Hi,I have a workflow that I am running in campaign that is reading values from a file and putting them in a temp table. The data I am reading has a customer ID, is there a way to pad this customer ID with zeros within the workflow? Like running a javascript, or what will be the best way to achieve this?Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to understand how this table works:Explorer-> Administration -> Configuration -> Data schemas -> Recipient tracking los (nms)In particular I want to understand in what columns i can find Opens and Clicks.When viewing data from this table you see 'Opened / email address', see below.When I do "Configure list" to try to understand how this is displayed I see this on the xpath [.] What does this do? I cannot find any columns for Opens or other event types, Can you help me with that? thx

Hello Team,I have a little problem on my ACS platform. I can't track every URL that I set up.I explain my problem.I have a button, which have a different URL depending a parameter. So I created a dynamic url based on this parameter. Everything was OK but I saw that I had no clicks on this kind of buttons. I analyzed the problem and saw that button wasn't tracked...Seems that the dynamic URL broke that tracking html check and the URLs are not detected.This is a simple URL :As you can see, URL tracking is OK: And this is a dynamic URLs (for example with google germany) :As you can see, Default URL and Google.de URL  are not tracked :I think it's a product issue. I will open a ticket about it.Can I have your feedback about this point ?Best regards,Alexandre

Folks,I am trying to create a report on delivery parameters (open/clicks etc), however I would like them to tie somehow to field in contacts table.While creating report, it lets you define a query which can only refer to one schema however we can traverse through one to many connections and select appropriate column/field, --this doesn't work.Since while creating "Page"-->List group--Table, you can only refer to one query -xPath. so fields from one to many cause some internal issue not generating the report.Is there any way to bring fields from tracking logs and contact/recipients table to single report/page?Thanks!

Hi All,In adobe campaign, we can control the reply-to address and text. However, I could not find any provision to control - 'mailed-by' and 'signed-by'.In gmail, I can see that both 'mailed-by' and 'signed-by' are by default the environment domain.My question is: is it possible to control these entities?Thanks & regards

Hi,I'm attempting to enrich data from a table that has a 1-N relationship with my recipient table into my delivery so I can make the content conditional on a number.This is my workflow:I have a list of my mailable customers which has an additional query to select only those who met the criteria.In my enrichment, I only want 1 column, where the "brand code" is equal to "BE"The columns I'm enriching with are the one's below...Here's the advanced join condition so I only pull data where the brand code is equal to BE.I think my logic is correct however when I try pull in a field I've enriched I get this error in the Preview.Can anyone see where I'm going wrong?Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksKevin

Hi,I am trying to understand our open rate(year to date) from the delivery summary in the reporting tool in ACS. I think the number is very low and when I calculate the months seperatly all numbers are higher than the overall year to date wich doesn't make sense to me? I am not sure why I am having trouble with this as I feel it should be straightforward. I am trying to create a pre-defined filter to remove Blacklist and Quarantined email addresses prior to them being removed in the delivery analysis. I have tried filtering with emailinfo/@status = Blacklisted or emailinfo/@status = Quarantine, as well as trying to check each independently and it is not returning the right results. I'm sure I am missing something easy, but how would one go about building a predefined filter to remove all email addresses that are flagged as Blacklist or Quarantined?Thank you in advance.

Hi,I have created one sample report to list all campaign created in this year. I was able to successfully create it.Now, I want my report to be more flexible.I want to get results based on the year selected while running the report.If I select 2016, it should return all campaign created in 2016. For this, I have created a page, created combo box variable, input 3 years 2015,2016,2017.But I am unable to see this variable in my next activity which is a query activity so that it can dynamically pick that value and return campaign list as per the year selected.Attached are the images.

I am trying to build my first dynamic report.   I have a variable [formName] and my final reporting page will adjust dynamically based on the default value I pass in.   I have also been able to create an initial page with a text box allowing me to pass in a dynamic [formName] that is entered by the user. What I really need is a way to have a drop down box populated with a list of options which are coming from a table because the options are changing over time as new forms are created with new "Form Names".  Can anyone tell me what the process is to have a Combo Box on a page that is pulling its values from a table or list and passing which passes that value to my variable [formName]?  The only option I see is to create a select box but then you have to manually enter each possible option.The problem at this point is that the only option to get values into the combo box is to manually enter them.

Hi Legends,i want to change the color of the emoji in the subject line, the default color of Outlook is black and i want it to be red instead of black. Is there a way to achieve the same. For the above i have used the hexadecimal code, to generate the emoji in ACS. However can someone advice me is it possible to even change the color. Please advice.
