Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

I’m new to Adobe Campaign Classic v8, having previously worked with v7. While exploring v8, I noticed that under the Flow Control activities, there are three new activities that weren’t available in v7. However, I couldn’t find any documentation related to these new activities on the Adobe Experience League site.Could anyone please help by sharing the official documentation link or any relevant details? Snapshot Initialize workflowReset workflow

Hi team, I'm implementing an webapp and experiencing an error as below.BAS-010014 Cannot open file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/SAS360/survey_data/655708__questionList.xml' with read access (errno=2, No such file or directory)The error happens every other time when I load. (whenever I enter the link, it loads, but after I reload from the web browser it shows the error page showing the error page. when I reload once more then it loads again and it repeats.) I tried checking the web server log and the log stacks only when the loading was successful. I'm assuming the file does not exist in one of the two application servers. the file is generated from a table by a workflow.could anyone give any suggestions on this?

Is there any possible way to populate the dynamic values, in the "Display URs" (Tracked URls) preview?

Hi all,We’re running into a coordination issue between Adobe Campaign Classic v7 and our SDR team’s outreach using Salesloft (soon moving to Groove/Clari).The problem:When Adobe Campaign sends out nurture emails, we have no way to pause or suppress contacts that are actively in an SDR cadence. This results in some leads getting touched by both marketing and sales on the same day — creating confusion and over-communication.Things we’ve tried:Using a Salesforce field to mark leads in active sales cadencesCreating exclusion queries in Campaign workflows based on that fieldTesting wait steps + custom triggers in Campaign workflowsWe’re still facing timing issues because of sync delays and inconsistent cadence enrollment flags.Has anyone successfully implemented a real-time suppression system or workflow that prevents Adobe Campaign emails from going out when a contact is mid-sequence in Salesloft or Groove? Ideally without having to manually update lists every day.We wrote a quick breakdow

Hi there,I'm facing an issue with my db cleanup workflow—it keeps failing. In the audit log, I'm seeing the following error:"There is more than one open type URL in the database ('NmsTrackingUrl' table). Most likely the problem comes from an improperly migrated database."Has anyone encountered this before or know a possible solution?Regards, Navin

Hi, Any idea from where we can learn Adobe Sensei? Is there any learning portal or anything like that where they have detailed everything out about Sensei?

we are on ACC v7, and moving to v8 shortly, had use case where I need to send the invoices to the customers via message Center when Realtime event is triggered , however my question is can we receive binary PDF file content /binary forms in the payload and attach it to the message and send it. Is it possible in ACC? any documentation links would be helpful. uploading it to CDN and use it is another option we are exploring as well.

Hi, The Active profiles monitoring | Adobe Campaign wiki and logs of the 'Billing' workflow give us the following information about active profiles:Targeted or communicated to in the past 12 monthsExist in the broadLogRcp, broadlogEventHisto, broadLogOperatorLogs, broadLogBatchEvent, broadLogAppSubRcp tablesOur instance to date does not utilize the BatchEvent or AppSub features. We have queried the broadLogRcp, broadLogEventHisto, and broadLogOperatorLogs tables and deduplicated on identifiers (recipient primary key for broadLogRcp, 'recipient identifier' for broadLogEventHisto, 'Primary Key (Operator)' for broadLogOperatorLogs, but the active profile count we get is slightly off. It is .8% less than the count given by the 'billing' technical workflow.  Can someone please provide the specific logic used by the 'billing' technical workflow to obtain the active profiles count? Thanks,Skyler

Hi,How to check who updated the status from 'Denylisted/Valid' to 'Quarantine' in nms:address. Thank you.

Hello,Using a workflow I need a step by step guide for how I can populate content/values from a csv file as variable fields into an email delivery. My csv file is fairly simple with two rows. First row with column headers which will be used for the field name and the second row will have the values to populate for those fields in the email. E.g. First column is an image url, second column is a title, and then the row underneath is the values for them. There is no recipient data like email etc.How can I upload this file into Adobe, use javascript to create these fields as temporary(?) variable fields and then use those variable fields which are then recognised within the delivery template and populate the content (all the content is the same it is not personalised).Any help is appreciated!

Hi all,    I am working on a web application where I need to apply field validation on several inputs on the first page of the survey, I do believe it can be done via initialization script and approval script tabs.   Here are the fields that I am looking to validate:   A - Should not allow future dates B - Must be an @specificdomain email C - Exactly 8 alphanumeric characters (no prefixes like #) D- Limited to 4 characters E - Must follow a valid telephone number format F - Introduce a strict validation that only allows the email.    *The letters are used to reference the variables.   Any guidance would be highly appreciated.    Best,  Celia

How do I query the AEM content path associated with a delivery. I understand this might be a javascript code. What should go in this code? So far all I have is a simple workflow with a query object that is just querying for 1 delivery Id against the delivery schema. I am outputting the delivery Id in the query result.

Per this post, I understand there is the smtpEnableTLS setting which can be configured in the server config file. I also realize this is not recommended due to the impact it will have on the overall throughput. But I am curious to know how the email will be decrypted by the recipient? How are the keys shared with each receiving domain? Can someone please shed more light on this?

Hi, We would like to implement functionality to send Adobe Campaign alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel via webhook: Create an Incoming Webhook - Teams | Microsoft Learn How can we edit the under-the-hood functionality of the "alert" activity and the workflow supervisor "alert" for workflow failures to add a condition which triggers a webhook message via javascript? Where is the "alert" activity executed / where is the functionality stored, and is it editable?Has anyone successfully done this? Thanks,Skyler

Hi, I was checking my data on campaign server, using advanced filter on data schema. And there is a table with fields that some of values are set as Null and others as an empty string, "".I was trying to differentiate these two types, so tried filtering with condition as below,[field A] is equal to ""and[filed A] is emptyBut for both cases, query is generated as "[fieldA] is NULL"But when I filtered with [filter A] is not empty, I still see the empty values, and when I exported it as a .csv file those values are marked as an empty cells. Does anyone know a way to resolve this issue? or do any of you know how AC save empty string values?

Hi, Is it possible to capture personalization/conditional content in a typology rule? Take the following typology rule code which executes "at the end of analysis" for the alertAssignee delivery template.logInfo(delivery.content.text.source) This will return the following, which is the content of the alertAssignee delivery template."<%= dataSource.message %>"However, when an alert is sent out, this <%= dataSource.message %> can become many different things. How can we capture this in the typology rule?
