Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi! I would like to know why the widget of Optimized vs non Optimized is not on my Global Report. Does it have some relation to the time zones? I activated the widget for my journey. 

Hi,i created the personalised offer in ode with two representations. one is with placement "A" and another is with placement "B". now both these representations will qualify for the same audience. each representation has a unique content. Now, when i create a decision with two placements, i'll have two encoded decision scopes. these scopes i add it in edge api. considering the edge api body, i'm adding the decision scopes in this way "query": {"personalization": {"decisionScopes": ["decisionscope1","decisionscope2"Now when i hit the edge api. only the decisionscope1 is getting the personalised offer response but for decisionscope2 i see fall back offer. when i change the order of the decisionscopes. i see decisionscope2 returns personalised offer response but decisionscope1 returns fallback one. can any one please help on this??]}}

Hi, I’m currently working on an SMS integration with a custom provider, and they’ve asked me the following: “To proceed with the activation of the instance, we need to know from which IP or domain we’ll receive the requests so we can allow them through our firewall.” Do you know if SMS traffic is actually associated with specific IPs or domains? I’m a bit unsure about how that works in this context.

Any reason why Condition option on the left rails is available for the email subject personalization, but not in the email body personalization ?   

All, I have an In-App Message in my Journey that should "fire" based on a email click. The journey runs and it appears the In-App message runs, but working with my QA team, they are not getting the message. We've checked the trigger, and when we manually run the In-App we can see it in our QA app. However, when it's part of the Journey we're not getting the message. Attached is my Journey and the trigger configuration :Does anyone know if my config is off, or best ways to troubleshoot.   

Hi all, I am creating a url tracking parameter in Marketing Channel surface and want to add the message action name included in journeys.  But I need it to populate in the URL following this format: "em-"  + context.system.source.actionName. When using context.system.source.actionName as is, it will show i.e.: Email+-+ "ActionName". Therefore, I'd need to replace the first part mentioned above (Email+-+) by "em-"  Is it possible to treat this type of contextual attributed at channel surface level? 

Hi all! I'm aware I can use audiences in condition activities inside journeys, but my question is: If I use multiple audiences as part of the same condition node with 'OR', is the performance of the journey lowered? - currently we have a journey started by a unitary event and would like to take out profiles who don't match certain conditions. Appreciate any help, thanks!

I am looking for ways to prevent users from re-entering same journey again. From AJO docs, Incremental load prevents users who have previously qualified; However, if a user's profile changes and they drop out of, then later re-qualify for the audience, they may still re-enter correct?How can we make sure that they never enter the same read audience based journey?

Hi team,We’re exploring how to track and reconcile message feedbacks (delivery, bounce, etc.) with the original API triggered transactional message send requests in Adobe Journey Optimizer.According to the feedback webhook documentation, the webhook payload includes a requestId field, which uniquely identifies the transactional send request.However, when we query the AJO Message Feedback Event Dataset, the field requestId doesn’t seem to appear — even though the rest of the payload closely mirrors the webhook structure. What’s the recommended way to tie a feedback event in the dataset back to the original send request? Would really appreciate guidance or examples on how to correlate feedback dataset records with the original transactional requests.Thanks in advance!

Client is a professional sports team and often has last-minute lists they need to email. They have a stand-alone AJO (no RT-CDP or CDP connected to facilitate real-time audience evaluation). Example use cases could be:1. Same-day ticket purchase there were not capture at data refresh from warehouse, or at ticket-purchase event (configured but limited). 2. Communicatsions that need to go to people not typically in the database - such as family members of players/staff, and/or lists from sales-teams for certains games, our group sales members. We are hoping to receive details on whether list imports and/or real-time evaluation is on the roadmap for stand-alone AJO and highly suggest this functionality as marketing automation platforms fulfill this need. We have provided workarounds to get the client as close as possible, but are looking for input from other users and Adobe team. Any specific details greatly appreciated!  

Dear Community,Greetings! I have setup an event that triggers the journey. The event has the 'accountNumber' and 'phoneNumber' attributes. Now, I need to find the 'email address' associated with the 'accountNumber' or 'phoneNumber' and send out an email to the user. Account Number is the primary key here. How can we accomplish this within the journey? Thanks in advance.

Hello everybody!I'm discovering AJO and got stuck in understanding on how to create a Profile. Can somebody explain for me please!

Hi, I have a question regarding token/API key when configuring a new API Credentials for an SMS custom provider. Here the cURL for sending an SMS (no neccesary to create a token for sending) And then I have this cURL for token: When I go to create the API credential, I have the API KEY option, what should I paste here, in Name = "Bearer" and in API token, the api_key? (based on first image cURL)or should I generate a new token with the jwt option (2nd image cURL) and then adding the authentication parameter in the header?Here the custom payload I need to paste: {"message": "This is test and \n this is a new line","to": "+111111","bypass_optout": True,"sender_id": "SMSto","callback_url": "https://example.com/callback/handler"}I've tried everything and I have failed authentication when trying to send Verification SMS  I'm completly lost about this SMS configuration. I am trying to create a landing page, subdomain, and preset are correctly configured. But when I create a landing page and publish it, I get a 400 error when I try to access the landing page

Could using the same subdomain for both SMS and email impact my email sending reputation?For example, if my SMS channel generates a lot of spam complaints or opt-outs, could that negatively affect the reputation of the email subdomain in any way?
