Adobe Campaign

Hi Experts  I've got a few questions i need some help with below; Does Adobe campaign classic have a way of capping or limiting the number of EMAILS sent from Adobe Campaign to Acoustic(EMAIL PARTNER/VENDOR)? For example, if we have an incorrect campaign that pulls 5M members to email when it should be 500, does Adobe Campaign have a way to add a control to the campaign itself that will prevent and cap the number of emails? Such as in this example, if we intend to send to an email to 500 members but Campaign has 5M email that it prepares to send off to Acoustic we would want some way for the campaign to stop and prevent sending those 5M emails to Acoustic.Same question as above but instead of emails we want to know about SMS texts? For example, if we run a campaign that we want to send 500 SMS Texts to members on. Adobe Campaign currently sends those off to our SMS provider named Relay. Let's say we have an error in the campaign and instead of 500 SMS Texts Adobe Campaig

Hi, I have a question regarding one of our transactional deliveries that I'm hoping anyone could t provide some guidance on.We have several brands that all have the same transactional emails.I was looking into the opens/clicks of some of our transactionals and noticed that only one of our deliveries has no open/click data when looking at the delivery (and seems to have never had this?) - though the data does show up in the reports section.I looked at one of our deliveries where it works, and I can't find anything obvious or different between one that works and one that doesn't. Appreciate the help

I am sending emails to end user by using Adobe Campaign. I want to know the status of email sent for example whether email was delivered, open, etc. How can i achieve that. 

Hello, I would like to upload everyday 10-15 images automatically to the ACC Server, so all the users can have access to those images and use to create campaigns.Do you know how i can do it?There is any soap that i can use to upload? Best Regards and Thanks 

Adobe Campaign Standard Release 23.1 -2023 indicates that a new out-of-the-box Reporting Enrichment Creation Workflow has been added. Is there additional information about this workflow available somewhere? The release notes only indicate "After importing a target mapping from one instance to another, simply run the workflow to import the corresponding reporting enrichment entries." When would this workflow be run? What level of user would utilize the workflow, e.g., is it something that the standard business professional user would utilize? Is there a video demo of the workflow or other documentation available?

Hello community, I generate a delivery with duplicates :email 1, 2 & 3 for recipient A, email 4 for recipient B.An offer or order number differs in each email.   In a workflow, how can I retrieve the broadlogid of each email corresponding to the correct offer or order number?   Thank you in advance for your help.

We have a client that is asking why transactional messages do not appear in the profile history. Can someone explain this to me? I've looked through the online help files but am not finding this particular explanation.

Hello,  Hoping for some guidance on this. I was wondering what would be the best way to manage the change and testing process in an ongoing trigger campaign. For example, if I were to make a change to an ongoing campaign, is there a way / process to ensure that new trigger doesn't automatically go live without me first being able to approve and test?   Any insight would be appreciated!

Hi,I'm trying to implement a custom activity. I have come few questions but there were no solid answers on the same.From my end,1. I was able to duplicate an activity input form2. Extended xtk.workflow schema to get the activity element.3. Whether calling the ACC interface through a browser or Postman, sometimes an error is reported but I always cannot see the log, plz help to see where i can check the js or jssp execute log

Hi Everyone,We are currently working on a real time implementation where the JSSP will store the data in an interim table and then send PostEvent to an external workflow to process this data. However, as part of load testing, we are seeing not always the workflow is running smoothly everytime when the JSSP was hit with concurrent calls (e.g.- 4 calls in a min causes the workflow to run 2/3 times). For ACS documentation, we could see for signal activity: "The activity cannot be triggered more often than every 10 minutes." - is there any similar kind of restriction on ACC external signal usage?

Hi, There is a data schema which has the composite primary key i.e., email & ticket number, and the data flows from the source system to Adobe campaign every 2 hours. A behavior has been observed, i.e., if the file has minimum number of duplicate records in the combination of email + ticket number, the update data activity passes without causing the workflow to fail, whereas if the duplicate records goes past 300+ records in the file, the workflow is getting failed with update data activity. Could someone help me to understand this issue or is there any setting/configuration which causes this issue? Thanks.

Hi,The default Reconciliation key using email is very unsecured, as end user could update any profile info if they know other 's email address. Thus I need to use acs id as reconsiliation key,  In the landing page form, I have a field with name "acsId" and it is pre-filled the value correctly, but the landing page keep re-direct to error page when submitted.Here is the setting I have in the Job setting,         Thanks
