Trouble shooting a Widget issues

Hello, I recently added two new users and assigned them to the same layout template as a multiple of other users. The new users don't have the column filter in the project and task widgets like the others do. I can't figure out why.  Does anyone have any insight as to how to have the column added back in? I attached a screenshot of what the new user has, and a screen shot of what the column should be.  Thank you.

Hello all, this community is the best.  I edited the access level for the work license and now everyone assigned to that license is able to see the column in their project and task widget.

thank you!

I'm wondering if there's anything different about the new users -- like do they happen to have a different access level?

This is the answer. In order to edit columns at all, the user's access level must allow Create access for filters/views/groups.

I had this same thing happen. I adjusted user access levels to solve the issue. One confusing thing: In my user access settings, it notes "filters/views" when adjusting to edit vs. view access, but doesn't note groups. Adobe must assume that's a given.

agreed, I think this is the downfall of this feature. IMO, it is unwise to allow well-meaning but uneducated users to create views when they don't know what each field actually does.
