Adobe Campaign

I need to get the total ios push sent on january 24.However, inspecting the broadLogRcp I see that if I query:delivery/@messageType == iOs channel, it is empty. Why?   

I need to know how much messages where sent by channel and month. Is this possible with a workflow?Not the quantity of deliveries, but the quantity of "messages to send" that where effectivly sent.

Hi, I'm currently working on an Adobe Campaign Classic v7-hosted solution. This instance is used to send email communications to multiple different brands. We have configured a different subdomain, a new recipient table, and a new target mapping, and created a new mirror page for the new brand. But when we are sending the mailers and clicking on the view browser option the images are not loading. Can anyone please help with the solution. Thanks 

Hello! I built a welcome workflow and in the query I put a condition to send the email only to those who still have not received it, but two users receive the email every time the workflow runs (every 15 minutes). I would like help to understand why this is happening since the query has a condition and what would be the possibilities to resolve this case.  I really appreciate any help you can provide. Hi all, I've noticed a strange issue with a workflow where we only want to target clients with $0-$1000 total transactions of a certain type and date range.I have created the totals using an enrichment activity and a Sum expression (Sum(@gross_amount)) which works fine.However, when I try to query the results, I am getting $0 values in the Subset AND the Compliment Query:  Subset:Complement: I also noticed that 0 values are being sorted as smaller than negative values when I sorted asc or desc. I haven't noticed issues with querying =0 in any other situations. Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks  

Hi,Is there a way to use the conditional content/IF condition to ensure that if a field is blank, there is no gap in the email? We're currently using the below as data is pulling through from a file but some of these fields will be blank (e.g. address line 2 or 3) and we'd like to avoid a blank space in the email if possible.  <%= targetData.Address_1 %>  <%= targetData.Address_2_ %>  <%= targetData.Address_3 %>  <%= targetData.Town %>  <%= targetData.Postcode %>  Sorry if I haven't explained this very well, not very familiar with all of this. Thanks

Hello! I made two single shot campaigns in December and today we were informed that two deliveries of this campaign were sent on January 24th, which all failed in reason of the users had been sent to the blacklist. This data is showing on the dashboard, but not in the delivery summary of the trigger in ACS, it's like it hadn't happened, we don't have registers for deliveries on January 24th that belong to these campaigns.  Would it refer to the retries ACS does to reach out to users who couldn't receive the triggers on the first day of the triggers? Is there some way to check this data within ACS? Thank you in advance,Thais

Hi there,Is there a way to lock the delivery templates in Adobe campaign classic for modification? We want to make sure that the delivery templates which are already part of live trigger campaign won't get changed unless the trigger campaign gets paused/cancelled. Hello, i'm having troubles with the "Open" command in Push Notifications.  When I send the notification, it appears but the "Open" command is not working - It does not redirect to where it should.  What am I missing? Hi ,Acually There is a requirement, like a month-based need to send a campaign for 7 months.If their selected date is currently in the 3rd-month range for them, it should send a 3rdmonth email.(For example, the selected date is September 13, 2023, and it is in date format.)or the selected date is currently in the 4th month of difference for them, it should send a 4th month email, likewise, I'm supposed to send 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th in the same campaign workflow.FYI, I have a column as a confirm date that has date data type.So, does anyone have a solution?Thanks in advance.
