In autumn 2025 Adobe released the Marketo email collaboration feature that allows a team to collaborate and comment on emails within the platform. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/email-designer/email-collaborationWhile that is all good, this feature seems well designed for small marketing teams. , Unfortunately its not very useful for centralized MOPs teams where the business stakeholders are not actually Marketo users. Request: A way for Adobe Experience Cloud users without a Marketo license to collaborate/comment on emails (and other Marketo assets).
Hi everyone! Just have another idea I figured I’d throw in here. It would be great if we could enter alt text when uploading an image into Marketo, and have that alt text follow the image around whenever it’s placed into an email. That way we wouldn’t have to re-type it every time we re-use an image. (With the caveat that it would still be great to have the option to overwrite the alt text in the individual emails if needed).
I’m not sure if this is a bug, an oversight, or intentional, but the UI in the new email builder for text styling isn’t the most intuitive. Right now, bolding (italicizing, etc) specific words from this black bar menu works as expected: However, when you bold from the right sidebar, it bolds the entire text block: It would be great if both of these text styling options functioned the same. Thank you! 😊
Hello, at the moment, there is no possibility of adding any type of column descriptions in the reports. A some reports can be quite complex it would be beneficial to have some kind of descriptions of columns, either an information icon or mouse-over text. It would be great if this could be implemented. Best regards,Sara
Description - when marking your own PTO in Workfront, at that point to also offer the opportunity to create an out of office notification if you are tagged, messaged or sent requests etc within Workfront - a notification to send to the originator that you are not available to process their ask or make comments etc.Why is this feature important to you - we encourage all project related comms to be in the relevant projects. If you are not aware of people not being in the office/at work then assumption is that they are there to receive the message. How would you like the feature to work - as an email out of office notification.Current Behaviour - if you have not heard from someone after a while, need to investigate if they are working by checking email out of office notifications.
It would be great if you could see a Thumbnail from a Video once you upload it to Workfront in Documents right Away before you proof. As we usally take a few versions until we start the proof process and we have large lists of files, sometimes even 200 :) Thanks
This is a basic functionality of any tool so I would expect to have Conditional Contents enabled on Subject lines in New Editor as well. Please enable it in the next release otherwise the conditional content is pointless if it is only for the email body. Right now I am using tokens to localize the different language versions in subject lines and sender details but this is not ideal and our local marketers are not comfortable with using tokens yet.
ContextAn enterprise customer implementing Adobe Workfront Planning encountered a platform‑imposed limit of 20 calculated fields per record type while trying to add a few additional calculated fields to support new teams. They asked whether this restriction could be overridden.Steps takenSupport investigated and confirmed that Workfront Planning currently enforces a hard limit of 20 calculated fields per record type. This limit is part of the product’s performance guardrails and cannot be changed or increased within an individual customer environment.Business impactThe customer is using a single, centrally governed workspace to maintain consistent intake, taxonomy, and reporting across multiple lines of business. Calculated fields are a core component of their sizing, normalization, and reporting logic. The 20‑field cap forces them to:Remove or consolidate existing calculations Introduce manual workarounds Fragment their data model across multiple record types or workspacesThis undermi
We would like to be able to use the AI Assistant to extract information from custom fields on custom forms on a project, etc. Currently it is not able to intelligently answer questions related to custom field selections and entries.
Add the ability to store Internal Link Click information on main domain level.AppMeasurement Activity map uses a cookie(s_sq) set on main domain level to store information about the click from previous page, page name, link, region. The corresponding feature with WebSDK, Internal Link Click, only offers to set this information in either local storage or session storage, both stores data on subdomain level. Result is that Internal Link Click tracking doesn't work across subdomains. If your site holds e.g. www.website.com and secure.website.com Internal Link Click tracking won't work across.Would be ideal to be able to use a cookie for Internal Link Click tracking with WebSDK too. Sending Internal Link Clicks immeadiately and not use a grouping would duplicate the server calls and not an option.
Include thh Adobe consulting plugin Get previous value as part of the default Adobe product and also make it work across subdomains as this now only works isolated per subdomain. Get previous value is setting information in a cookie e.g. Previous Page Name, but does so on a subdomain level which makes the previous page name to not work properly across subdomains e.g. www.website.com and secure.website.com
Description - Update the dimension operator in Annotations from AND to OR. Why is this feature important to you - Currently, if an annotation includes multiple dimensions, it only appears on a Workspace dashboard when all of those dimensions are present. If the dashboard contains only one of the specified dimensions, the annotation won’t be visible. For example, if I create an annotation using both eVar1 and eVar25, I must include both in the dashboard for the annotation to appear. To work around this, I have to create separate annotations for each dimension. How would you like the feature to work - Change the annotation logic so that it uses the OR operator. This way, the annotation will appear if any of the specified dimensions are present in the dashboard. Current Behaviour - Annotations use the AND operator, requiring all listed dimensions to be present for the annotation to display.
Workfront Administrators should be granted system permissions that allow them to configure, control, and govern notification behavior across the Workfront domain for their system users. This would help to ensure consistent system communication, reduce notification fatigue, and support enterprise standards for how and when users are informed of Workfront activity.
SUMMARY FOR WORKFRONT FUSION detailed Observability requirements. We are working on offloading the Workfront Fusion logs to Splunk and have explored the recently shared Workfront fusion activity log api . Below are the enhancements we are looking to get from Workfront Fusion platform._______________________________________________________________________1.Fetching Notification Logs (Execution State/Errors/history)• Currently Fusion maintains execution logs for each scenario, and you can view these logs in the Fusion UI under the scenario’s execution history.• Enhancement: Is there a way to fetch notification logs or see where they are stored (e.g., scenario stopped, execution errors)?________________________________________2. Enhanced Message Field for Module Actions (Create/Delete/Modify/etc.)• Currently, Fusion logs actions such as module creation, deletion, and modification, but the log messages are not highly descriptive about the specific changes made.• Enhancement: Is
The Workload Balancer is one of the most useful tools within Workfront but could be made even better with some quality of life updates.Ability to extend the length of time you’re viewing. Right now there are limitations on the number of weeks or months you’re allowed to view (only up to 12 weeks/3 months). Extending the ability to view as long as 6months to even a full year would be helpful. We see a variety of use with entering and managing allocations. Some teams enter allocations for the year on a handful of tasks and redistribute allocations as needed on a monthly basis when changes occur. Others focus on the more granular allocation to short-duration tasks that they need to see totals by day but over a period of several months. Clear allocation to capacity comparison on the screen. A toggle to turn this on/off and display on screen rather than only having the pop up that shows you this information. Correcting the Workload Balancer so that when hours get contoured in the WLB an
Description -The quality of the proof downloaded, viewing comments is severely compromised and the proof is incredibly blurry, so much so that it can be very difficult to make out the text within a PDF/document. It's also very time consuming because we need to download the marked up proof and it is delivered as an email. This can take several minutes to arrive. The solution of downloading a high-res proof is compromised because it takes even longer to download and takes up memory. We want to download a marked up PDF, which opens in Adobe Acrobat. Why is this feature important to you -We want this because we have users who don't sit on the system so we need the ability to share these marked up proofs offline. How would you like the feature to work -We want to be able to allow users the proofing tool but when you download it, it downloads as a PDF with marked up comments. Leverage Adobe Acrobat to be able to view and work on higher quality proofs.
We have Workfront proofing custom form with fields, as per requirement we have to hide the few field values. We have submitted the Adobe Support request (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/support?support-tab=my-cases&case-id=E-002089146&org-id=A1B8BC4D584032500A495DE5%40AdobeOrg#home) & team suggested to submit a feature request to enhance the feature. Example: Field Name: Vehicle (Project Type) Field Values to hide: Digital Paid Media and Third Party E‑CommerceFind the attached screenshot for more details;
In the new builder, it would be great to able to select text-transform styles (uppercase, lowercase, etc) within a created theme under My Themes instead of having to write in the custom CSS in each template. Having it carry over to every template we make with our theme would be much more efficient. Thank you 😊
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Add Sorting filter in Card View for collections Use-case: Users created multiple collections but navigating into them using the card view, they are not able to easily sort the assets using name, title or other information like already happens for list view. Users require to have sortable functionality in the card view because they should have the possibility to see quickly preview of the asset to select from an ordered list. Same behaviour from list view is expected. Current/Experienced Behavior: Collections are sortable only in the list view. Improved/Expected Behavior: Each collection should be sortable by title, name, date, etc also in the card view. Description - ability to create custom fields/forms that we could attach to hour types in WF.Why is this feature important to you - would allow for improved grouping and reporting for charts and graphs. How would you like the feature to work - TBDCurrent Behaviour - Not able to lump hour types together in current setup.
We have an integration with out timekeeping system. We need go be able to track custom fields based on hour entries. This will allow us to manage multiple budgets within the one project.
This might sound unusual, but I request custom form for HOUR object. On hour records, such as on January 1, we would like the option to enter more information along with the comments. There is where the custom form should be available:
The flow test option in Dynamic Chat is a great tool and our team loves it for testing that the answers go the way we want it to. The only downfall is that if you have the 1st node (possibly others) as a conditional set, for example we have it set to identify customers vs everyone else, you can only ever test the first path. There isn’t currently a way to use the testing option to go down one of the other paths to see how the conversation will work. I’m not sure the best way to implement this, but perhaps in the test flow, the 1st option can be select your branching option? Or something similar?
Current state there are Object specific icons, we would like the ability to upload an image to an Object type to customize it based on User Preference or at a system-wide setting. We love to promote Workfront as a customizable platform that works to help you work. Customizing the Object Icons (Such as a Project, Task, Issue/Request, and especially Teams and Groups) would help acheive this.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Use-case: In AEM, a proper preview can be generated, but this functionality is missing in Content Hub. Current/Experienced Behavior: Many assets are stored in ZIP file formats, but Content Hub currently displays them as blank folders or icons. Improved/Expected Behavior: need for a feature to generate previews for ZIP files automatically to avoid manual effort Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEMaaCS Customer-name/Organization name: Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
