Hi, if we select "do not exist such as", it means we don't want to target that table or its respective columns right?

Yes correct.
Example, If you have condition like delivery log do not exists such as And delivery's intenalName equlas to 'abcd', then who had received delivery 'abcd' wont get targeted.
And if the condition is just 'broadLogRcp do not exist' is the condition, then recipients who are in broadLogRcp schema wont be targeted in the Query.
