I want to see the data in an Outbound Transition. When I select the transition and click on Open transition, I see only tabs General and Data Structure. My understanding is that if I add the data columns in the upstream activity within the Additional Data tab that those data fields will be available to me to see the data in the Data tab when I open the transition. See the instructions below. I have followed them, but there is no data tab present to see the data. Im in the process of activating several journeys that are based on known users' behavior on specific product pages. When a known contact engages with the page they will then qualify for a journey. Their engagement on the page will determine where in the journey they will enter - page visit but no engagement with tools = awareness journey stage; page engagement and use of a calculator = consideration journey stage. My question is how do I orchestrate the audiences/journeys to ensure that a prospect does not enter multiple journeys at the same time?

Hi there,I am creating an email template inside Adobe Campaign Standard which has some images. I would like to personalize the URL of the the image in the src attribute. I have created a custom resource inside ACS which contains a list of movie names and their corresponding poster image URLs. I would like to have this poster image shown in the image element of my email page. I have tried enabling personalization in email designer page for my image element and tried including the poster image URL field from my custom resource in the personalization field but that doesn't seem to work. We do not intend to use Adobe Target.Kindly help me get through this!Thanks in advance.

All,We are starting IP warming and imported lists into ACS, which are current subscribers from our current email service. The imported files are part of the workflow (see image below), but I received the error (see first image below). I read that I have to reconcile the imported files, which contain only First Name, Last Name and Email Address, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Since we're just starting the IP warming, there are no records in ACS to associate them to yet. What do I need to do in order to send an email to the people in these two files? I need to know the fastest, simplest way to accomplish this. I am open to just adding the audience to the email without a workflow, but am guessing I somehow have to adjust my workflow to map these subscribers. Help. I have no prior knowledge of ACS or workflows.  Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Hello All, I'm trying to add a feedback loop for the Direct Mail channel. I want to receive a list with profile's information to be added to quarantine. What I'm not sure is what should be added in the "address" field of the quarantine. Direct mail broadlogs show the address as a concatenation of the address fields (Line 1 + Line 2 + Line 3 + Line 4 + Line 5 + Line 6).However, the quarantine doesn't work when I create a quarantine with that exact same format and try to contact myself.  This is how the broadlog looks: This is how the quarantine looks:How should I populate the address field for it to work? Thanks and kind regards 

Hi there Does Adobe Campaign Standard have campaign metrics for Australia or APAC region that can be used as metrics. I can only find other platforms industry benchmark ratings for open rates, CTR, unsubscribe rate . For example Campaign monitor, IBM Acoustic. Thank you

I have been sending tests using a test audience or using 'Select a test profile'. I am personally getting the tests, but some others are not. I don't believe that they're getting quarantined because they had received tests of other emails I sent earlier in the day. All of the test profiles are set with with usage=Trap as instructed. Is there a limit as to how many tests can be sent or is there some place I can see if/when an email was delivered to a specific email address?  Thanks so much in advance. Terri
