do a restart, and it isn't taking precedence over the previous config either when I hit the page that it applies to. Is there a way to tell the console to check for this new config? Or something missing in my code? We have an adaptive form that's triggering a pretty simple workflow, emailing the users on the form, collecting their signatures via Sign API, and then sending both parties a 'thank you' message with the completed/signed form, and CC'ing an email address for our agency.  The problem is that Adobe Sign does not seem to be notifying our AEM instance that the signing process is complete, nor is the completed Document of Record being returned to AEM.  This makes it so our last email workflow step never fires.  I can't figure out if this is an AEM or Sign issue.  Has anyone run into this? Here's the gist of our Workflow steps:1.) The form is submitted.2.) Both users are sent a 'thank you for your submission' email via the 'Send Email' workflow step.3.) User1 is sent a request to Sign via Adobe Sign api.4.) User2 is sent a request to Sign after User1 has signed.5.) The completed document of record is then sent via email to User1, User2, and CC'd to a third address. (

Hi,We are using OOTB lucene to index the pages and properties. We have a requirement to exclude paths from search index dynamically. i.e the list of paths are not fixed and does not fall under a particular folder. The author should have an option to exclude any page from search at any moment. Due to this, the option to use excludePaths in the index node is not feasible.We have introduced a property 'excludeinSearch' in page properties and restricting the search results by querying based on this property value. But the same doesn't work for Suggestions. Is there any way to customize the suggestions based on a property in page?I believe it is difficult to restrict during the query time. Because the below query doesn't yield any result and it doesn't make sense. Hi, I happened to reindex OOTB damassetlucene index and it is in running state , not corrupt. Reindex is still true and has not changed its value to false We have huge number of assets on the system  I happen to see text extraction messages coming up in the logs, is it common if Re indexing is triggered ? Is this a known error that would resolve when Re indexing is complete ?  accessing search results page for assets alone, throws below error  On JMX, index stats for that index says 0B size so assuming it is in process ? Hi, I have gone through the document  https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/contextual-content-variables/index.htmland followed every step as mentoned in the doc for the CCVAR. I followed HTML rewriting approach but still I am not able to even showcase the basic OOTB properties provided for CCVAR like ((page_properties.jcr:title)). Could someone please help me out here and let me know in case i am missing some configuration or any step that needs to be done before the configuration. As of now I am able to see my rewriter in Sling rewriter status and my ccvar configuration in web console config but still in my page I am not able to see any properties value. Any help will be much apprecaited. In case of more information on this please let me know.

We have recently converted a site using static templates  from classic to touch dialog. All the dialogs have been converted to touch, I do see cq:dialog nodes on the components. However I don't see the option to edit the component. We have cq:actions with edit, delete, insert as well. When trying to edit the component we see following icon instead of hammer icon. when I click on this icon it is showing the dialog to convert to experience fragment.  

I'm following the instructions for upgrading to XML Doc 4.0, and when I get to the point of doing the POST to /bin/dxml/upgrade/3xto4x I get a "403 Forbidden" response. My GET to /bin/dxml/upgrade/3xto4x/report worked fine, and the report included: "upgradeStatus": {"status": "MIGRATION_POSSIBLE","message": "You can start the migration activity"}I've tried specifying my (admin-level) username and password to the REST client as Basic Authentication, but to no avail. What am I doing wrong here?

I usually place Nginx or Apache in front of AEM Author to do SSL & Proxy as well as restrict some paths by IP.Most of the time it works OK, especially on a local network, but lately I'm running into an issue where, via the SSL proxy, only a white page is rendered in AEM Author. For example, when trying to edit a page in Classic UI (by double clicking it in siteadmin).Most users are on VPN. It seems to happen less frequently in Firefox and more frequently in Chrome.I can't tell if an Nginx vs an Apache proxy is more likely to result in the issue.I notice if I use inspect element - network tab - with caching disabled - the page is more likely to render in Chrome.Sometimes resizing the window with the inspect element - network tab - cache disabled, helps the page to load, or maybe it's just randomly working.I notice even when only a white screen renders, the network tab of inspect element shows all assets are transferred - it shows each asset, the headers, status, size, and bytes tran
