Workfront - Search function and visual search not finding my proofs.

We cannot find our more recent/current proofs on the system either by typing file names/numbers. The only way we can find them is by the search in between dates on the activity log. older archived proofs and being located by search function or within folders.

The only change we have made on the software is a password change, Tuesday last 18th April and deleted a user. All help much appreciated

Just curious, do they pull in when creating a proof approval report or a document report?

All proofs are back as normal when i logged in this a.m.!
