We'd love to continue the conversation from Birds of a Feather and keep generating an amazing knowledge base. I'll be posting here every few days with a new question to get your thoughts. Today question: What best practices can you share with Higher Ed organizations just starting out in Workfront? -Nate Bagley --- Workfront Community Manager - Work Smart, Work Happy Message me directly at:

One thing I would highly recommend is to have your processes nailed down before starting to build them out in Workfront. It's so much easier to develop process and workflow in WF if it's all set before hand. WF is great because of the flexibility it has as well as how much one is able to customize it because if your process does change or if if doesn't work quite right, you can always change the way Workfront is setup.
