Delivery log ID (Delivery log) and Delivery log ID (Tracking log)

Hi everybody ,

i need to reconciliate Delivery log with Tracking Log .

i tried to use Delivery log id from both table but it's different.

How can i be sure that an open or a click is consequent from a specific delivery and export all this data ?

 

I want to explain better what i mean . I want to understand which single click (from trackinglog) results from a specific open (deliverylog) and extract this raw data.

 

How can i do this with Adobe Campaign Standard workflows activities?

Did you try to use delivery label (available in both delivery log and tracking log) rather than log ID ?

Yes,

I tried to use both Recipient and Delivery Label, but in case of multiple sending on the same Delivery Label these keys are not enough.
