Hi Susan, We do bucket projects that have recurring tasks. Like I have a project for myself that has all the various status meetings I have with our 16 different agencies and then I also have one for all my various weekly, monthly, or quarterly clean up tasks. Our Analytic teams also use recurring tasks to run different types of reports for various clients. In that case, it is a little trickier because they need multiple bucket projects (since there are different job numbers that tie to our financial system). It is a great way to block that time in resource grids/utilization reports and also makes it easy for me to reassign something to someone when I'm going to OOTO and things still need to get done.
