I'm Trying to figure out greater value figure out greater value from 3 value. But I'm not getting expected result. I have enrich the data and created three variables  OpenRatioOfA, OpenRatioOfB, OpenRatioOfC. Values are : OpenRatioOfA = 8.70OpenRatioOfB = 2.00OpenRatioOfC = 0.00 if I use this below simple condition expression I am getting correct result. Iif(OpenRatioOfA >= OpenRatioOfB , 'A', 'NEXT') // I got A as ouptput But whenever I use Logical AND operator it's not giving me correct result Iif(OpenRatioOfA >= OpenRatioOfB AND OpenRatioOfA >= OpenRatioOfC, 'A', 'NEXT')  (NOT WORKING)// Expected Ans = A but getting NEXT Why this logical AND operator not working in ACS though expression look so simple. Hi Team,  I have started the workflow, using a Scheduler. But then I still cannot add the Profile Subsitution in the recurring delivery which is attached in the flow. I keep seeing this message:"Oops! To add profiles, you need to prepare the message (start the workflow or click prepare in the message dashboard)." Do you have any suggestions of how I can set this up? Many thanks!!

Hi community, I'd like know what´s the best strategy to generate monthly birthday coupons in Adobe Campaign Standard. Until now I developed an adobe io runtime endpoint what is called using an external activity. However when the activity is executed im getting the following   The payload i´m using is the main resource id (pkey) I understand is because the payload is too large, so i I wanna know how many records can i send to an adobe io runtime service or what strategy i need to follow. Hi everyone, We recently got a lot of bounces in our last sends with the reason "Inbound email bounce (rule 'Probably_unreachable' has matched this bounce)." For a same email address/profile, this does not always appear on all of the deliveries. Do you have any more detail on this message? Thanks!

Hi Designer here,our customer uses Adobe Campaign (don't know if Classic or not) to send Newsletters out.They require from us, the designers, to deliver the newsletter as as ZIP File with HTML and Images.I have no experience with Campaign, am wondering what the best practice is to design and deliver what they require. Is there an Adobe product to create and deliver what they need? I've seen Spark mentioned(?), of course Dreamweaver can make newsletters (but it's been a long time since I've dabbled in HTML). Is there something simple/intuitive? Currently we have the Creative Cloud Plan, but if there's a software which isn't included in it, we could theoretically also get that.Thanks *Edit* According to the customer (the one using Campaign) she requires the Newsletter as a zipped folder containing the HTML5, Images, etc). Don't know if that changes anything.

Hi, when I try to move a workflow from one campaign to another, the delivery does not move alongside it. I cannot go into the delivery and move it across as the option is greyed out. Why is this the case and what can I do to resolve this?

We are exploring list-unsubscribe functionality. Does Adobe campaign Standard provide option for mailto in list unsubscribe. I have not found any documentation around this in ACS.  We have in ACC you add custom hearer and values, ow does this work in ACS.

Hi Community, The profile view list is displaying the same record several time. I though that this view only displays the records in profile resources, but it has to be doing links with other other resources (this is happening after creating a new custom resource), do you know how this view works and what can be the problem? Thanks!!

Hi there, Does anyone know if it's posible to create a role/access which has 'read only' and would be able to do reports? I have a use case for a couple of users which should get full access for reporting purpose, directly in the system (ACS) but they should not be able to modify any campaign, profiles nor other data. Thanks for your help.

Hi Guys, When I am triyng to update the content in push delivery it is not updating, actually  "save" button in not coming. I have tried in different browsers and incognito mode as will and also I have tried in different machine as well but none is working.  Any suggestion?

Hi community, We'd like to know how can i use a data obtained from a previous activity as a variable in a following activity in a workflow?. From delivery logs We obtain the profiles whose i sent an especific email, and in our ACS instance we have a custom resource called purchase orders related to profiles. To send a remarketing campaign we need to send an email to profiles with no purchase order after the the date we sent the first email. Until we hadn´t been able to pass the event date as parameter in the related purchase orders. This is the workflow and configurations so far  1. We obtain the delivery logs  2. We reconciliate the profiles 3. We add purchase data   and this is how we try to filter the purchase orders after the first email was sent.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give us.
