When is end of life for the resource planner. And what will take it's place in terms of getting available hrs of a team

At present we export weekly reports from the resource planned to feed templates that visually pull together a weekly report

as this is the only way we can find to get Total Available Hrs, vs Planned Hrs Vs actual Hrs by week for a team

We need to understand when the resource planned is going to be removed and what will replace it is (Workload balancer) and how we get total available hrs a week by team
