Hello, I was told that when trying to personalize an email,  using an attribute found on one of my data schemas (XDM ExperienceEvent), that I can’t.  I know I can use the data to create an audience, but I should also be able to use it. The dataset is “enabled for profile” so not sure why I can’t use the attribute.  Montez 

Hello, we need to send Amazon vouchers to our Clients who won a prize contest and we have to do it by email.We also have to send them to custom email addresses which are not in our Customer Data Platform because they are given by the Clients when the sign up for the contest.We are thinking of using the “Override Email Address” function in the Email Action Parameters to input custom email addresses from an external file, but we are not sure of the consequences.Is there a risk that we might create new ECID Profiles if we use email addresses which are not in the Customer Data Platform? Is there a risk that the emails, and thus the vouchers, won’t be delivered? Thank you very much for your attention!Joseph

Hi , i am working on campaign orchstration to use a published fragment to add viewonline mirrorpage link into my email, however after publishing the campaign, the after click on viewonline from email, it does not show any personalizations , it shows as false values.  

Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO and I need to authenticate using Basic Authentication (username + password → Authorization: Basic base64(user:password)).However, in the available authentication options I only see API Key, OAuth, JWT, and MAC.Is Basic Authentication supported for Custom SMS providers, or is it not available in this configuration?Thanks!

Hello ,In my journey, triggered by an experience event, we have an email action that sends an offer based on priority. When the event triggers, the user receives the offer in the email. However, if I disable or update the offer content, I continue receiving the same offer unless I create and activate a new version of the journey.This becomes problematic when offer content changes frequently because it requires reactivating or republishing the journey each time, which complicates the process of using offer decisioning within journeys and campaigns.To clarify, I’m not referring to fetching offers via API—those are functioning fine. Hi Team,I was testing a test email from an API-triggered transactional campaign using Postman across two different email IDs, ensuring all context variable values were filled in. However, I encountered an issue with one email ID accessed via web Outlook: the email alignment is incorrect, and the "View Details Here" link is missing. Interestingly, when opening the same email as a web page, everything displays correctly.For another email ID accessed via the Outlook app, everything appears as expected. Additionally, I triggered a test email to my Gmail ID, and it rendered correctly as well.How can I resolve this issue with web Outlook?Please find the attached images for reference:

Hi, I am working in a system where the same email address can be associated with multiple profiles.  The profiles need to be distinct, however for the purposes of this email send I do not want the same email address to be contacted multiple times, even if each profile would qualify independently.  Previously in Adobe Campaign I would just dedupe my audience on email address. I am trying replicate this kind of behavior in a journey in AJO.  One thought was to use exit criteria for the journey and exit any profiles where the email address had received the contact, but that still means in the initial touch in the journey there could be duplicate email addresses. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and if so how did you manage it?

Hi everyone, we’re working with Unitary Events and we understand from the documentation that the ingestion limit is 5,000 events per second.Our question is:Is this limit configurable in any way (for example, reducing it to 1,000 EPS for operational control), or is it a fixed platform guardrail managed entirely by Adobe?We’re not looking to increase the limit, only to understand whether it can be lowered at the AJO/AEP level, or if rate limiting must be handled entirely on the event producer side.Thanks in advance!

Hi all, we’re using Native Push (APNS/FCM) in AJO Journeys and would like to control the overall delivery rate (e.g., X pushes per second/minute).I understand that:The Journeys Throttling API applies only to external endpoints. Rule sets / frequency capping limit messages per profile. Campaigns have a “Throttle delivery” option.However, we don’t see a way to throttle the delivery rate for Native Push within Journeys.Is there any supported way to configure push throughput throttling in Journeys, or is it fully managed internally by Adobe?Thanks!

During testing, I set up a campaign to end and it worked and went to ‘Completed’ status. Now, I can’t duplicate it. Is that a bug or do I have to recreate everything? This is what I see for the campaign options: 

Hi guys, After reading similar questions, I don’t think this one has been asked before.When I create a journey (in AJO) using a read audience as the entry point and set the schedule type to daily or weekly - the re-entrance options does not appear. My expectation (and as mentioned in this previous comment......is that when the schedule is not as soon as possible I should now be able to choose re-entry criteria: It seems that before I choose the entry node (ie read audience) I can select the re-entrance criteria, but this disappears when I add in the read audience node, and will not save.Is there a reason re-entrance is not showing even when my scheduler is not set to as soon as possible?Thank youWill

Hello,  I need some help. I’m trying to use the aggregate function to create an audience. My criteria is: Transacation Date >10 days from Current Date Specific currencyID codes AND Amount Value = 1The profile can have up to 5 currency ID’s. I’m trying to create an audience that when I sum up the Amount, I only select those where total is <=4. I keep getting profiles where the amount is 5. I’m at a loss because this aggregate is not doing what I assume is should be doing. Any assistance would be appreciated.
