ACS activation process

Hello Adobe community,

 

I am reaching out to ask for some help regarding the ACS activation process with the Adobe Deliverability team. I am working through the subdomain and SSL certificates in control panel and my question specifically is how can I contact the Deliverability Team to trigger the subsequent steps? Based on the information I received after the instance provisioning step is that Adobe needs to run the IP affinity process on their end and also provide assistance with the IP warming plan.

Hi Micha,

there is no general E-Mail address.

It also depends on what you exactly need.

If you know what needs to be done (e.g. setup affinity) - just raise a ticket in the Admin Console.

If you need "help" - contact the Adobe CSM / account executive to get the right contacts (Deliverability support may be part of the license for initial deployments or may be separate packages).
