Maintaining/Transferring Delivery Logs and Tracking Logs when creating new profiles

Hi there,

 

We have a potential piece of data work where we may look to change the customer ID (which is set as the unique key on the profile table) for all the profiles we have in ACS.

 

I know this will result in "new" profiles being created for these records and we plan to purge the "old" ones (so our overall record count we remain similar)

We are comfortable doing this and also changing the customer IDs in linked custom tables such as "orders".

 

My biggest concern is losing delivery and tracking log history. Is there a way to maintain/transfer this to the "new" profiles?

Unfortunately there is no easy way to migrate any records inside ACS.

Broadlog / Tracking logs are not available within the Update Data activity inside workflows.
