We are assessing AJO currently, and have come across this limit. Would appreciate if you could share valuable insights if you had experience such case where client reached this limit, and had to do workaround.   General journey guardrailsThe number of activities in a journey is limited to 50. The number of activities is displayed on the upper left section of the journey canvas.The number of live journeys in one organization is limited to 100 per sandbox. Hello everyone,We have the following issue at the company: we receive external lists from various data sources as ad-hoc communications. These lists contain fields that we need to use either to segment a journey or to personalize email content, for example. It's important to note that these are cases where we don't have structured data in Adobe XDM, and they are sporadic occurrences.Given this scenario, we opened a ticket with Adobe, E-001621243, inquiring about the use of data from custom audience sources for these purposes. We were informed that it was not possible.However, upon analyzing the settings under Configurations > Data Sources, we saw that it's possible to create a field group and select custom audiences and their derived fields within it. Again, these are sporadic cases and will always be handled this way.Our questions are:Is this considered a good practice by Adobe?Could we encounter future problems using this custom data in a journey?If this is not a viable option, do

Hi! I have a doubt about those activities regarding new entrances. Imagine I have Audience A with 100 profiles. Journey 1 with Allow re-entrance disabled: Starts with a Read Audience scheduled each 1 day.----> 1st shot: 100 profilesDuring the day, 2 new persons enters the A audience-----> 2nd shot: 102? or 2? I know Audience Qualification only applies for new enters or exits, but my question is the amount of profiles 2nd shot will trigger, 102 or only the 2 new? In case only the 2 new, what's the difference of using Read Audience or Audience Qualification? Audience Qualification is in real-time? Thanks.

We would like to understand apart from AJO's basic OOTB email open/click rate reporting, is there any way within AJO platform to track conversion (e.g. purchase events/ event registration)? Are there any native reporting to view such conversion?Thank you.

Hi Team, I have created placement , offer , collection and decision. Offers are approved and decision is live . when I try to insert the offer expression in html then I am getting below error resource with id dps:offer-activity:1b3a*******ffs and type offer activity not found Resource with id dps:offer-placement:1b3b*******4a71 and type offer placement not found  but I am able to save this in UAT but in prod I am getting error . Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I'd like to extract channel templates using API but the thing is that none of my templates were created in the "Content Template" section and I think the Content Template API is pointing to that section. All my templates were created using Campaign or Journeys. So, I need to extract from AJO all my templates but none of them is in the "Content Template" section. Is there a way I can do that? Thanks.

As per the below screenshot, we can trigger one test profile during the Journey Test mode but, is there any way where multiple test profiles can be passed through.

Hi there, Working with AJO here.  We need to ensure that emails, as part of a Journey, are sent only from Monday to Friday. Profiles enter the Journey on a daily basis based on a rolling date. Ideally, we would like profiles to enter the Journey on Saturdays and Sundays as well, for them to be queued and processed on Monday.Any hints on how to get it done in AJO? Thank you!

What additional datasets except for Web event have you added here?Have somebody added offline sales datasets? Any other ideas?

We have found an issue in AJO making us concerned about how to handle emails in an always on activity - when the master email template is been updated. It seems like there is now obvious way of changing and updating a template, and at the same time keep the content that is created in a template used in an running Journey. Changing the master template directly in prod, or from a upgrade package is no problem. The issue is how to keep the created and customized content used in that template you are updating. In many cases you are updating the "framwork" like header/footer or other more than less static content in a template. And in a Journey you create the relevant content for this activity using the "static" framework. But when you need to change/upgrade the framwork, and change the template in use with the new and updated version, the customized content is been deleted. HI All,When Testing a journey using test mode. The pre-req is that the profile should have a test profile flag to true then it enters a journey.But what if we have just an experience event schema and profiles are created pseudonymous on the fly. This way the profile doesn't have any related individual profile schema to have a test profile attribute.In this case when we are testing the test profile, we trigger the event with a payload that contains{"_tenant": {"Key": "HT","testProfile": true}}with test profile attribute that is not from Out of the system fields group. This way when we are trying to trigger the event, will it trigger the journey in test mode?AI answer - NOTests - NOThanks

Hi,  is it possible to create a custom action (a POST request to trigger a service that sends email via SMTP) that can then use a email template created in Adobe Journey Optimizer?  For example, sending in the body of the request the email template itself? It sounds complex actually. Thanks

Dear Community,Greetings!I am trying to send an uniqueID to the 3rd party system for sending the metadata. I need one attribute that is to be uniquely generated for each SMS sent via AJO journeys. Kindly suggest one attribute from the system schemas / datasets that would help me stitch this ID back to the message feedback event dataset to have a single view of the journey via queries or data distiller jobs. Sequence of events: 1. SMS received from 3rd party system to AJO (This contains the SMS information) (Dataset 1) 2. SMS delivered to the user and metadata (this contains the uniqueID) sent to 3rd party via AJO. (Message Feedback Dataset / Step Event Dataset stores the journey details) 3. 3rd party sends the metadata back to AJO (Dataset 3) I would need one unique ID to be used in the metadata within the SMS content to stitch back the information to the profile. Constraints:The only identity I am using is loyaltyID and can't use any other ident

If we are using dynamic content in Email template, how to track who has been served? what content?How to report the customers?Example - If we have 3 dynamic fragments in the same email, each fragment has a different discount detail like 10% off, 20% off and 30% off. Now how can I identify if 100 people has received this email. how many of them received which offer fragment as in 10% vs 20% vs 30%

Hi All,I have a question regarding AJO B2B.To what extent can we personalize content in AJO B2B? Specifically, is it possible to send event-based data, such as product details for scenarios like a B2B customer forgetting to complete a purchase (like cart abandonment emails)?I have read the documentation, but I didn’t get a clear picture of whether this is feasible. Its said that best practice for web channel is creation of seperate specific Decision Scope for every placement:- homepage  - category page- basket page etc.  However what is best practice for mailings? One Decision Scope for every mailing? What is you experience? 

1. Decision event What does this mean? That the Offer was returned in given Decisions was returned for given Decision Scope??? 2. Clicks - self explaining 3. Impression - offer was rendered. However does it also checks if it has been seen? if for example it would be at the bottom of the page 4. Custom event - also clear
