As requests come in and team members are assigned to work, are you sure that users with the right skill sets have the availability to add more work to their plate? Are users under allocated and have time available or do they have too much work and are stressing to get it all completed on time? By adopting a data driven approach to resource management, you can confidently answer these questions that users, leaders and executives may be asking. Before digging into the various tools that Workfront offers to manage resources, it is important to understand each tool’s purpose, and what type of work manager is most likely to benefit from each. To kickoff the Resource Management series, this week focuses on possible work manager roles and a downloadable PDF detailing purpose, audience and expected outcomes for each resource management tool. WORK MANAGER ROLES Organizational structure can strongly influence the way that work and resources are managed. This typically

Hi, I want to rename a page, but it occurs a warning as following. How can I rename this page? Thanks!
Hi everyone!Colleagues, we use FrontEnd pipelines on our project, but faced with strange behavior, after a pipeline run, the dispatcher cache is not flushed, on pages we see old js/css hashes (even after some significant time, more than that in cache-control header, browser cache is switched off in dev tools). From java code (bundle com.adobe.cq.com.adobe.aem.wcm.frontend.manager) I see that FrontEnd pipeline updates and 'publishes' config only (the one under sling context aware), and seems like doesn't do anything with pages' cache.Several solutions came to my mind:configure TTL on dispatcher levelrun a web-tier pipeline after FE pipeline, just to flush cachetry ACS Dispatcher flush rules (in latest version they added AEMaaCS support)implement own cache flush service for thismanual page activation (worst case)I like none of the mentioned, since to my mind it should be done as a step for FrontEnd pipeline to ensure new code is on the site. Please share your experience, h
Hi Everyone, We have a Form-A which has some fields like firstname(value=fname) and lastname(lname) etc. We use(EMbed/Include ) this Form-A in Form B and then in Email template we doFirst Name: ${fname}<br>Last Name: ${lname}<br> But in response after submitting the form we get the same response not picking the values from the values we filled in form.Do we need any syntax changes here?
New video alert! This is an awesome Marketo Measure overview video! It's super helpful in explaining the app and attribution at a high-level, especially to others in your org who might not be as close to marketing measurement. Kudos to our Product Marketing team for putting this together! 🙌
I am relatively new to the PM role at my organization. One of the tasks my manager would like to tackle in the near future is to create a Governance document. This would be the place of all PM truth. Not only do I envision it holding all the important information about workfront and how our team uses it, training, tracking time, license types, etc. but it would also give a breakdown of our resource allocation process in terms of “rules of engagement,” when it comes to how we accept projects, how we say no, the metrics we use to base that decision on - clear cut guidelines that are standard across the board, triggers that indicate that we need to outsource, etc. If this, then that. Do any of your organizations currently use that sort of documentation or have resources you can share that might help me get started in creating one for mine? I have yet to find anything even within Workfront documentation to truly cover that side of my goal and I'm not sure where to begin.
As a follow up to this morning's system admin essentials I am loading the templates I have readily available. When my system admin is back from vacation she will load any others we have. We will also have an updated version of the system admin version with time estimates when my new hire finishes the training and we will update at that time!
