Often we have people who use Workfront to post about progress or roadblocks for a task. They do not @mention the project owner, though. That means we miss out on a status update, and have had to add in a manual step every week for the PMO to spend time reviewing the "Updates" tab in all of our projects to see where we have potentially missed receiving an update. The Project Owner should automatically be notified with the comment posted on one of their project tasks or issues. This would also be helpful when a user enters a comment on the Project > Updates page.
Currently the database size limit (number of person records) included in the current contract is not visible to admins or other Marketo Engage users. It would be helpful to have this in the UI as sometimes the contract document is in the procurement team's files or otherwise not readily accessible to admins/users. The team may not know they are at risk of reaching the limit until they've already surpassed it and receive a compliance notification email. Having this information available in the UI would allow them to proactively clean up the database or work with their account manager to increase the limit. This idea mentioned among other things on this Lead Database Dashboard - Update idea but is strong enough on its own. This would be on par with other platforms that display total database records vs. limit.
Hi,This has been described here https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-target-questions/how-to-set-target-cookie-with-secure-flag/qaq-p/389452 and I haven't found any solution so far. I have also raised ticket with Support Team. This security issue is of high priority in the security audit report at one of the Target accounts I am supporting on and it is a blocker at present. Their security team wants to have all Adobe cookies with secure flag. It has been already set for other Adobe solutions but there is no result giving workaround for Target. When targetGlobalSettings approach didn't work, I tried adding a custom code (which is checking document.cookie and on finding Target cookies it is setting secure flag with other information but the expiry/max age value of the cookies is getting messed up) in Launch before loading Target and we can't proceed with this implementation until we can confirm that there won't be any impact of this approach to Target'
Description - I would like to ask that request approvals be still tied to the request after it has been converted to a project. Why is this feature important to you - This would allow us to report on the requests that have approvals associated with them so we have visibility into what requests are in process and what has been processed in the past. How would you like the feature to work - The request approval would remain in the approvals section of the request. Current Behaviour - After a request has been approved, the approval disappears after it has been converted to a project.
Why is this feature important to you - When fixed amount of a parent task is zero, it does not calculate planned revenue based on rolled up planned hours. How would you like the feature to work - The parent task should automatically sum all fixed amounts from child tasks. Current Behaviour - Fixed amount remains at zero until the user opens the tasks and manually enters the sum of all child fixed amounts.
This is a bit out there, but let me provide some context. Today, if you use Marketo Custom Objects, you can link two layers of objects--one that connects to the user record and one that can connect to that previous custom object. As a result, you can take advantage of certain connections between the two custom objects, such as referencing them in Smart Lists. I would like the ability to establish secondary connections to Marketo Activities to provide supplemental details like Marketo Custom Objects can. The main use case is to extend metadata on activities where this is relevant. Some examples might be: If a record has a Change Nurture Stream activity, have a secondary activity that can record the business reason why the stream changed and any nurture-specific scoring If a record is rejected by sales with a rejection reason field, append the rejection reason data to a Change Revenue Stage activity. If a record unsubscribes from email after a message, note in the activity
Currently, there's no way to expand all operations within a Fusion module's execution bubble. It takes painstaking efforts when triaging an execution and I have a need to find an ID within a large number of operations on a module. It would save a ton of time to be able to auto-expand all operations within a module's execution, so then I can easily search (CMD+F) all operations for a specific ID.See attached screenshot.Cheers!
It would be great if there was a way to prioritize the programs/email to be sent to a customer when you set up the communication limit.
Making emails work consistently across clients is notoriously difficult, and one of the most popular platforms, Google App / GMail, only allows for inline CSS (CSS style rules embedded directly in each HTML element). This can be very difficult to maintain, especially if you have CSS rules for links and have non-technical people editing your emails who might just copy and paste into an editable filed, versus editing the link href and text values. This scenario and many others can disturb, change or remove your inline styles that exist as children of the marketo editable HTML nodes. The solution is to have the option to have Marketo automatically inline all CSS rules prior to any send. This could be a checkbox in the email settings for an email item. This is not difficult and infact I believe it already exists in other platforms. There are definitely working examples out there in the wild, so this should be pretty easy from an engineering standpoint. The UX work is drop dead simple -- just
Description -Workfront provides functionality to compare static proofs side by side with each other. Workfront also provides the ability to see the previous version of the proof. There's no equivalent for any of this in interactive proofing/Desktop Proofing Viewer. Current Behaviour -There is no way to compare --side by side-- what an interactive proof USED to look like vs what it looks like now.It is also annoying/confusing how you can add one (or multiple) markups to one snapshot but if you return to that snapshot later, you can't add more markups without generating another snapshot.Additionally, each snapshot is only part of the whole picture -- literally allowing you to take something out of context.Lastly, when clicking to open an interactive proof, there's no way to see the previous version. How would you like the feature to work -1) When marking up an interactive proof, you should be able to return to the same snapshot to add more comments. Additionally why
Description - We would like the option to configure Workflows based on Project, starting with a blank slate when creating a new Project. Ideally with the option to enable the ones we'd like to leverage and edit them to create new custom options as needed. Why is this feature important to you - This would allows personalization based on the various areas within our shared instance. I know there is a push to move towards and even great shared instance setup, and that is extremely overwhelming without simple personalization such as workflows. How would you like the feature to work - Currently when an Issue / Request is in 'Waiting for response' Status, and someone provides an update, the Status automatically updates to 'In Progress.' This isn't ideal for governance processes, and we would prefer to have a more robust process of checks and balances to ensure the right content was provided before the Request is moved to 'In Progress.' This will also help with our repor
Description -Display sizes: this is a dropdown at the bottom of the Desktop Proofing Viewer that allows you to select a size format you want your interactive proof to display at. Our creative teams work in 4 different display sizes: Desktop = 1280x720 or 1440x810Mobile = 400x711 or 375x667Current Behaviour -The dropdown currently displays 22 different sizes, none of which are what we want, and only one is configurable, and that one doesn't "save", you can just input the same size over and over every time you review a proof. Moreover, several of the sizes, are... a little dated. (for example, I just did a quick google and Apple apparently will stop supporting iPhone X -- anyway, don't want to spend my time doing market research but you get the picture hopefully) How would you like the feature to work -If there’s a way to customize the list of default display sizes (per instance), so that we show the ones that are meaningful to us rather than a bunch of sizes that Workfront tho
Description - We organize all of our projects underneath a program. Usually the roles that are on each project are assigned to the same user. If we ever need to reassign work, it would save time to select uncompleted roles on all projects under a program to bulk edit the role assignment. Why is this feature important to you - It would save an enormous amount of time as we often need to shift work from one user to another. And they are all under the same program. How would you like the feature to work - Select all projects under a program. Then when editing, have a space like for bulk assignments. It could be the same option under bulk assignments on the workload balancer to either assign, replace, or remove a user from all tickets that have that role. It would only affect tasks that are not completed. It would also save time to mass assign all projects under a program at once. Current Behaviour - This feature currently does not exist.
I would like to request that the option to delegate approvals (and tasks and issues) be added to the Workfront app. Some of our users who primarily use Workfront for approvals also primarily use the mobile app. When they are out of the office and have forgotten to set up delegations prior to leaving, they currently have no way to set up delegations on their phone. Instead, they need to contact someone in the office to set up delegations for them, which is not ideal.
Request Workfront to provide a feature to optionally clear field values where a field becomes hidden on the form. It may be of value to retain hidden values in some cases so a checkbox option on a field to Clear Value when Hidden would work. The issue occurs in cascaded drop down lists where higher level list options are changed, but lower level lists retain the data even though not displayed. These get replicated down to the Cosmos parameter values table leading to confusion in reporting. It also occurs for other form fields where the value of a field A determines the visibility of field B. If the field B value is set, then the value of field A is changed so field B is now hidden, the value of field B is still presented in the object's parameter values.
Description - I'd love to be able to offer a curated list of metrics that end users can easily swap out using a dropdown similar to switching segments. Why is this feature important to you - This would allow me to create and perfect one standard view perhaps using unique visitors and/or visits. With a single click, a user could then swap the metric(s) with others from a curated list, perhaps orders and revenue. This would allow the creation of one streamlined dashboard with a variety of views, breakouts, etc., that then has an increased level of interactivity. This would be also be useful for anomaly investigations. How would you like the feature to work - Similar to the segment dropdowns at the top of a panel. Provide metric dropdown(s) (perhaps a few). When another metric from the curated list is selected, all tables and visualizations in the panel update to reflect the newly selected metrics. Current Behavior - You
When a proof is added to a request and then the request is converted to a project, the proof comments do not come with it. Instead the document is moved as a PDF without any comments. We have to go back to the request and move the actual proof over. Please allow the proof and it's comments to move.
Hi Marketo,I send out a newsletter (Email Send) once a quarter. I would like to be able to schedule the analytics report send associated to this newsletter only once to the team responsible for the content. Currently, you can subscribe people to the analytics reports and set a cadence that they will receive the report. It would be awesome if we could set a single send date/time for these reports to send. Then I could subscribe users and set the send date 1 time to all, roughly a week after the email is sent. This would make sending these reports out much easier because the current cadence options are too frequent for me to use.Let me know your thoughts or if there is a good workaround for this idea.Sincerely,Keith Nyberg
Why is this feature important to you? This feature is crucial to me because it would greatly improve my workflow and make creating proof galleries much easier and faster. The current cloning/healing tool in Lightroom is extremely ineffective and does a terrible job at cloning. Having the AI generative fill feature would allow me to effortlessly extend or fill areas of a photo, eliminating the frustrations and limitations of the current tool. How would you like the feature to work?Ideally, I would like the feature to function similarly to Photoshop. I envision being able to select a specific area using a marquee tool and then simply clicking a "generative fill" option to initiate the cloning or healing process. This would provide a seamless and efficient way to address areas that need editing. Current Behavior:Currently, the healing and cloning tool in Lightroom is far from satisfactory. Even when attempting to select and clone from a particular area, the results are poorly ble
When editing a custom field from the "Fields" tab of Custom Forms, admins can easily accidentally click away from the screen and all work is lost. It has happened to me several times, even when I was conscious of the issue and being extra-careful (just a stray click will do it). There should be a mechanism in place that prompts the user to confirm they want to discard unsaved changes.
Description -Inspired by this question: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/how-do-i-add-a-group-as-a-recepient-in-a-custome-alert/td-p/594492Unlike a lot of Adobe Interfaces since the Admin Console was created, to allow us to type in users or user groups, alerts doesn't appear to have this functionality... Well it partially does... when I create a new alert, my own name is added a "standard" object.... but the user auto-suggest doesn't trigger. Since I don't see any errors in the console, or any network calls that would suggest any sort of "user lookup" is trying to occur. The Alerts feature should allow us to choose users within our system, or groups of users (based on permission groups) to send alerts to... rather than having to look up emails individually and manage large lists of users within the Alerts area separate from our Admin Console Groups. This would create a more cohesive, and easier to maintain infrastucture.&nbs
Description - I should be able to copy drop-down segments from one visualization to another, or from one panel to another within the same Workspace. Why is this feature important to you - How many times have you spent building a decent list of items for a drop-down segment, only then to need it again in another section of your report? This should be a time saving way to very quickly copy my drop-down segment, just like I can copy any other segment to another portion of my report. How would you like the feature to work - Just like copying any other segment, I should be able to CTRL+right-click and drag my segment to any other area I can drag a drop-down segmentCurrent Behavior - At present, if I attempt to copy a drop-down segment anywhere in my Workspace, it simply freezes the Workspace, and I will lose any progress I had and I will have to reload the page.
I'd like the option to choose which eVar's value should appear as a label for a graph (see visual below.) When there are lots of stacked variables or filters applied, the label gets quite unwieldy. I spend a lot of time manually updating the values that appear in line charts. In the case below, I would choose "Show" as the variable to appear as the label. I'd set it and forget it. Currently, each time a new show cracks the top 5 line items that appear on the graph I have to remember to go in and clean up its name. Thank you in advance, Jenn!
I currently love and use the "Compare Time Periods" option frequently, but it only works in certain situations (for instance, it isn't an option if I have "days" as a dimension in the report), and I can't drag in Time Periods I've already created. I frequently want that sort of "compare" functionality on all sorts of different columns. What I would love is to always be able to create a column that compares two other columns in the table. Summary change is nice but not if you have a lot of items in the report to compare. Quick calculated metrics and such are nice but don't give you flexibility with time periods.
Would like the ability to delete fields for the following reasons: - Fields are no longer used or relevant - Field was created wrong and does not need to be used
