Hi Community,I'm running into a persistent issue with Adobe Journey Optimizer and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.I'm attempting to build a Fragment that dynamically switches a redemption link based on a campaignName value using an IF-ELSE conditional. The link is an external URL, so I'm trying to set the expression as an href.Here's what I've tried:1. Embedding the IF-ELSE logic directly in a Fragment saved as an href2. Moving the same conditional expression into the personalization editor of the email itself (as an external link)In both cases, the code validates successfully — no errors thrown on validation — but AJO refuses to save either the Fragment or the Email, and I'm not getting a clear error message explaining why.Has anyone encountered this behavior before? Is there a known limitation around using conditional expressions inside href attributes within Fragments? Any guidance on the correct approach for dynamically switching links based on campaign attribute

Hi everyone,I am currently building a Journey in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to handle some fragment testing, and I am running into an issue with profile capping across multiple segments.My Goal:I need to send live versions of an email to a client for QA/proofing. Because the email pulls dynamic live data via a Fragment, standard proofing won't suffice—I need real records to trigger the journey. I am trying to pull exactly 1 record per segment to send out these test emails.My Journey Setup: Initial Split: The journey uses an Optimize/Decision activity to split profiles into separate paths based on their segments (I have 10 segments in total). Profile Capping: On each segment's path, I have placed another activity using Profile Capping configured to limit the path to exactly 1 record (to capture a single QA sample for that segment). Fallback: If the cap is met, profiles are routed to a "Limit Reached" bucket. The Problem:When I run this, only 3 out of the 10 segments successfully

Hi guys, Could you help me understand how AJO uses seed lists for event based (on edge) journeys?  Scenario:I have an abandon browse event captures ‘on the edge’ events triggered through our websdk.This event is being used to initiate a complex journey within AJO to ultimately send emails to eligible customer who trigger the event.I have set the email templates using a channel configuration that contains seeds. Question:I want to understand how AJO will handle the seed list.Will it send a seed every time a customer triggers the event and an email is sent (which would be thousands a day).Will it only send a seed the first time an event flows through to the email nodes - for the entire life of the journey. Or something else? Reason:I want to customise how seeds are sent. For example some of the seeds are internal teams who want to check the emails occasionally, some are for our validity email performance therefore have limited credits.I also want to avoid having to include manual configu

I wanted to know that can we get the public URL of an asset using Asset Management in AJO and then use that URL in AJO email designer in HTML code view.I know that we can select the assets directly from assets menu but I am looking into an alternative using the public URL of assets.

Hi Team,Could you please help me.We have put condition activity after Read Audience. In Condition activity, we have to split EML population Vs not EML population.Here attribute exclusionType is String Array storing multiple values like EML, AMB, EFG etc and customerAttributes is Object.We need to split the audience based on exclusionType=EML and others.We tried with below condition but it seems like the profile whoever having first position(index) stating as EML is only fetching in condition. It means if any profile having exclusionType=EML on 2nd or 3rd or so forth position, is not at all coming.Advanced Expression using as:#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._abc.customerAttributes.exclusionType} == ['EML']Please help here - we need to check EML value at any position in exclusionType attribute.

We are seeing a significant dropoff in open rates and we suspect there was a recent change to how AJO handles auto opens. AJO has always included auto opens, mostly from iOS mail protection, as part of the unique open metric. While this inflated open rates, it has been that way for quite some time.  Now, we are seeing a new Estimated Email Opens metric which seems to no longer include auto opens.  Can this be confirmed? This is a significant change to the optics of how open rates are reported. If this change was made, can we please understand how an open is classified as an auto open? Just because someone has mail protection enabled does not mean that every email they are opening is an auto open. We need to better understand the logic behind this change if it was made. 

Summary:I am using dataset lookup in AJO personalization, but it is returning empty values. My dataset has a primary identity and data is present. I have tried both approaches — with fields nested under the tenant namespace and also without nesting — but still getting empty results. Hi community,I’m working on an AJO → ACC integration and running into a limitation with nested arrays in event payloads, such as cart items or receipt line items.From what I can tell, AJO Custom Action mapping handles flat fields well, but not nested collections cleanly.The options I’m aware of are:serialize the array upstream and parse it in ACC use middleware to reshape the payload before ACC send an ID and let ACC retrieve the full data separatelyMy main question:What approach are teams actually using in production for this, and which one has proven most scalable and maintainable?If there is a native way to pass nested arrays through AJO Custom Actions directly, I’d love to know.Thanks.

Hi ,We are working on profile capping in a recurring journey. Profile capping should also work on a recurring journey which means the counter should get reset to zero .But from the adobe documentation i came to know that , When profile cap is defined on a recurring journey, the counter does not reset after each recurrence.The counter applies only to the selected journey version. The counter resets to zero when the journey is duplicated or when a new version is created. After a reset, the entering profiles take the nominal path again until the counter limit is reached.So, is it possible to reset the counter so that in a recurring journey profile limit will work . ThanksUsha

Hi All,I need a help/clarification on feedback webhook data storage. I have enabled webhook option in API triggered campaign and setup streaming HTTP API endpoint to store the feedback in AEP custom dataset. I’m using custom identity type as per my requirement for API triggered campaign.Below documentation shows the payload triggered after message execution.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/feedback-webhooks Since I used custom identity during Campaign setup, I understand the identityMap in the payload will contain the custom identity and not email. Hi community. I am seeking some help regarding journey capabilities. In a lapsed traveler win-back journey I want to test the impact of entry cadence by splitting the audience into two cohorts within the same journey:Cohort A – Enters on a bi-weekly schedule (current setup) Cohort B – Enters on a daily schedule (proposed)All other journey elements would be identical — same messaging, same wait times between emails, same structure. The only variable being tested is how frequently users can enter the journey. Both cohorts would also share a 30-day re-entry suppression window.I was advised internally that this is not feasible in AJO because the two entry cadences represent distinct qualification paths and cannot exist within a single flow.My questions for the community:Is there any native way in AJO to support two different entry cadences within a single journey for a cohort test? I am in the process of migrating a transactional campaign from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) as an API-triggered transactional campaign.In SFMC, I can easily access all the JSON files used to trigger emails to customers via data extensions. These JSON files allow me to verify which customer received specific communications and cross-check the data in case of discrepancies. Additionally, I can conveniently filter profiles or emails based on order numbers to locate the corresponding JSON file used to trigger the email.However, in AJO, the data received via an API for a transactional campaign is not stored. How can I verify and identify which customer received specific information in this scenario?

 Hi Community,I am facing an issue with an Action Campaign in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for sending push notifications related to custom announcements.Scenario I created an Action Campaign for push notifications. Triggering rules have been configured. The audience is batch evaluated. The campaign activates successfully. However, after activation: Only a few users actually receive the push notification. In the campaign report, I can see that Targeted and Sent counts are almost the same. But a large number of profiles are showing as Bounced. One of the error reasons I see is: PushNoMessageFoundForDecisionPath Note: This is currently being tested in a Dev environment. The mobile app currently has only around 20–30 active users. Users may or may not have granted push notification permissions. Push notifications from Journeys using the same audience seem to work. Questions What exactly does the error PushNoMessageFoundForDecisionPath mean in the context of AJO push campaigns

Hi Adobe Community, Greetings! I have a HTTP API connection from Salesforce which I get streaming events and a batch connector based connection with Salesforce from which I get events and profile attributes. Basically I have two connections from which I wanted to utilize events and attributes together for journeys in AJO.  Streaming events sync in the profile or profile store within minutes. Also the profile attributes and events sync in the profile or profile store within <15-20 minutes. Wanted to check - If I use streaming events from the HTTP API connection to trigger the journey and users are qualified in the journey, then later down the journey if we use profile attributes and/or events from the batch connector as conditions, will the Journey continue as expected if the values are getting updated for them even with the batch connection?  Thanks,Sambit

Hi everyone,I am currently validating the behavior of the Journey Reaction Activity for Push Notifications and have observed a discrepancy in how interactions are tracked across different Operating Systems.In our implementation, we use a click_action key in the Custom Data section of the Push payload (e.g., click_action: "OPEN_BENEFITS"). Our data analysis in the Experience Event Dataset shows the following:On Android (FCM): The interaction is captured as eventType: pushTracking.customAction. On iOS (APNS): The interaction is captured as eventType: pushTracking.applicationOpened.This seems to be due to how the Mobile SDK interprets the payload on different platforms when no physical action buttons are present in the template.My question is: When using a Reaction Node in a Journey set to listen for a "Clicked" interaction, does the AJO orchestration engine perform a logical "OR" to include both applicationOpened and customAction?I want to ensure that users on both platforms are correctl
