Hi there,We’re currently building new email templates using the Design Studio email editor. While the new features are much more flexible from a branding perspective, we’re running into alignment issues with images and text.Specifically, when two modules are meant to sit side by side, the formatting breaks if the text lengths are not an exact match. If one module has more characters than the other, the alignment becomes uneven rather than shifting down while remaining aligned.In the previous email editor, longer text within one module would simply push content down while still keeping everything properly aligned. Is there a similar setting or workaround in the new editor to achieve this behavior? Inline modules because the text is the same line length Formatting gets messed up when the second title is longer and adds more lines vs shifting the text down and keeping the arrows are start of the titles inline

In June, Adobe Marketo Engage released a feature called Conditional Content for the new Email Designer. This feature provided an intuitive new way to personalize email blocks based on person/account attributes, offering more flexibility and control than the legacy email editor’s Dynamic Content feature.After the release, we discovered certain legacy tokens were not resolving correctly in the Email Designer. We have decided to temporarily disable the feature until we can resolve this issue. So, for now, you will no longer see the option to create new conditional content. If you have already created conditional content using this feature, the emails will still work as expected. All other email and related assets will also work as expected.   If you clone or edit emails that contain conditional content, you might see certain scripts native to the legacy email editor in the preview, instead of the visual representation of the conditional content. For example, can we expect other fields to contain values of different types? 

Following the latest MSI update, we’ve noticed that the Email tab in Salesforce is no longer displaying the full history of delivered emails. Currently, only a select few are visible, while the rest are hidden behind the "Check Delivery Status" link.This change is causing significant confusion for the Sales team. To streamline their workflow, could we please: Restore the full list of all delivered emails within the main Email tab. Ensure they remain sorted by date (most recent first). The goal is to eliminate the need for users to click through to external links to see a lead's full engagement history. Thanks,Daniel 

We have a ZoomInfo tracking snippet installed on our Marketo landing pages. ZoomInfo is integrated with Marketo, and we’ve configured it to de-anonymize specific job titles from the company-level data captured when users visit a Marketo landing page. Once those contacts sync, we trigger a campaign for them.While I can see traffic to the landing page, ZoomInfo is not showing any visitor information—it indicates that there is no data available to de-anonymize. Is there a known issue with using the ZoomInfo tracking snippet on Marketo landing pages, or is there a specific placement requirement for the snippet? The snippet is working as expected on our website pages.

Hello!  Wanted to get your thoughts on best practices and a little bit of a sanity check to be honest. I am sending email 1 and email 2 on the same day.  I want to suppress email 1’s audience from email 2, so everyone who received email 1 will not receive email 2.  Is it better to do Not Was Sent Email = Email 1 or just do Member of Program (in this case, the email program) = false? How long should I stagger the email so that I can effectively suppress the audience? I don’t think it’s doable to send them both out on the same time since it takes a while for the system to recognize the logic?

Hi Team,We have a field in Marketo that stores a Rep Apply Link, which contains a unique rep code. Our goal is to extract just that unique rep code and use it within other links so that when someone clicks or applies using that link, we can identify which rep they are associated with.For example, we want to end up with a link structure like:http://google.com/?rep={{rep-code}}I have a few questions: Since the rep code would need to be dynamically generated per rep using a Velocity script, can we reference the resulting My Token directly in the email link? Hello,I’ve been troubleshooting an issue with my nurture programs not sending emails on their scheduled cast dates. I’ve confirmed that the program is active, the stream is active, and all emails within the stream are approved and active.I also reviewed several leads who should have received the nurture emails, and I can see that they have received other emails on days when the nurture casts should have gone out.It appears that none of the emails within the 2025 Broan-NuTone Marketing → Nurture folder are sending. Could you please advise if there’s something I might be missing?

tl;dr: You gotta use the API to use the API. When browsing Marketing Activities, you’ll see the URL change to reflect Program IDs, Static List IDs, and Smart Campaign IDs:.../marketo-engage/classic/PG3350A1.../marketo-engage/classic/ST6331A1LA1.../marketo-engage/classic/SC9850A1ZN19In these cases, the first sequence of contiguous digits in the last path segment is the asset ID and can be used in the API. Above, you see Program ID 3350, Static List ID 6331, and Smart Campaign 9850. The structure works for Smart Lists as well. Modern browsers use the back/forward cache (“bfcache”) to accelerate simple ⇦ and ⇨ navigation. Hi Team,We are running a nurturing campaign in Marketo that uses a custom object to send emails. In these emails, we have a link that needs to dynamically include a value from a custom object field, and we also want the link to be trackable in Marketo so that we can monitor activity and measure survey link performance.Here’s what we’ve tried and observed so far: Lead Token Approach: Previously, when using a lead token in an email link, it was suggested to reference the lead token directly in the link. This made the link work dynamically and remain trackable. We though similar approach might work with custom object tokens, but it does not seem to behave the same way. Current Approach: Currently, we are storing the custom object field value in a My Token and referencing that token in the email link: https://www.google.com/client-evaluation?evaluationid={{my.testimonial-id:default=}} This only works if we manually add mktonotrack functionality to the link, which is not ideal. I’m implementing a new person-level boolean field (flag) to identify leads and contacts acquired via our Marketo programs.Our Salesforce instance is shared across multiple business units, so this flag is intended to identify only the leads acquired via our business unit’s Marketo activity.The intent is forward-looking only (no historical backfill). I want the flag to be set when someone newly engages with relevant Marketo programs going forward, regardless of when the person record was originally created.I’m trying to confirm the best-practice trigger setup for this.One option I’m considering is a trigger campaign based on Person is Created, where the acquisition program is a Marketo program (excluding records syncing from Salesforce), and then setting the flag to true.My goal is a clean, scalable approach that avoids manual maintenance and does not retroactively update legacy records.Would appreciate guidance from anyone who’s implemented a similar pattern. I have mapped the Company Name field in Marketo to both Lead Company and the Account Name in salesforce.When a contact fills out a form and enters a new value in the “Company” field, Marketo updates the local Company Name attribute. Because Marketo’s native sync treats all people associated with the same Salesforce Account ID as a single “Company” entity, this change propagates to every other contact associated with that Account in Marketo.However, this change does not always trigger a sync back from salesforce to reset the name to the actual Account Name unless the contact record in salesforce is manually updated.Is there a way to tackle this issue?

Hi,I have been able to create hyperlinks on fields bought in from a Custom object, however these are not being tracked.All efforts to try and track links have resulted in just the variable being outputted and not the link itself.Firstly is this possible or have I wasted a full morning?If it can be done, what am I doing wrong. Hi, We're working on tracking Demandbase paid ad and third-party ad clicks in Marketo using query strings, UTMs.I understand that, in general, query params may not appear in a specific order, and there could be additional params added by search engines or ad networks.Additionally, when I review the data in GA4 (landing page + query string), I see the Demandbase param (db3id) after the url but not the UTMs.What's the best way to track this in Marketo? 

Trying to automate program/campaign creation, but we have 1 smart campaign that requires an event code as a trigger constraint for the custom obejct trigger. We tested using a token for the value, but it was not working.  Is there any other way to programmatically populate this?
