Hello Everyone, Quick question -Salesforce team is currently working on a Contact Object cleanup project, as part of which they are planning to change the data types of some fields (no changes on the field API’s).The Data type change includes Picklist  → Multi picklistText field  → Text areaWhether there will be any impact to existing Marketo integrations?Please share your thoughts.Thanks in Advance!

We deal with students coming into our chat and like to “prank” us. Is there a way to block them from chatting back in besides taking them as a oneoff and adding them to a smart list. Also is there a way to upload canned responses that our agents can quickly select when they are in a conversation?

If we have duplicate email address but the title is different in the Marketo while the name is same and email address too is same so does this having any affect in Marketo or we can use. Please suggest.

Hi Marketo Community,What’s the best way to build a lifecycle program in Marketo while minimizing the number of trigger campaigns and overall operational effort?Currently, we’re using two trigger campaigns for each stage: The first trigger adds the person to a list. The second trigger listens for “Person added to list” and then processes the lifecycle stage change. Is there a more efficient or streamlined approach that reduces the number of triggers while keeping the lifecycle logic clean and manageable?Would love to hear how others are handling this.

Hi everyone! I’m playing around with the new email editor and trying to create a test template. It’s not letting me bold (or italicize, etc) specific words...it just bolds the entire text block. It’s the same in paragraph, h1, h2, etc stylings. Is this intentional or a bug? Or is that something you can only do at an email asset level?Thanks!

I have a client that is letting me know that the sync between Marketo engage and SFDC reports some errors leaving the leads with empty fields on SFDC, so she's unable to assign them to the sales team. What I don’t understand is how is it possible the leads get synced in SFDC when those fields are marked as mandatory to fill on the forms on LPs in Marketo. Anyone experienced any similar discrepancy in this process?

We have an operation program, sending confirmation email having confirmation link redirecting to Marketo Landing page. But for some people (~30), we have visit webpage activity registered in the activity log but no link click activity. And I’m not sure what could be the reason! For that I had to add both the triggers in data change campaign- confirmation link clicked and thankyou landing page visited. But we are planning to move from Marketo’s LP to external one, hence, afraid of removing visit webpage trigger from the campaign. (want to rely on clicked link trigger only ) Sharing some screenshots for example-  -link click is there for some but the link is Instagram link (or some other) not the landing page link  Do share if you have any idea that can help. Hi Everyone! I have two separate questions, both related to the new Marketo builder. I’m working on setting up a theme for our brand styles, and I’ve run into two questions I’m hoping someone can help me with.Is there a way to set up an Adobe font in a Theme I created? Right now, in the “Text Settings” tab of the theme, it shows two dropdowns: “Font library” and “Font family”. Under “Font library”, I only see “Standard” and “Google Fonts”. Our font is Acumin Pro. Is there a way to add an Adobe font in the new builder/My Theme? The copy on our buttons is meant to be all caps. Instead of having to make sure it’s always physically typed as all caps, is there a way to do that under My Themes? Somewhere to maybe put text-transform CSS? It will make it much more foolproof to have it automatically capitalize everything within the button.Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

We’re implementing Knak as a pagebuilder for Marketo. The final pages will be synced and hosted on Marketo, but they are built on Knak. Knak allows you to load fonts via a CSS file with @font-face, but when trying to load those fonts we get a CORS error because it’s Knak’s domain trying to load the fonts.Is there any way to change CORS policy on Marketo to allow certain domains to load fonts? The pages will ultimately be hosted on our Marketo domain so it shouldn’t be an issue then, but we need to get them to show in the pagebuilder in the meantime.

Marketo-integrated page builders like Stensul & Knak publish your pages as Marketo LPs. Published LPs fully support webfonts hosted in Marketo Design Studio, since they’re on the same domain. But what about inside the builder app, when you’re still previewing? There, you’ll have a problem. Even with the correct @font-face rule in your CSS, the font won’t load because of CORS restrictions:❌ Access to font at 'https://pages.example.com/rs/123-ABC-456/images/entypo.woff' from origin 'https://app.stensul.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.This is reasonable, of course. Marketo isn’t in the business of providing an easily abused font CDN to the public! There’s a slick workaround. You can’t control CORS headers, but you can (by definition) host a page with same-origin access to the fonts. My old Marketo instance was decommissioned and the redirects from that subdomain to my new one are no longer working. Can I point the old subdomain CNAME to my new instance and set that up as a second one in my new instance so I can create the redirects from old URLs to my new ones?
