The current reminder notifications are almost impossible to set up correctly.Current Reminder Notification Settings Panel. We propose Workfront use the existing "Send Report - Repeating Deliveries" functionality and add this to the timesheet notification reminder settings panel.Proposed Reminder Notification Settings Panel. This would allow the user to set repeatable notifications that trigger at a set time based on the criteria (respecting the System Locale). For example, a task passed its completion date will trigger a custom reminder notification daily at 12:00 GMT. A timesheet user has not submitted their timesheet will receive a weekly reminder on Monday morning, 10:00 AM GMT until they have completed their timesheets.
As people complete tasks (potentially in less time than planned), it would be very beneficial if the Workload Balancer would adjust what it shows based on the logged time. So, for example, if something is planned for 5 hours over 5 days, and they log 3 hours on the first day, it would then adjust the remaining 2 hours over the four days.
DescriptionAutomation of Adobe Target Access Management using UMAPI Why is this feature important to you:As a Financial Services organization we would like access management of Adobe Target roles to be automated using the Adobe UMAPI. The automated process helps us to be compliant, with the right monitoring and controls in place and no manual touches. How would you like the feature to workWe would like Adobe Target access management to be fully automated* using the UMAPI same as other Adobe products in our organization such as Analytics, Launch, et al. This would also help us be compliant and remove the vulnerability written against Adobe Target. More than happy to review our current set up with the Product team and support any way we can. Adobe Team knows how and where to reach Mary Daniel. Current BehaviorAdobe Target has 4 roles.Approver - Can create, edit, and activate or stop activities. Editor - Can create and edit activities before they are l
It would be great to get metrics on how many WF users view certain announcements that go out through the system. We use our announcement center to send updates, office hour meeting invites, outage alerts, etc. and I want to know how many users are actually reading those announcements.
It'd be helpful to have an expand all / collapse all button for the card views. Right now, I have to expand or collapse each one at a time.
Currently when you are in Workload Balancer at the project level, if you want to filter by a job role and assign tasks for that role to a user or team, you have to assign the tasks one at a time. This is time consuming and it would be really helpful to have the ability to assign multiple tasks to a user or team.
We would like the ability to sort and filter Kanban Cards, on the Storyboard, by their 'Added Fields'
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: We are not able to cancel inheritance of certain parts of a content fragment. This makes our authors' output three times slower on content fragments. And it increases the risk of human error/inconsistency significantly. Use-case: A multilingual setup where Content Fragments are used in Assets. These Content Fragments each have a Blueprint (en) and have Live Copies, for each language we use (e.g.: nl, fr, de). And each Blueprint Content Fragment, consequently each Live Copy, contains language-specific content and language-agnostic content. Current/Experienced Behavior: Creating Live Copies with synchronization works fine. However, upon synchronization, the Blueprint Content Fragment overwrites the Live Copies entirely. This problem makes the synchronization of Content Fragments with both language specific and language-agnostic content obsolete. The synchronization can only be used safely for the initial creation of the Live Copie
We are building a view with a custom field and a native field. When we apply the aggregator to equal SUM, we experience different behaviours. The custom field will not aggregate; it requires manual input. The native field will aggregate, it does not require manual input. We would prefer the custom field to behave in the same way as a native field on the parent task.Example below
Description - We need to be able to assign specific roles to user/security group. For example, reporting only, read only, cannot delete assets, can access admin menu but can not send email. Why is this feature important to you - We have multiple users with various roles and responsibilities using ACS so we want to be able to tighten our access governance by assigning custom roles. How would you like the feature to work - Admin users can select custom roles e.g. view, edit, view own, edit own, delete per security group for each functionalities Current Behaviour - We can only assign limited roles based on menu authorisation based on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/assets/acs_rights.pdf?lang=en
In Classic, when navigating to 'Projects', users had the ability to Filter work by 'Projects I own' or 'Projects I'm on', then select a view(i.e. Active, Milestones, All, etc.), this option is no longer available in the NWE.
We would like ability to export project reports with project data along with an icon/image that represents that project. The only way to have an image currently is to export the data into say Excel and then add a column for the jpg and then paste one in. This seems very kludgy . Furthermore, it would great if the same information could be exported into a Word document table again, with the image. The icon can be placed on the report itself using the URL for its location (uploaded into WF under documents for a project), however, it does not export.
Just like in a Proof template that you can have a setting for a stage to be activated only when previous stage is approved, why can't we have this setting for an Automated proof workflow? We don't want a template in situations where it's not the same people every time but want stages ad hoc (automated workflow setup) and only want it to go to a next stage when previous stage has an Approved decision.
We strongly feel that the admin users should be given a previlage to default the FROM email address to XXX@XXX.com under Admin >> Email section. Currently, the changes that are made here is applied only for that particular user and not for all. Our requirement is that we do not want the users to change the email address and it should be a default one all the time. Workaround suggested - Giving "Email admin" access with all workspaces for all users so they can default the email address. We are not happy with this as we were not looking to give all workspace access to all the users. Please see if you can bring in an option for this in your future releases.
The status of a task should automatically change to In Progress when I user decides to work on it and selects that button in My Work Requests. At least allow to have that functionality in setup to turn on and off.
Description -In Analysis Workspace when a user without Admin permission and only basic permissions to one report suite clicks the Share | Send file now menu option under the Recipients field they are presented with all users under our org (even old users who have been deleted from our org) which is a security concern. This user without Admin permissions should not see any other user names than their own. It is fine if the user manually enters in other email addresses but this user should not see other unrelated user names in our Adobe org. Why is this feature important to you -Improved security for our org so that non-admin users do not see the names of our other client users who they have no relation to and should not see. Currently we cannot open up access to the Analysis Workspace feature since our client users will be able to see the names of other client users who they are unrelated to which is not acceptable. Each client user only has access their own
It should be possible to make the drop-down filter items in workspace update dynamically. For example, if you want all items from the dimension "website country" in the filter, and when new countries sites were added, they should appear automatically in the filter list. This is needed because currently we have to constantly update all filters in all dashboards manually, when new items appear in a dimension. There can be several cases with website countries, languages, user company names etc.For me it would be enough when there is an option like "add all dimension items to filter" when I pull a dimension to the filter box. And then the filter should have a setting like "update automatically". Current behavior is that, when you want to add a new dimension item to an existing filter, you have to search for the dimension, choose all the dimension items again (plus the new one), and replace the existing filter. So it is even not possible to simply add the new item. For our n
I still find it strange that I can select "In past x period" as a constraint for several filters like Was Delivered Email, but there is no "In past before x period". It would be great if these options can be extended so all relative time constraints can be used.
We create standard sections of our projects that correspond to different stages of the project lifecycle. We would like to set early stages of the project as one status (e.g. "Current") and later stages as another status (e.g. "Planning"). This would significantly help with the ability of firing the right notifications at the right time, executing on early deliverables, while maintaining the ability to build later stage deliverables without disruption. This would help with both waterfall and agile shops.
It would be great to have the ability to view colour separations within workfront proof. Similar to the output preview tool in Adobe Acrobat.
In addition to mixed media in a proof, just having more than one video or interactive element is needed. So as an of example of what our teams want is to have one proof with a video, followed by its script, another video, followed by its script, etc.
When will proof allow mixed media in one proof? (Example: a script word document and video on one proof)We have groups that can't use proof for this reason and this creates a separation between projects and proofs and ability to report.
Description - I would like the ability to view Adobe Analytics widgets/dashboards within our team chat / communication channels so we can improve awareness on trends & KPIs for all team members (product, development, performance, QA). Why is this feature important to you - It allows constant contact between the product and development teams and customer trends & behavior. How would you like the feature to work - A few ideas, one way is to leverage pre-build team workspaces, allow anyone with the workspace link to past it into the chat and return a view of the data currently (free form or chart). Additionally, being able to schedule report / chat posts. The exact integration and capabilities may depend on the chat platform (slack, teams, etc.) Current Behaviour - I can past a workspace link or pdf/excel document. Not all users have access or will open the link, cannot quickly see the data, is less visible does not spark discussion.
We would like the ability to create a logic for a field within a custom form that would determine the tasks that are populated. For instance, we have a field that says "is this project billable?" (yes or no). if "No" is selected, we would like certain tasks to not populate (ie. Creative Review, and Project Cleanup) as those tasks ARE required for all Billable projects, but not our internal (non-billable) clients.Alternatively, it would be also great to have the ability to determine which tasks populate based on which client is selected.Or BOTH of the above, ideally.
It would be great to have the ability to track admin level (global system) settings changes. Although our admin team is only a handful of people, there have been several instances in the past where settings have been changed (most likely by an erroneous click) and no one has known how they were changed. We would like to see settings tracked much like project and task field changes are tracked.
