Classification rules are now available in classification sets.I created a new classification set and added a rule with a regex and I wonder if any of you can shed some light on the following observations.According to the status, my new rule was directly activated without me explicitly activating it. Even after deactivating and saving, it reverts back to active. Testing the new rule gives me error messages. First it says “You have unsaved changes to your rules. Please save your changes and try again.”, although I saved it and did not change anything. After clicking on “Save rules” (again) and clicking on “Test rule set” it unhelpfully says  “Failed to test ruleset. Please try again.”Are there known problems with saving/testing rules?

It is my understanding that Marketing Channels is a waterfall, and each Visit will fall into ONLY one Marketing Channel, from the Marketing Channel rules. All Mktg Channels have the override checked - EXCEPT for Direct and Session Refresh (Internal Referrers). Is there something that needs to be changed here so that the Processing Rules only allow 1 Last Touch Marketing Channel per visit?

Hi Folks, I am working on the Adobe Analytics implementation migration to Web SDK. My development team is currently implementing it, and we have some questions regarding the XDM object structure for the customMetadata that we send into the media session.In our current implementation, all the contextVariables that we send with pageview and action calls are also passed into the media session. The common set of Adobe processing rules maps these contextVariables to the analytics variables for both action & pageview calls as well as media analytics session calls.We have designed the XDM payload schema and would like to follow the same methodology as before: passing the complete XDM payload as customMetadata into the media analytics session. However, the media analytics custom metadata only supports variables of string type, and does not accept objects.Do you have any recommendations on how this should be handled so that the common set of processing rules can still work for the shared va

My data has a dimension called ExpiryDate. I’ve created Date Ranges like “Upcoming 3 months”, “Upcoming 12 months”. I’d like to create a report showing the number of Customers whose expiry date will be in each of those date ranges. I’ve tried using a simple freeform table with ExpiryDate as the dimension and People metric filtered by Date Range, with unexpected results. In our local systems, we can query our source data accordingly. Any ideas how to approach this with a CJA project?Date Range People Customers with ExpiryDate in Upcoming 3 Months 10,000 Customers with ExpiryDate in Upcoming 12 Months 25,000  

I made a report in Workspace and noticed hits from Linux. I broke it down by User Agent and most of the traffic were from Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/130.0.0.0 Safari/537.3. It’s also interesting that the Bounce Rate from these visits are very high, 99%. Are these from bots? If so, is the best way to handle it by making a Processing Rule (in Admin)?

Hello AA / ARB Community - are Dependent Data Blocks not a thing in the new Adobe Report Builder?  I can only find very brief info about dependent data blocks for Legacy Report Builder.  Is there a new way to do this, or some new vocabulary around it? Thanks for reading and for any ideas.

Anyone else notices that proportional column resizing is not working in the last day or too? Dragging the left hand column of a table used to resize all columns equally but this isn’t happing at the moment and now I’m having to resize each column separately. Is this a bug?

Note : This follows legacy Adobe Analytics implementation.Issue : When order is completed on the website, there is an order element tag and purchase event which is being sent to the Adobe servers.1. Order element Tag goes from the frontend or code side, going as smetrics call and setting up the eventx with eVars.2. Purchase event is set in Adobe Launch via Rules , the standard way. Order element Tag generates different visit/visitorID when debugged in the data feeds - which should not be the case. Hi,  I am trying to figure out if I can make a segment that takes a time range calculated based on how many days have passed from a specific time.For example, if we have a new design/new campaign I can make a date range to start from the campaign start date to today, but if I want to compare the period before with the same amount of days is there a way to do it?  In this case the Before segment today will be these dates Aug 13, 2025 - Nov 18, 2025.But tomorrow I need it to be Aug 12, 2025 - Nov 18, 2025, as the other segment will now include Nov 19, 2025 - Feb 25, 2026. 

We have a requirement to create an Adobe Analytics report showing: Logins per user role Percentage of users in each role who logged in (i.e., Number of users in a particular role who logged in / Total number of users in that role) Currently, we can achieve this using a calculated metric with a static value for the total number of users in each role. However, this approach is impractical since the static numbers need to be manually updated whenever user counts change, and there are multiple roles to manage.Our development team is ready to update the total number of users per role in the data layer. We can then capture this value in an eVar, prop, or event.Question: How can we handle this in a way that ensures the total user count per role is dynamically updated in Adobe Analytics, without requiring manual intervention?Note: Since this is a weekly report, the number of users in a role who logged in during the week may not equal the total number of users in that role.Thank you in advanc

Dear Community, I have a question regarding the use of the metadata execution helper function in CJA. Our use case is to leverage metadata execution to register the use of fragments without having to create multiple journey nodes in AJO. We are currently testing a journey execution that includes two parameters in the metadata. In the message feedback dataset, the metadata is stored as a map, and I can see the data structured as follows:[key1 → value1; key2 → value2] However, when I add the metadata field in CJA, it appears in separate rows:-journey. Breakdown: --value1--value2 I would like to know whether there is a way to concatenate the metadata values in CJA so that they appear as:-journey. Breakdown: --value1 - value2 I hope I was able to clearly explain my question. We are trying to upload a new classification file (.tab) in Adobe Analytics - Admin > Classification Importer. When we upload the file the section with “Overwrite data on conflict” checkbox greyed out / not selectable. We need our data to fully update based on our new file. Is it going to update the data if that checkbox is not checked?  Appreciate your help. Thanks!

Hi all,I have a summary panel in report consisting of 9 different summary number visualizations. Every card has its own description and numeric values. I have aligned all number values with consistent font sizes while designing the report. The alignment appears correct on my system after saving and downloading the report.However, when the same report is downloaded and viewed on other systems, the number sizes appear different, causing misalignment in the summary panel. As a result, the report looks inconsistent for different users.Could you please advise on why this happens and how can we ensure consistent number sizing and alignment across all systems? Thanks in advance.

A product capability suggestion - In my case, I created a metrics of revenue with tax, which added 2 existing metrics of revenue and tax.  I then would like to create a segment of visits that meet a threshold of the calculated metrics.  Currently, Adobe Analytics cannot create segments using calculated metrics.   It will be useful if segments can use calculated metrics.

Hi CJA Experience League🖐.  Having looked through related topics, I don’t think this question has been asked before. I’m new to CJA so any recommendations or solutions would be greatly appreciated. In AJO (don’t worry this will be a CJA q eventually!) I have a journey which splits profiles using a DOW condition.If DOW = Friday send profiles abandon browse email 1 template including SEED addresses, if any other DOW send template excluding SEED addresses.(long story short this is so we don’t eat up all our seed allowance a month)  I want to be alerted when these email templates stop working (they typically send 1.5K per day, so fewer than 50 emails delivered a day would be an issue), and I have tried to use CJA alerts for this solution.I built the below alert, which looks at the Abandon Browse email 1 exc seeds template (again this sends every day other than Fri), and checks if it’s delivering <= 50 each of those days. However as you can see below (arrow), the alert does not seem to

On our site we have the following :each evar below expires on visitcategory Level 1 page → evar1 is set on that pagecategory Level 2 page → evar1 and evar 2 are set on that pagecategory Level 3 page → evar1, evar2 and evar3 are set on that pagecategory Level 4 page→ evar 1, evar2, evar3 and evar4 are set on that pagecategory Level 5, up to 6 follow the same structure as aboveI want to see page views for category Level 3 pages only as well conversion rate for visits who have seen category Level 3 but not any of the other pages. i have tried building a hit segment with a container (hit) that includes evar3 exists and is set and within that same hit container, I added an exclude hit container(excludes evar 4, 5 and 6) but the data returned shows that my segment does not work. While I would expect to see only Level 3 pageNames in that segment , I am seeing all kinds of pages.What is the solution?

Sometime this week, Adobe CJA added text to my summary number visualizations, referencing the Dimension involved.  Sometimes, this reference.  Mostly it’s not - AND it shrinks the actual number displayed.  This can be fixed but I now have to do that fix to hundreds of dashboards.  I also can’t figure out how to turn it off/hide.  Anyone else notice this? 

I have setup alert and i get email around 12:40 but my data is not settled by that time so usually alert I get are not useful. How I can fix this
