Hi team, I have installed adobe campaign classic on premise/local machine. Can we send emails through local instance. If yes, what all steps do we need to follow to achieve the same. I have additional questions to the above query1. How is tracking server configured 2. Do we need a email service provider or subdomain hosted on different server is enough  

Hello, I have added the following javascript code to a copy of the notifySupervisor template in order to send workflow failure alerts to an ACC workflow for further processing: <%xtk.workflow.PostEvent("ccStageAlerts","signal","",<variables workflowLabel = {dataSource.workflowLabel} workflowName = {dataSource.workflowName} taskName = {dataSource.taskName} instanceName = {dataSource.instanceName}/>,false);%> This javascript is executed as expected and the data is sent to the 'ccStageAlerts', however, the HTML compiler fails because it does not recognize the "xtk" classification, so the delivery does not get sent. Is there another way to post an event to a workflow from within a delivery? Thanks,Skyler

I have noticed that when triggering a push notification containing a deeplink, My android device doesn't process the notification correctly. In ACC in the nms:recipient table there is auto-increment primary key (long type). However, our internal architecture requires a string(36) primary key to align with CDP and downstream integrations. Data has already been loaded before, and initial campaigns have populated related logs and references (all nms). Changing the nms primary key type in place (from long to string) would probably break references across other tables. The challenge is to resolve this issue without any data loss. Is it possible to update it in nms:recipient and all reference tables without destroying current database? If not - I was thinking about creating custom recipient data schema (with string PK) and defining new custom dedicated logs schemas and new target mapping and keeping existing data schemas for historical use. After that route new deliveries to new dimension. I've never used a custom solution, what things do I need to remember?

Hi team, I'm implementing an webapp and experiencing an error as below.BAS-010014 Cannot open file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/SAS360/survey_data/655708__questionList.xml' with read access (errno=2, No such file or directory)The error happens every other time when I load. (whenever I enter the link, it loads, but after I reload from the web browser it shows the error page showing the error page. when I reload once more then it loads again and it repeats.) I tried checking the web server log and the log stacks only when the loading was successful. I'm assuming the file does not exist in one of the two application servers. the file is generated from a table by a workflow.could anyone give any suggestions on this?

we are on ACC v7, and moving to v8 shortly, had use case where I need to send the invoices to the customers via message Center when Realtime event is triggered , however my question is can we receive binary PDF file content /binary forms in the payload and attach it to the message and send it. Is it possible in ACC? any documentation links would be helpful. uploading it to CDN and use it is another option we are exploring as well.

Hi, The Active profiles monitoring | Adobe Campaign wiki and logs of the 'Billing' workflow give us the following information about active profiles:Targeted or communicated to in the past 12 monthsExist in the broadLogRcp, broadlogEventHisto, broadLogOperatorLogs, broadLogBatchEvent, broadLogAppSubRcp tablesOur instance to date does not utilize the BatchEvent or AppSub features. We have queried the broadLogRcp, broadLogEventHisto, and broadLogOperatorLogs tables and deduplicated on identifiers (recipient primary key for broadLogRcp, 'recipient identifier' for broadLogEventHisto, 'Primary Key (Operator)' for broadLogOperatorLogs, but the active profile count we get is slightly off. Hello,Using a workflow I need a step by step guide for how I can populate content/values from a csv file as variable fields into an email delivery.My csv file is fairly simple with two rows. First row with column headers which will be used for the field name and the second row will have the values to populate for those fields in the email. E.g. First column is an image url, second column is a title, and then the row underneath is the values for them. There is no recipient data like email etc.How can I upload this file into Adobe, use javascript to create these fields as temporary(?) variable fields and then use those variable fields which are then recognised within the delivery template and populate the content (all the content is the same it is not personalised).Any help is appreciated!
