What's the correct definition of a "joai" segment? when is it used and what for? thanks.

Hello, We're currenly not able to edit our activities. The section that should display the preview keeps loading forever. Also, in the bar on the right, no elements are displayed (in contract to previously). I've tried different browsers (Chome/Edge), no difference. Also tried disabling the "enhanced"  option under "administration", because i remember that used to fix similar issues in the past. But the button is greyed out for me, i can't disable it. Also I've noticed the visual editor Chrome extension is currenly disabled in the extenstion store. So it's no longer possible for new users to install that. So basicly i'm stuck here. What is currenly the recommended way of editing activities? With what browser and with/without any extension?

Hi All, Currently I'm looking into one use cases which is simply lets call it event based offers but while reading Adobe docs noticed that is not supported [1] due to offer decisioning limitation :(.Yea, I know that due to fact that events are not stored on Edge therefore events based offers cannot be done, so all these rules should be profile based ... and this is exactly the problem. Example use case:User is trying to add XYZ product to get free delivery or adding multiple products (XYZ + ZYX + YYY) to have discount, all these need to be executed between step 1 and step 2 of basket/transaction closing but we can not freeze/pause any of the steps or processing esp. if takes too long ...etc.  In this case please advise if there is any way to workaround for such limitation of Offer Decisioning to accomplish such scenario? [1] - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/decisioning/offer-decisioning/create-components/creati

I'm currently in the process of integrating a web channel into our AJO implementation. Following the guidelines outlined in the 'Web Channel Prerequisites' documentation, I have successfully configured the web SDK. To test this setup, I've been utilizing Adobe's provided Luma enablement site and injecting tag scripts using a debugger. I've accomplished creating an audience using the edge segment evaluation method, and I can confirm that data is flowing from the website into the AEP datasets, with profiles being successfully added to this audience. However, when I attempt to use this audience in a web campaign with the debugger enabled for the site, I'm not observing the expected changes on the website page as specified in the web campaign configuration. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter and any insights you may have regarding any steps or details I might be overlooking ThanksSankar

Can we have a similar thing that gives similar  starter files for AEM Sites as well?

I am really struggling with AI Assistant prompts.  I think I am asking basic question like "How many tasks are in team's backlog (I provide the exact name of the team)?"  It gave me an answer of 20 and I know there is 383.  If I ask it "how many tasks are assigned to a certain user"  - this is a question that is in your Best Practices guide - it gave me an error message for the person I selected and when I did it for me, it only provides 20 tasks (because it is truncated).  Why is this happening? I also do not think it recognizes custom fields - we have a field called Resources Requested and AI Assistant does not recognize it.  When will this be available?

I have set up the dispatcher flush agent on the publisher. Can someone explain what “on Receive” means and what “chain replication” means in this context?There is no official documentation explaining chain replication, which makes it very confusing.Is anyone using this setting and explain the chain replication thing? Can chain replication cause any performance issues if used on production sites? 

I have a request to change an existing Workfront proofing workflow. They want to switch the first and second stages. I didn't see a way to do that. Does anyone know if that is possible and if so, how to do it? I was thinking about creating a new stage and then deleting the existing first stage. Would that affect any existing proofs that used this workflow? Any other suggestions on how to accomplish this? Marla

We have a considerable backlog in the Campaign Queue. Any advice on how to investigate this would be greatly appreciated.Just to note, per support recommendations, already working to optimize our instance and collaborating with the Salesforce team to look into the issue.

I created two schemas: Customer (XDM Individual Profile) with an attribute called Booking ID (Non-Person Identity Name Space) and Booking (using a Custom Class also named Booking) with the Booking ID (Non-Person Identity Name Space) as the primary identity. I also established a one-to-one relationship between the Customer (Source Schema) and the Booking (Destination Schema) based on Booking ID. Created Datasets and enabled profiles. Using global validation rules to block the free consumer email domains using the list marketo provides but how does it identify whether the email matches as there isnt a default field for email domain. Is it email "contains"? example with 123.com being personalAlex@123.com - BLOCKEDAlex@realcompany123.com - BLOCKEDOr is it "email domain is"Alex@123.com - BLOCKEDAlex@realcompany123.com - APPROVEDor is it "Email ends with"Alex@123.com - BLOCKEDAlex@realcompany123.com - BLOCKEDDoes anyone know how Marketo matches this? as I dont want to block honest company email domains by telling them Marketo thinks they are personal domains.

so I have initially run the publisher using this command (I'm on Linux using JDK11)java -jar aem-publish-p4503.jarI installed the content and code packages and I can browser the custom pages without any issues. My problem started after I restarted my PC.  To start AEM publish I triedjava -jar aem-publish-p4503.jarcrx-quickstart/bin/start (I had to change the port number as the default is 4502)I tried to browser localhost:4503, but all I get is a 404. I then checked error.log and I don't see any new entries. I encountered something similar when I setup author the first time and the fix was to delete./crx-quickstart/launchpad/config/org/apache/sling/jcr/repoinit/RepositoryInitializer*.configI tried the same trick in my publisher but it does not work. If I start from the beginning again (rm -fr crx-quickstart), AEM will start working again. Any ideas on how to fix or perhaps a workaround?
