Hi,I am creating a custom workflow which has the following steps in AEM 6.3 :-1.Dialog participant Step --> This helps user to choose the Activation Date.2. Process Step --> It saves the date selected in above step as "absoluteTime" in metadata of the workflow instance.3. Participant Step --> Here I am selecting Timeout as Immediate and Timeout handler as "Absolute Time Auto Advancer" and assigning to admin.4. Process Step --> Activate page.But the when I starts the workflow it saves the "absoluteTime" property correctly but it doesn't stop at the second participant step(which is at 3) and workflow gets aborted as soon as it reaches the step 3. Can anyone please point out what wrong I am doing. I have a requirement where AEM List component should return results based on Tag query with multiple tags using "any tag" search mode. It works just fine with 1-2 tags, but with eh tags amount increase (5-6 is normal in our circumstances) it sometimes take several minutes to return results. Our content is fully covered by indexes, including tags properties. Logs do not show any traversal queries so I'm wondering what might be the issue. JCR query troubleshooting document mentions that for "Queries With Many OR or UNION Conditions", which should be the case here, are very expensive and their recommendation is to use aggregated indexes instead of simple property based. I assume that under the hood com.day.cq.wcm.foundation.List class is using TagManager.find(String basePath, String[] tagIDs, boolean oneMatchIsEnough) method, so I'm wondering what is the query format in use by that method and how we can improve performance for queries explained above?

  At the end of last year (2022), we updated our Job Roles to align with each employee's title and hierarchy within their department (i.e., Group Director, Director, Associate Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Coordinator). Each employee's new (title-aligned) Job role was set up as their Primary Job Role.   We also created Job Roles that align with each discipline (i.e., Advertising Operations, Analytics, and Performance, Client Engagement, Content Marketing, Copy, Visual Design, etc.); these Job Roles were set up as each user's "Other" (second) Job Role. This was done so our resource managers could resource the entire discipline, no matter the user's primary(title-aligned) Job role.   I am looking for some advice and thoughts on the following: Was this the best way to set up the Job Roles?  Could the discipline "other" Job Role per user be set up as a team instead? Our organization has come to an impasse in an issue we are experiencing with using WF as our 'Source of Truth' for project data and dialogue.   We are moving to a cloud-based storage solution (Box.com) across our organization. We're looking to avoid duplicating files in multiple places.   The scenario: We are using the Box integration in Workfront to 'link' the files/folders from Box. Problem #1: On linked files in Box, any record of comments or custom forms are deleted if a file is moved on the Box side. Problem #2: Regardless of who is making an update to the file, all system updates in Workfront show being taken by the person that created the project. We were using Renovator tool to perform MOVE operation in AEM Cloud Service Environment. We have observed One of the moves seemed to go through but it had one error. I tried another move and it wasn’t completed as it got 40% done. Any pointers like MCP accepts only one process at a time. We have started new process while other old process is still going on. It is not accepted? Hi All,  Our requirement is to setup two environments, ENV-1 and ENV-2 (one-way sync), with ENV-2 syncing content from ENV-1.  In order to automatically sync content from ENV-1 to ENV-2, what options are available to us? There may be times that minor touch ups to out-of-the-box submission actions for addressing business needs through Sling Resource overlaying may look an appealing option.  However, it was found in our environment that applying the concept of Sling Resource Merger in AEM against out-of-the-box submission actions doesn't always work.   When overlaying components in /libs with structure in /apps, it is not necessary to create 1:1 copy of the resource or node, however, in the case of AEM Forms submission action, it's not the case.  Doing so will end up a working submission action overlay but the Forms Authoring UIs will no longer present the overlaid actions in the form submission type drop down list.    After investigated, it turns out that the Forms Authoring UIs use following code from /libs/fd/af/components/commons/datasources/propertyprovider/propertyprovider.jsp to present the available submission action type:     optio

Hi,I have a template, which has a custom boolean property hideBreadcrumb checked by admin. Now, I'm creating new pages using template programatically. I want all the pages created from template to have hideBreadcrumb property checked by default. Do I need to add any configuration for this? Hi All, We are doing REST API call integration. For this REST API call integration, we need to add a trusted SSL Certificate.We are exploring 2 approaches: 1. Add the certificate into AEM Truststore, and then get the truststore as a keystore object. Next, added the keystore object into SSLContext, and added the sslContext into HTTPClient to call the API. We are getting this "org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingMainServlet service: Uncaught Problem handling the request javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: certificate_required" exception.     2. The second approach is - to add the certificate to the java keystore (cacerts), restarted AEM instance and called the API using HTTPClient. Hi All   i have implemented a workflow model where we have dialog step and participant steps with multiple reviewers and approvers . when user initiating a workflow  to provide all the required inputs in dialog step and request for review the data. am trying to auto populate values from workflow history in dialog participant step when it got rejected by any of the reviewer for additional information. can someone advise how to achieve this.   Thanks in advance .
