Hello,

I sent an email using campaign standard in which I configure a dynamic content based on segment ID from AEP.

Now, business team ask me some reporting (Open rate, CTR, CTO...) for each segment.

How can i retrieve Segment ID using reporting on ACS or Adobe Analytics ?

How did you load the different segments inside ACS?

What might be 1 option:

  • Load the segments
  • Assign a segment code for each path before merging the segments
  • Enable "segment code" to be on delivery log + reporting
  • Then you can drag segment code inside the dynamic reporting

I created the segment on AEP and load it on ACS within the query component using the Segment ID. I enrich my data set with segment ID and segment name so i can use it on delivery

 

I guess that what you propose has to be configure before starting the workflow ? or can I do that afterwards ?

This indeed has to be done before the E-Mail sendout is completed.

It can't be done afterwards anymore
