Current functionality is that work that is assigned to a user that does not match the intended job role; the work still appears in the Unassigned work swim lane of the Workload Balancer. It would be great if the system knew the work was assigned and treated as such.
Currently, severities can only be set at the system level. Ideally, Group administrators would be able to set what the default severity should be for their group.
Description - Date Warehouse is the best way to obtain large reports from Adobe Analytics. The lack of presets is quite a restriction to fully utilize this toolWhy is this feature important to you - I want to combine large datasets from Adobe in Power BI. I want this to be automated, but the lack of date presets limits my ability to do so. How would you like the feature to work - Add all the date presets available in Workspace to Data Warehouse- last quarter, last 3 months, this year, etc etc. Current Behaviour - Very few date presets are available.

Description:I would like to be able to limit a users access to a single workspace project and report suite. I would not want this user to be able to see other workspace projects from the menu or create a new one. Why is this feature important to youWe would like to provide access to some of our vendors to be able to use a workspace project. Their permission is limited to a single VRS with only a few dimensions available, but they can do breakdowns, make visualization, edit the time window, etc. The issue is they can go to the workspace project list and see what others have created. We would want to prevent this and just have them see the one workspace we determine. How would you like the feature to workThis should live in the admin section Current BehaviourAll users can see all shared workspace projects
Situation, after applying filters on WB resources are listed simply alphabetically. It would be helpful if I could sort them e.g. based on their remaining availability for today, or some other field of choice.
Some programs were suddenly archived without any reason. None of our users claimed they have performed an archive. Checking in the Audit Trail, I cannot find any trace of such archive action. In fact, there is no action archive in the list of possible actions that can be tracked. The suggestion is to add this type of activity in the Audit Trail.
Timesheets should autosave when users input time into a row. Currently, users who forget to promptly save their timesheet for later have to input time twice if their page times out. An autosave feature would be a huge boost for user convenience. Thank you!
Jira Workfront Integration Add an option in the add-on configuration to specify an endpoint URL different than the Jira base URL. Workfront would then use the endpoint URL rather than the base URL for communicating to Jira. Current situation:The Jira base URL is used by Workfront to contact the api endpoints for the workfront integration. However, the base URL may follow specific authentication flows which are not supported (e.g.: Azure Application Proxy). Wanted situation:Workfront uses a specific endpoint URL which bypasses the authentication flows completely, which it retrieves from the add-on configuration section in the jira admin console. The URL would also point to the Jira installation, exactly like the Jira base url, but would not pass the authentication methods specific to users.
Can the charts be set to allow both the counts and the % to show up on any chart? It is useful to have both numbers. At a minimum, it would be nice to be able to print both the chart and the summary table on one sheet.
When a project is marked complete it would be automatically removed from favorites
Please allow Issues to be made recurring as is currently possible on tasks.
Dear community,we have a requirement in reporting that would be require us to group after checkbox fields. That is currently not possible and we understand why, but for testing purposes it would be nice if that would be possible. We need that in order to create some key figure like chart based reports.Best regards,Sebastian
We would like to be able to have a notification sent to user/s when a new Company is entered into Workfront. This will notify our director that they need to assign an Account Manager to the account.
We generally send to three groups of recipients in Marketo - clients, prospects and internal contacts. We have our Communication Limits set and they work well for clients and prospects - who we do not want to over send to. However, we have many internal colleagues inside our organization that like to see everything we send out and they are constantly bumping up against the Comm Limits. It would be great if we could exclude emails sent to our Corporate Domain from the Comm Limits and only have them apply to the clients and prospects we send to.
With the investments in the group administrator functions, the ability to manage custom forms associated with each group from the group page would bring everything related to group administrator management into a single interface. This would further reinforce the ease of the group view from setup and would allow for group admins to manage all of their objects in a single interface.
In the standard email performance report, there is no direct way to determine the success of the emailer directly. Success = how many people actually clicked on the main call to action/ took the expected action. This is available in a separate report that needs to be mapped with the main report and is cumbersome. Hence, my idea submission is to add this success matrix to a standard email performance report.
Description -You can use updateConfiguration() of AEP Mobile SDK to switch RSIDs, but you cannot return to the initial value (the value of configureWithAppId()) after that configuration is made.I understand that I can switch back again by specifying the RSID I want to revert to and calling updateConfiguration(), but I would like to avoid that because it would mean double management of RSIDs in the code. Why is this feature important to you -In order to comply with the data protection laws of each country, the RS must be switched according to the user's selection. At the same time, we want the user to be able to cancel the previous choice and return to the default RS at will. How would you like the feature to work -I would like to have the function to erase the RSID set by updateConfiguration() and restore it to the value set by configureWithAppId(). Current Behaviour -
Currently, on project timelines, task dates will be calculated (when using constraints like ASAP) by taking the assignee's availability to acquire duration and then adding on any predecessor dates. Even if the predecessor pushes the start date to after the assignee is back in the office and available, it will still use the originally calculated duration to set the due date. Unfortunately, this means that tasks can be unnecessarily delayed or pushed out.For example, to use an extreme case, If an assignee on task with a 2 day duration has 2 weeks off, their task duration will be calculated as 2 weeks plus the 2 days. If that task, however, is dependent on a predecessor task, current calculations will add that predecessor task duration to the total. Where it gets tricky is if that predecessor task was 2 weeks long and now the assignee is back from vacation and available, it does NOT adjust the calculation, and still assumes 2 weeks and 2 days, pushing the task out 2 additional weeks u
Maybe I can't find this in current environment, but being able to export a billing record as single combined artifact (PDF) would be very helpful for us to provide back to a stakeholder. We are utilizing reports today to help compile billing records across multiple projects, et al, but a single export PDF for a single project will be a help.
We'd like to see an increase in the amount of IP ranges allowed for whitelisting. Large corporations tend to have many alliances and business partners where IP ranges need to be loaded. Increasing the limit would be very helpful as we quickly reach the limit
To be capable of creating proof with CSV filetype
Allow template to be built with tasks that will calculate due date based on the project start date and things like:Due on the first Friday of the month after the project start date Due on the first Friday in the first full week after the project start dateAnd so on
Please allow the endpoint to accept PMCF data when a program name is specified in the payload (which happens most of the time) Thanks
Description - We have multiple users on ACS and we are only allowing them to schedule single send email. However, there's a chance they schedule the email 5 days in advance which risk us violating ACMA SPAM ACT compliance Why is this feature important to you - As part of ACMA SPAM ACT Compliance, an opt-out request needs to be actioned within 5 business days. How would you like the feature to work -Subscription status to be refreshed at the time of send Current Behaviour - Current process is restricted that the consumer if they unsubscribe when email is ‘scheduled’, the status is not reflective at the time when the email is sent. A manual process is set up that an email can’t be scheduled more than 4 days in advance.
