Has anyone tried to create a dashboard that displays project level information that can then be added to the project itself in the sidebar? I have some designers asking for a more visual way to represent project data that would be accessible at a glance on their actual project.Thinking if it IS possible, it could be done with wildcards, but struggling to figure out how to reference the data on the project the dashboard is actually attached to.If this is not possible, what are some creative ways you all have tackled this?

I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours. 

Hi everyone,We’re a few months live with Workfront and the team I have moved into are very much “use it because we have to” users. The main obstacle (like many I am reading) is the amount of clicks that activation teams feel they have to do on top of their very manual work - they don’t see a benefit to updating the details accurately, so they basically close everything as complete after they've done the work (I know 😥). We’re working on the “create and show the benefits” part, but I’m wondering, how does everyone use planned vs actual dates and how much importance do you put on this and marking the status accurately.Do you set a planned schedule once and leave it as is, but be firm on accurately marking tasks in progress/complete so you can use “actual” dates in reporting, or do you constantly update the planned schedule to be accurate and rely on that solely, or something else?I should note, we don’t have PMO’s for most of our teams. I have a use case where I need to be able to filter on a report to pull in Monday through Sunday for the next week into the following week. For example, dates would be 4/6 - 4/19. This report is ideally ran on Friday’s but could be run on a Thursday if there was a holiday. I have set up a filter against my date field to show $$TODAY+3d between $$TODAYe+16d which does work if the report is only run on a Friday. Is this possible to hard code or would I need to have the end user default to using a prompt to ensure accuracy. Thank you!

Please, please bring back the option to toggle off the ability to edit the assignee on a task for the Standard users access level!! This is an incredibly important feature for my team and an easy way that work will fall through the cracks, lose track of accountability, and cross functional alignment. There is also no current way that I am notified of changed user on a task. If I was notified, this would be a helpful way to monitor changes but alterations are happening unbeknownst to me and will quickly become a very large problem to audit. Please help!

It would be nice to have the functionality to tag all people on the proof in a comment by using “@everyone” so we don’t have to tag 8 different people each time.  Using tagging a team doesn’t work the way our division is structured.  Thanks!

Hi All,I am trying to query / pull the “Project Sharing” settings of a project template via the Workfront API / in Fusion, but can’t figure out how to do this.The accessRules collection includes only the “Template Sharing” settings, but not the “Project Sharing” settings.Does anyone have an idea on how to do it? I would find a great deal of value in a webinar/Q&A session with Adobe Product Managers tailored to understanding the pivot from the standard Proofing experience to the Unified Approvals experience. Seems to be a wide range of considerations and no hard deadlines on some required changes, but documentation seems “thin” and some of these changes need measurable documentation and process re-training in my organization. There is even documentation on how to use Unified Approvals and Proofing together https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/review-and-approve-work/document-reviews-and-approvals/manage-asset-review-and-approval/doc-approvals-and-proofing but not much that speaks to when existing Proofing functionality would be phased out completely. Can this type of information event be prioritized by the Workfront team? 

Hello,  Is there a way to sort my proof approvals in my homepage from newest to oldest? Right now, when I login, the default is it shows the oldest ones first. Thank you! 

Hi there,I’ve been a WF admin and in the tool for 8+ years. I’m no longer an admin, but am using it as a project manager (specifically for creative projects - think outside agencies, waterfall project setup, etc.). I’m finding the UI to be harder and harder to build easy-to-use at-a-glance views on project status (think like Smartsheets or Monday.com level of simplicity and UI). Has anyone built project reports that act as a dashboard that are user friendly, visually intuitive (color coded, etc.), or at least super effective at showing you where a group of projects is at (could be active task, status, etc.), who it’s with, maybe last update, etc.? The “Priorities” feature is definitely moving in the right direction, but it’s not customizable enough in terms of what columns I can include. Thanks in advance!Kate

The Approvals Widget has switched order so the oldest are on page one.We would prefer it go back to the way it was -- newest to oldest.I am an admin and haven't made any purposeful revisions to any setup or layout for this to occur and cannot find a place to change it.Any ideas?
